Loyalitas merupakan manifestasi dan kelanjutan dari kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen adalah perasaan senang atau kecewaseseorang yang berasal dari perbandingan antara kesannya terhadap kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas dan kepuasan konsumen serta hubungan antara kepuasan dengan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk Socolatte di Pidie Jaya. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi logistik biner dan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor merek, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen sedangkan kebiasaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi signifikan oleh faktor kualitas pelayanan, preferensi, dan kemudahan. Kepuasan konsumen memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi produk Socolatte di Pidie Jaya.Kata Kunci : Loyalitas Konsumen, Kepuasan Konsumen, Faktor-Faktor Loyalitas, Faktor-Faktor Kepuasan.?ANALYSIS OF CONSUMER LOYALTY TO PRODUCTS SOCOLATTE IN PIDIE JAYABySarini Sri Utari/Agribusiness Syiah Kuala UniversityABSTRACTConsumer loyalty is the loyalty of someone on a product, goods and services. Loyalty is a manifestation and continuation of consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between his impression of the performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence loyalty and customer satisfaction as well as the relationship between satisfaction and customer loyalty to the product Socolatte in Pidie Jaya. Data were analyzed using binary logistic regression and chi square test. The results showed that the factor of brand, price, and quality of products significantly influence consumer loyalty while customs had no significant effect. Consumer satisfaction is influenced significantly by factors of service quality, preference and convenience. Consumer satisfaction has a significant relationship to the loyalty of consumers to products Socolatte in Pidie Jaya.Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Factors Loyalty, Satisfaction Factors

Etnomatematika sudah muncul di kurikulum 2013 dalam buku tematik. Akan tetapi, pemahaman peserta
didik belum mendalam karena guru hanya mengajarkan sesuai dengan buku tematik dan belum berinovasi
dengan sumber belajar yang lain. Ensiklopedia etnomatematika materi geometri untuk MI/SD dipilih
untuk menambahkan wawasan materi untuk peserta didik.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan level 1 yaitu meneliti tanpa menguji yang
terdiri dari 6 langkah antara lain (1) berangkat dari potensi/masalah, (2) studi literatur, (3)
pengumpulan informasi, (4) desain produk, (5) validasi desain, (6) desain teruji. Data yang
diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif berdasar hasil penilaian ahli
media, ahli bahasa, ahli materi, guru, dan peserta didik. Hipotesis keberhasilan penelitian ini
adalah mampu direspon positif oleh guru dan peserta didik dan mendapat nilai layak dari ahli
materi, media, dan bahasa.
Hasil penelitian ini mendapat kriteria layak dengan perbaikan oleh ahli media, materi, dan bahasa
dan mendapat respon positif dari guru dan peserta didik sebesar 100
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textAbstract: Rapid information technology development leads to temporally and spatially borderless information. Library is required to manage library and information technology-based services innovatively. This research aims to study digital collaborative governance of library in developing e-library in Technical Implementing Unit of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Library. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted using observation, in-depth interview with users, librarians, and IT manager of UNS’ library, and documentation. Data was validated using source triangulation, and data were analyzed using an interactive model. The result shows library activity managed using information technology-based hybrid system, in which the collections were transferred into digital media with online- and offline-based library service. Technical Implementing Unit of UNS Library facilitates the need for smooth and fast internet access, software and hardware are always updated, and socialization about UNS e-library is conducted through website: library.uns.ac.id. Intense collaboration of digital libraries between universities, schools, governmental and private institutions is improved and sustainable. In digital maintenance of library, IT Division of library collaborates with IT Division of UNS Communication Center. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
