Mindset matters: ein Blick auf den Einfluss von mentaler Abstraktion auf die Integration von Ratschlägen
No full textRatschläge spielen eine zentrale Rolle im täglichen Leben und unterstützen Menschen dabei, die Grenzen ihres eigenen Wissens zu überwinden. Allerdings tendieren Menschen dazu, den Rat anderer zu ignorieren oder abzuwerten, da ihnen der Einblick in die mentalen Prozesse der Ratgebenden fehlt. Mentale Abstraktion kann dazu beitragen, den eigenen Handlungsfokus zu erweitern und fremde Perspektiven effektiver zu integrieren. In dieser Studie (N = 193) wurde untersucht, wie ein abstraktes (vs. konkretes) Mindset die Integration von Ratschlägen in einer Einschätzungsaufgabe beeinflusst. Entgegen der Hypothese zeigte sich, dass Teilnehmende mit einem konkreten Mindset Ratschläge stärker integrierten als jene mit einem abstrakten Mindset. Dieser Effekt ist teilweise auf die höher eingeschätzte Qualität der Ratschläge zurückzuführen, welche den größten Einfluss auf die Ratschlagintegration in dieser Studie hatte. Estrategias de desarrollo económico-social para el sector agropecuario del municipio Fundacion, Magdalena
No full textEl sector agrícola colombiano ha experimentado grandes transformaciones en las últimas décadas las cuales se manifiestan en el cambio de la importancia relativa del sector en el conjunto de la economía, así como el cambio en la cobertura vegetal y sus efectos consecuentes en la sostenibilidad de los recursos naturales. En los cambios económicos del sector agropecuario se destacan varios aspectos. Por tanto, las fuentes del crecimiento económico nacional están por fuera del sector agropecuario, se relaciona con la participación porcentual de los subsectores agrícola y pecuario en el valor total de la producción agropecuaria, en conjunto, se ha mantenido constante a lo largo de los últimos veinticinco años. El Municipio de Fundación por su estratégica posición geográfica y por su gran variedad de clima y suelos se convierte en un Municipio de gran acopio para el desarrollo de su economía, la cual está basada en la actividad agropecuaria y comercial, pero no se explota de manera técnica y ordenada lo cual obliga al diseño e implementación de una serie de estrategias que generen un impacto y conlleven al Municipio a involucrarse en una serie de ventajas competitivas en el ámbito Regional, Nacional e Internacional. Muy a pesar de que este Municipio hace parte de la Subregión Norte del Magdalena que desarrollara una serie de subproyectos que traerán desarrollo al Municipio a mediano y largo plazo, esto implica que se haga necesario identificar estrategias de desarrollo económico y social, de esta manera iniciar un proceso de investigación que promueva mecanismos de mejoramientos tecnológicos, orientado a optimizar el aprovechamiento de la oferta de los recursos naturales que impulsen el bienestar social mejorando la calidad de vida de la población del Municipio de Fundación Magdalena. La investigación partirá con la realización de un estudio diagnosticado estratégicamente sobre la situación económico-social del sector agropecuario del Municipio de Fundación y determinar debilidades y fortalezas a nivel subsectorial, mediante el diseño y formulación de estrategias que coadyuven al crecimiento económico de la región

( 2 ) Constraints faced in making the application of event marketing strategy . The mechanical research is descriptive , namely the depiction of an object in accordance with the facts. The data used is qualitative data that are not tangible figures by the method of data collection by interview , observation , and literature. Research carried out lead to the conclusion that the implementation of the strategy event marketing by determining the theme of the month is very easy division Markom to plan events and talent the right to charge the events calendar empty month , the organization of events greatly affect an increasing number of traffic volume two to three times more than a normal day , the event management division is still difficult to offer and look for event to be held at the usual operational ( Monday-Friday ) for events held by organizers are always held on the weekend ( Saturday-Sunday ). Suggestions put forward in this research is to provide a special offer on the vendor nor the parties would be invited to cooperate in the organization of the event in order to organize events on a regular day . Conversion and Artistic Creation of Magdalena V.
No full textThis Bachelor thesis Conversion and Artistic Creation of Magdalena V. deals with the change of artistic expression of the Czech graphic artist Magdalena V., in a close connection to her religious conversion to the Catholic faith. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the psychology of religion. It introduces basic definitions and concepts of religion in relation to a religious conversion. In the second part, the author deals with the psychological analysis of Magdalena V.'s typical work through her life, which is supported by numerous photographs. Using the approach of rožnovská school, the author attempts to interpret this artwork on a hypothetical level, focusing on the M.V.'s life and artistic paralel before and after her conversion. The author draws on Magdalena V.'s testimonies about her life which bring light on the intention and context in her art. Related to the author's identification with Magdalena V.'s work, which later became apparent, this paper evolved further into identifying these moments and thus the potential risks inherent in author's own therapeutic work

First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Journal of Cell Science, helping early-career researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Magdalena Woloszynska is the first author on ‘The Elongator complex regulates hypocotyl growth in darkness and during photomorphogenesis’, published in Journal of Cell Science. While completing this work, Magdalena was a postdoctoral fellow in the Chromatin and Growth Control group at the VIB-UGent Center for Plant Systems Biology at Ghent University, Belgium. Her research interests include plant molecular biology, epigenetics, transcriptomics, plant physiology and plant mitochondria.</jats:p
