Modal analysis of a multiple structure
The aim of the work was to carry out a modal analysis of a multiple structure. Own forms of oscillation of the structure for five tones were obtained through the vector iteration process and were presented in table and graphic form. Using the different methods (Time history, SRSS and CQC), a calculation of the displacements was performed. Theoretically, all three methods are described and the results of the calculation for each of them are obtained. A comparison of the results, for the three methods in a given time interval, is graphically shown. Also, the results are compared which are all the same in all three methods. The modal seismic analysis of Spectral Theory was also performed. It can be concluded that by comparing the method of Time history and Spectral theory their results correspond to the maximum modal displacement
Assessment of Selected Models for FRP-Retrofitted URM Walls under In-Plane Loads
One way to improve a structure’s total load-bearing capacity during an earthquake is to apply fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP) to unreinforced walls. The study discusses the use of FRP to strengthen unreinforced masonry (URM) structures. Although, many studies were conducted on the FRP strengthening of URM buildings, most of them were experiments to investigate the success of retrofitting approaches, rather than developing a successful design model. A database of 120 FRP-reinforced wall samples was created based on the current literature. Various approaches for calculating the bearing capacity of FRP-reinforced masonry are presented and detailed. The findings of the experiments, which were compiled into a database, were compared to those derived using formulas from the literature and/or building codes, and the model’s limitations are discussed
Fly Ash in Clay Composites for Enhanced EM Shielding and Improved Physical and Mechanical Properties-Literature Review
An overview of the research on using clay with fly ash addition for enhanced electromagnetic (EM) properties in the frequency range up to 10 GHz with application in civil engineering materials was studied. In recent years, due to the development of technology, the use of devices that emit electromagnetic radiation, such as cell phone networks (3G, 4G, 5G), microwave ovens, global positional systems (GPS), radars, etc. has increased. Consequently, there is a growing concern about the harmful effects of EM radiation on human health. Fly ash has proven to have the potential for shielding against electromagnetic radiation in cementitious materials. This paper investigates the potential of fly ash in clay bricks to increase resistance to the penetration of electromagnetic waves, as well as the impact on its physical and mechanical properties

Elements Of Reggio Pedagogy In Early Childhood And Preschool Education Institution
Social changes have given rise to the emergence of modern alternative forms of early and preschool education, which, unlike traditional forms, involve a process of two-way learning between the child and the educator. Književnost / književni rad Srba u Hrvatskoj: Zbornik radova s međunarodnog znanstvenog simpozija održanog povodom 30. godišnjice smrti Stanka Koraća
This volume brings together papers presented at the International Scientific Symposium Literature / Literary Work of Serbs in Croatia, held on November 23–24, 2024, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. The symposium was organized by the Faculty, led by the Department of South Slavic Languages and Literatures, in collaboration with the Serbian Cultural Society “Prosvjeta” and the Serb National Council.
The symposium was held in memory of Stanko Korać (1929–1994), a historian of Croatian and Serbian literature and culture, who left a significant mark on Croatian and Serbian cultural memory through his scholarly and professional projects and initiatives related to the literature and culture of Serbs in Croatia.
Korać’s bibliography shows that his initial scholarly focus was on Croatian literature, but after joining the Serbian Cultural Society “Prosvjeta,” he dedicated himself to studying Serbian writers and the literary work of Serbs in Croatia. This shift culminated in his most important work — the monograph A Survey of the Literary Work of Serbs in Croatia (1987), which inspired the title of this volume. The main aim of the symposium, and subsequently this publication, was to provide the comprehensive overview and analysis of Korać’s scholarly and professional legacy.
The volume consists of 23 contributions, organized into two thematic sections. The first section brings together papers focused on the study of Stanko Korać’s academic and professional work: systematic overviews of his scholarly activity (contributions by Dušan Marinković and Mirko Mar- ković), his monographs on interwar literature (contributions by Dean Duda and Časlav Nikolić), his studies devoted to individual authors such as Ivo Andrić, Vladan Desnica, Simo Matavulj, Ivo Ćipiko, and others (contribu- tions by Branko Tošović, Miroslav Artić, Sanja Roić, Goran Maksimović, Bojan Čolak, Dubravka Bogutovac, and Suzana Marjanić), his work and re- ception in literary journals (contributions by Danko Plevnik and Jelena Marićević Balać), and his engagement with linguistic issues (contribution by Virna Karlić). The second section includes thematically broader studies inspired by Korać’s scholarly opus: on various aspects of (Croatian–Serbian) literary and cultural relations and interactions (contributions by Dragan Bošković, Aleksandra Paunović, Rastko Lončar, and Luka Ostojić), literary-theoretical questions (contribution by Aleksandar Mijatović), analyses of the literary works of individual authors (contributions by Sofija Filipov Radulović, Sanja Šakić, and Vinko Korotaj Drača), and their linguistic features (contribution by Dijana Crnjak and Biljana Savić).Zbornik okuplja radove izložene na Međunarodnom znanstvenom simpoziju Književnost / književni rad Srba u Hrvatskoj, koji je održan 23. i 24. studenog 2024. godine na Filozofskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, u organizaciji Fakulteta na čelu s Odsjekom za južnoslavenske jezike i književnosti, Srpskog kulturnog društva „Prosvjeta” te Srpskog narodnog vijeća.
Prvi dio okuplja radove posvećene istraživanju znanstvene i stručne djelatnosti Stanka Koraća: sustavnim pregledima njegove znanstvene i stručne djelatnosti (prilozi D. Marinkovića i M. Markovića), njegovim monografijama o međuratnoj književnosti (prilozi D. Dude i Č. Nikolića), njegovim studijama posvećenim pojedinim autorima: Ivi Andriću, Vladanu Desnici, Simi Matavulju, Ivi Ćipiku i dr. (prilozi B. Tošovića, M. Artića, S. Roić, G. Maksimovića, B. Čolaka, D. Bogutovac i S. Marjanić), njegovu djelovanju i recepciji u časopisima (prilozi D. Plevnika i J. Marićević Balać) te bavljenju jezičnim pitanjima (prilog V. Karlić). Drugi dio zbornika okuplja tematski šire postavljene studije inspirirane Koraćevim znanstvenim opusom: o raznim aspektima (hrvatsko-srpskih) književnih i kulturnih odnosa i prožimanja (prilozi D. Boškovića, A. Paunović, R. Lončara i L. Ostojića), književnoteorijskim pitanjima (prilog A. Mijatovića), književnim opusima/djelima pojedinih autora (prilozi S. Filipov Radulović, S. Šakić i V. Korotaja Drače), te njihovim jezičnim obilježjima (prilog D. Crnjak i B. Savić).
