Fokus penelitian ini adalah (1)Bagaimana Proses Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dengan Terapi Positif Thinking Dalam Mengatasi Mindset Negative Siswa? (2) Bagaimana hasil Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dengan Terapi Positif Thinking dalam mengatasi Mindset Negative siswa?
Dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitif dengan eksperimen analisis uji-T (Paired sample T-test). Sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan angket Pret test dan Post Test, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah 18 Siswa SMA Nurul Huda Surabaya. Adapun indikator dari masing-masing variabel adalah 1) Dapat membedakan antara yang positif dan negatif, dapat bertanggung jawab atas dirinya, merubah persepsi negatif ke positif. Visualisasi positif, Keyakinan menjadi optimal, tidak menyia-nyiakan waktu. 2) Mindset Negatif dalam hal ini dibatasi pada: aspek prilaku, aspek sikap, aspek pandangan. Dalam penelitian ini proses konseling Dalam pengkondisian awal sebelum mengarah ke proses Positif thinking tersebut, peneliti memberikan gambaran awal yang dikemas dalam sebuah training/pelatihan yang disitu mencakup pembahasan tentang Memperbaiki dan mengubah cara berfikir klien yang mudah putus asa, Mengurangi sifat klien yang awalnya malas untuk belajar, Mendorong klien agar bisa percaya diri. Semua gambaran awal tersebut dijelaskan tentang betapa pentingnya aspek-aspek tersebut dalam kehidupan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Terapi Positive Thinking dengan strategi teladan/modelling dan afirmasi positif. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melihat adanya pengaruh atau tidaknya Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dengan Terapi Positive Thinking dalam mengatasi mindset negative siswa di SMA Nurul huda Surabaya. Dengan melihat hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa korelasi 0,830 > 0,000 Nilai korelasi lebih besar dari pada nilai signifikan, hal ini menunjukkan adanya Pengaruh Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dengan Terapi Positive Thinking dalam mengatasi Mindset Negatif Siswa di SMA Nurul Huda Surabaya.Adapun sejauh mana pengaruhnya adalah Tinggi

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar tingginya tindak pidana narkotika yang menjadikan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan mempunyai tugas bagaimana membina narapidana agar tidak mengulangi perbuatannya dan masyarakat dapat menerimanya kembali. Hal itu dilakukan dengan melakukan penguatan modal sosial, karena modal sosial berkaitan dengan hubungan dalam masyarakat dan salah satu manfaat dari modal sosial yaitu sebagai kontrol sosial. Untuk itu perlu adanya kegiatan yang menguatkan modal sosial narapidana narkotika dan strategi dalam pelaksanaannya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kegiatan penguatan modal sosial narapidana, strategi penguatan modal sosial, dan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penguatan modal sosial narapidana narkotika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lapas Wanita Kelas IIA Malang telah memberikan kegiatan penguatan modal sosial melalui pembinaan kesadaran agama dan pembinaan kemandirian untuk penguatan kepercayaan.Pemberian asimilasi bermain voli dan pembebasan bersyarat untuk penguatan jaringan narapidana narkotika.pembinaan kesadaran hukum dan agama untuk penguatan norma narapidana. Untuk strategi yang digunakan Lapas Wanita Kelas IIA Malang dalam penguatan modal sosial yaitu Corporate Strategyberkaitan dengan visi misi lembaga, Programe Strategyberkaitan dengan kegiatan penguatan modal sosial, Resource Report Strategyadalah strategi sumber daya yang digunakan, dan Instutional Startegy(Strategi Kelembagaan). Dalam penguatan modal sosial partisipasi masyrakat merupakan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaannya, sedangkan penghambat yaitu stigma negative dan lingkungan asal narapidana yang tidak baik dan tidak mendukung.
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Factors influencing customers' satisfaction towards Subaidah restaurant in UUM
No full textThe purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of customer satisfaction in restaurant industry, Since the restaurant sector is one of the fastest growing sectors in malaysia, it is a paramount important to investigate the customers’ perception on restaurant factors influencing customers satisfaction. A total of 327 questionnaires were collected from the customers of Subaidah restaurant in UUM. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the study hypotheses. The findings of this study show that Service quality, Food quality, Physical environment, Restaurant facility and Halal elements are positively and significantly influence overall customer’s satisfaction. While Food price influence on overall customer’s satisfaction was not supported by the result of the hypotheses. Findings of this study provide more insight to managers of hospitality industry especially in the development of restaurant industry that will give some managerial implication and useful direction for restaurateurs. Moreover the findings of this research can also be extremely important in the basis of providing solutions and information for restaurants managers and scholars in the area of customer satisfaction with the specific interest in catering and hospitality industry
