Get PDFPeraturan Mahkamah Agung RI No. 1 Tahun 2008 tentang prosedur mediasi di pengadilan adalah penyempurnaan terhadap Peraturan Mahkamah Agung RI No. 2 Tahun 2003 tentang prosedur mediasi di pengadilan. Penyempurnaan tersebut dilakukan Mahkamah Agung karena dalam Perma No. 2 Tahun 2003 ditemukan beberapa masalah, sehingga tidak efektif penerapannya di pengadilan. Mahkamah Agung mengeluarkan Perma No. 1 Tahun 2008 sebagai upaya mempercepat, mempermurah, dan mempermudah penyelesaian sengketa serta memberikan akses yang lebih besar kepada pencari keadilan. Mediasi merupakan instrumen efektif untuk mengatasi penumpukan perkara di pengadilan, dan sekaligus memaksimalkan fungsi lembaga pengadilan dalam menyelesaikan sengketa, di samping proses pengadilan yang bersifat memutus (adjudikatif).
Mediasi yaitu penyelesaian sengketa melalui proses perundingan atau mufakat para pihak dengan dibantu oleh mediator yang tidak memiliki kewenangan memutus atau memaksakan sebuah penyelesaian. Ciri utama proses mediasi adalah perundingan yang esensinya sama dengan proses musyawarah. Sesuai dengan hakikat perundingan atau musyawarah, maka tidak boleh ada paksaan untuk menerima atau menolak suatu gagasan atau penyelesaian selama proses mediasi berlangsung, segala sesuatunya harus memperoleh persetujuan dari para pihak. Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri Purwodadi telah melaksanakan mediasi yang sesuai dengan Perma No. 1 Tahun 2008, yang mulai dibukukan kedalam buku register mediasi pada awal tahun 2009.
Dari deskripsi masalah di atas maka pokok permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan mediasi dan faktor penghambat serta faktor pendukung yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan mediasi di Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri Purwodadi. Dari data-data yang sudah penulis kumpulkan mulai awal tahun 2009 sampai akhir tahun 2009 menggunakan wawancara dengan mediator dan pengumpulan arsip maka untuk menyusun dan menganalisis data- data digunakan analisis data kualitatif. Yang mana penulis menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif.
Untuk memberikan arah yang lebih jelas dari skipsi ini maka penulis simpulkan pembahasan bahwa Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri Purwodadi sudah menjalankan proses mediasi dengan baik tetapi hasil kesepakatan dari mediasi masih belum bisa dikatakan berhasil. Hal itu dikarenakan oleh faktor penghambat antara lain: para pihak dengan sengaja tidak menghadiri pertemuan mediasi, minimnya mediator yang mempunyai sertifikat mediator, kurangnya dukungan dari advokat, kasus dominan mengenai perkara perceraian, belum terciptanya budaya damai di antara para pihak

The policies carried out by the head of madrasah through preparation of RKM, fulfillment of eight SNPs, division of job discribtion, providing guidance to educators and education staff in conducting supervision that programmed well. The implementation of integrating of third curriculum carried out by adopting Mathematic, English and Science subjects from the Cambridge University international curriculum and adapting general subjects from the national curriculum 2018 revision of the Ministry of Education and Culture and religious subjects al- Qur'an Hadith, Aqidah akhlaq, Fiqh, SKI and Arabic madrasah curriculum from the Ministry of Religion through the development the forms of learning processing and classroom, Development of the PAIKEM learning model, self-development program and evaluation. The quality of graduates after the implementation of integration the international, national and madrasah curriculum in MI Muslimat NU Pucang Sidoarjo accepted in the favorite of SMP/MTS which are evidenced with the results of SKHUN, UN, UAMBD and Check Point. The result of the research show that integration of international, national, and madrasah curriculum has been running as it should
Literature Review: Comparison of the Quality of Delivery Services at Independent Midwife Practices and Public Health Center
No full textIntroduction: The role of quality service is important for health facilities to maintain their existence in the community, including Public Health Centers and Independent Midwife Practices that provide delivery services for pregnant women. Delivery services at health care facilities are one of the factors leading to the reduction of the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). This review was conducted to determine a comparative picture of the quality of delivery services at Independent Midwife Practices and Public Health Center.Methods: The study was conducted using a literature review approach of national journal articles retrieved from the Google Scholar database. The keywords used were quality of delivery services, quality of delivery services, patient satisfaction, Independent Midwife Practices, and Public Health Center. With a publishing range of no more than the last 5 years or from 2018-2023.Results: Five journals were eligible to be analyzed in relation to the quality of delivery services. The study showed that the quality of health services at the Independent Midwife Practices and Public Health Center is influenced by the factors of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Both the Independent Midwife Practice and the Public Health Center have good quality of service in childbirth.Conclusion: It is important to maintain the quality of childbirth services both at Independent Midwife Practices and at Public Health Center.
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
