BUSANA JAIPONGAN KARYA POPONG/SOPIAH DARI TAHUN 1997 SAMPAI TAHUN 2010 DI BANDUNG
Penelitian ini berjudul Busana Tari Jaipongan Karya Popong Sopiah Dari Tahun 1997 Sampai Tahun 2010 Di Bandung. Di dalamnya membahas tentang busana tari karya Popong Sopiah yang masih mempertahankan warna tradisi Sunda yakni ketuk tilu.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data atau gambaran tentang ide dalam pembuatan dan pengembangan busana tari jaipongan. Dari ide dasar dapat dilihat unsur apa saja yang menjadikan busana karya Popong Sopiah berkembang begitu pesat tanpa menghilangkan esensi tarian tradisi.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, ialah metode deskriptif analisis. Metode ini digunakan untuk memaparkan apa yang peneliti temukan di lapangan secara tepat dan sesuai dengan kejadian sesungguhnya, dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik pengupulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.
Bedasarkan hasil temuan di lapangan bahwa busana karya Popong Sopiah dalam pembuatannya terhilami dari fashion yang sedang berkembang pada saat itu, serta tuntutan konsumen, sehingga bentuk dan motifnya merupakan modifikasi antara busana tradisi dan busana modern.
Dari paparan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa busana hasil karya Popong Sopiah, merupakan pengembangan dari busana tradisi yang bersumber dari tari Rakyat. Busana tari yang dihasilkannya kental akan unsur tradisi baik dari segi bentuk, warna, bahan, motif maupun fungsinya. Analysis of Anisa Sopiah\u27s Personal Branding on Educational Content on TikTok Social Media
This research aims to analyze Anisa Sopiah\u27s personal branding on educational content on TikTok social media using personal branding theory proposed by Peter Montoya, which includes 8 main concepts in building personal branding: (1) specialization, (2) leadership, (3) personality, (4) differences, (5) visibility, (6) unity, ( 7) steadfastness, (8) good name. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, using interview techniques, observation and document study to collect data that focuses on the personal branding concepts applied by Anisa Sopiah in the educational content she uploads. The results show that Anisa Sopiah effectively applies all eight main concepts of personal branding to her educational content on TikTok, with a special emphasis on the concept of specialization that creates a professional and credible image in the eyes of her audience. Synthetic seed: a study on labisia pumila / Sopiah Mat Desa
Synthetic seed are useful tool for micropropagation and delivery of aseptic plantlets from one place to another. Nevertheless, the synthetic seed technology has not widely applied to the Labisia pumila plant. In this present study, synthetic seeds were produced by encapsulating nodal segments of in vitro Labisia pumila in the calcium alginate gel. The aims of this study were to investigate the effect of various concentrations of sodium alginate and calcium chloride solution in order to produce good quality of beads and to study the survival rate of Labisia pumila using synthetic seed technology. The results of this study showed that 5% sodium alginate solution and 5% calcium chloride solution combinations are the optimum value for producing good quality of beads. Firm and rounded beads were observed by the encapsulation with 5% sodium alginate solution and exposed to 5% calcium chloride solution. The produced synthetic seeds were then tested for their germination ability by culturing on MS medium supplemented with cytokoninins; BAP and zeatin each at the concentrations of 3.0 mg/L. However there is no growth observed after 4 weeks of incubation. Beside that the contamination rate also very high in this experiment
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Designing an interactive multimedia model: case study for learning german language / Sopiah Ishak
Multimedia assisted learning courseware has been widely used in the field of education. It has been proven that the usage of multimedia courseware in learning foreign language does improve student's achievement. However, most course materials developed are inclined to show the sophistication of the multimedia only, rather than analysing the best method of conveying the content of the courseware. The process in building a courseware has been identified through implementing the development stages of the model. The valuable outcome is the knowledge gained in the process of building the courseware itself. In the context of multimedia development, rapid prototyping seems to be more applicable because more than one kind of communication media is involved. This includes text, graphics, sound, and video. This research is to see the process involved in the development of a particular courseware for the learning of a foreign language. The instructional system design (lSD) for the development of an interactive multimedia and the use of interactive multimedia element together with the principles of its usage are being discussed. Method for learning language is also incorporated. This method comprises concept of approach, design, and technique. This courseware is developed based on the Audiolingual and Suggestopedia method whereby the use of dialogue, quiz-drill, and game are being used in conveying the subject content together with the use of the multimedia elements. The rapid prototyping model has been chosen as the method for developing the interactive multimedia (IMM) for learning German - Malay language. Learning German (target language) for the beginner is used as the courseware content in the study. The courseware that has been developed is then evaluated based on students' perceptions. This survey was conducted on 100 students who have taken the German course for the beginners (BGM 401) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). The three main parts evaluated are in terms of presentation, content and activities namely quiz and game. Generally, the results of the test indicated that students have a positive feedback towards this courseware
