No full textThe article presents the figure of Helmut E. Luck, well-known scientist in the world of historians of psychology. Helmut E. Luck also is well-known in Poland, as the author or the scientific editor of several books in the field of history of psychology. In the first part of the article the short presentation of his scientific career and his scientific achievements are demonstrated. The second part comprises the analysis of his opinions in the scope of social psychology. Helmut E. Luck was the one of pioneers in psychology, who paid attention to social positive phenomena or social positive behaviors. In the field of history of psychology, H.E.Luck made the contribution to methodological analysis of psychological ideas in history, preferring the model which underlines connection of psychology with culture and at the same time creates the opportunity to analysis of biographical plots. The article also shows unquestionable and unusually merits of Luck’s in popularization of knowledge about history of psychology.The article presents the figure of Helmut E. No full textFlow investigations in a model of the Deep Refiner and operational experience The uncertainties of supply of fossil fuels as well as the increasing costs of this energy source favour the partial electrification of existing as well as new melting furnaces. The replacement of gas or oil by electricity is only possible within certain defined limits in conventional furnaces and new concepts must therefore be sought. The Deep Refiner allows interchange of energy sources in an economic manner. The flow of the glass melt in the melting tank requires special consideration in the Deep Refiner system. Present experience gained from introduction and operation of the Deep Refiner furnace is reported.Etude de l'écoulement sur le modèle du Deep Refiner. Valeurs d'usine Les incertitudes de l'approvisionnement en combustibles fossiles, ainsi que l'augmentation des coûts de ces porteurs d'énergie contribuent à l'électrification partielle des bassins de fusion actuels et à venir. Le remplacement du mazout ou du gaz par le courant électrique dans un four de fusion du verre classique n'étant rationnel que dans des limites déterminées, on doit donc s'orienter vers de nouvehes conceptions de fours. Le système d'affinage très poussé de Sorg permet le remplacement économique des porteurs d'énergie. On doit prêter une attention toute particulière au processus d'écoulement du verre dans le bassin de fusion lorsque l'on conçoit des systèmes d'affinage très poussés. On rapporte, au moyen des valeurs d'usine, l'expérience acquise jusqu'à présent dans l'emploi des fours conçus d'après ces systèmes.Die Unsicherheiten bei der Versorgung mit fossilen Brennstoffen sowie der Anstieg der Kosten dieser Energieträger begünstigen die Teilelektrifizierung vorhandener oder neuzubauender Schmelzwannen. Da der Ersatz von Öl oder Gas durch elektrische Energie in einem konventionellen Glasschmelzofen nur innerhalb bestimmter Grenzen sinnvoll ist, müssen neue Ofenkonzeptionen gesucht werden. Der „Deep Refiner" erlaubt den Austausch von Energieträgern auf wirtschaftliche Weise. Dem Strömungsverlauf des Glases im Schmelzbecken wird bei der Auslegung von Deep-Refiner-Systemen besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Über bislang vorliegende Erfahrungen aus dem Einsatz von Deep-Refiner-Öfen wird an Hand von Betriebswerten berichtet
