Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Jus Terong Belanda Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin (HB) Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di TPMB Tiurma Sitorus. Pengaruh Jus Terong Belanda Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin (HB) Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di TPMB Tiurma Sitorus. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, untuk mengetahui pengaruh jus terong belanda terhadap kadar hemoglobin (HB) ibu hamil trimester III menggunakan uji beda independent sample t tes jika berdistribusi normal dan jika tidak berdistribusi nomrla gunakan uji mann- whitney. Penilaian kadar hemoglobin dilakukan selama 21 hari pada kelompok intervensi (diberikan jus terong belanda di dapatkan selisih rata- rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah yaitu 1,135. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol (tanpa diberikan sayur bayjus terong belanda) di dapatkan selisih rata-rata awal pemeriksaan dan akhir setelah 21 hari yaitu 0,01. Sehingga adanya pengaruh jus terong belanda terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin. jus terong belanda terbukti dapat meningkat kadar hemoglobin, maka di sarankan tenaga kesehatan memberikan edukasi tentang jus terong belanda dapat di konsumsi agar terhindar dari kejadian anemia. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately, to determine the effect of tamarillo juice on hemoglobin (HB) levels of pregnant women in the third trimester using the independent sample t test, if it is normally distributed and if it is not normally distributed, use the Mann-Whitney test. Hemoglobin levels were assessed for 21 days in the intervention group (given tamarillo juice) and the difference between the average hemoglobin levels before and after was 1.135. Meanwhile, in the control group (without being given tamarillo bayjuice) the difference between the average at the beginning of the examination and the end after 21 days was 0.01. Along with business development accompanied by intense competition, many problems arise and also affect TB, one of which is related to the availability of raw materials. Available raw materials have a limited amount that affects the production process. In order to maintain the development of production, it takes several stages in order to allocate raw materials and increase profits. The combination of the simplex method in processing data and the use of POM-QM software for Windows 5.0 for data analysis can be used as a solution in solving this problem. The result is that this method can speed up and simplify the calculation in determining the maximum profit obtained from the sale of minimalist doors and panel doors made within 1 (one) week. No full textHospitals are workplaces with various potential hazards that can pose a risk to safety and health of hospital human resources (HR), patients, patient companions, visitors, and the hospital environment. For this reason, a system is needed to minimize the emergence of these potential hazards, namely the application of the Occupational Safety and Health System. This study aims to analyze the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) in RSUD dr. Djasamen Saragih, Pematangsiantar City. The type of research is Mix Method. The research location is in RSUD dr. Djasamen Saragih. There were 5 informants in this study. Data collection was done by interview, checklist form according to PP No. 50 of 2012, document review and field observations. The results of the study obtained that the level of achievement of the implementation of SMK3 with the results of the audit in the initial level category, which was 51.56%, was included in the category of Poor implementation. The number of criteria is 64 criteria, where the number of suitable criteria is 33criteria and those that are not suitable are 31 criteria. Commitments in the form of policies have not been made in writing, but commitments in the form of budget funds, supporting facilities and infrastructure such as PPE, K3 signs, evacuation routes in the event of a disaster are already available. The implementation of the K3 plan has not been fully implemented by the K3RS Committee but the hospital's efforts in implementing K3 are also carried out by other units related to K3 such as the PMKP Committee, PPI Committee, IPSRS and Environmental Sanitation Installations. Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System starting from the Policy Determination stage to performance evaluation at RSUD dr. Djasamen Saragih has not been fully implemented in accordance with the standards stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health No.66 of 2016 and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012

No full textPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian sosio-teologis terhadap ketidakaktifan pemuda dalam menghadiri ibadah jemaat di HKBP Godung Laguboti. Penelitian ini berdasarkan fakta ketidakaktifan dalam mengikuti ibadah Minggu dan ibadah PA. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif yang merupakan suatu pendekatan yang dimulai dengan asumsi serta kerangka teoritis yang membentuk kajian tentang permasalahan riset yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan makna yang digunakan oleh individu atau kelompok dalam suatu permasalahan sosial. Ibadah menjadi hal yang penting bagi pemuda untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mereka secara rohani. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa keaktifan pemuda dalam beribadah dipengaruhi dapat dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman pemuda terhadap ibadah, motivasi beribadah, dan faktor-faktor sosial. Keaktifan kaum pemuda dalam gereja sangat dibutuhkan karena pemuda menjadi penerus gereja dalam menjalankan misi Kerajaan Allah. Gereja berharap bahwa pemuda dapat berpartisipasi dalam pelayanan gereja dan menjadi pemuda yang aktif, kreatif dan inovatif.This study aims to describe the socio-theological analysis of youth inactivity in attending congregational worship at HKBP Godung Laguboti. The research addresses the issue of inactivity in participating in Sunday services and Bible study sessions (PA). The method used in this study is qualitative, which begins with assumptions and theoretical frameworks to explore research problems related to the meanings constructed by individuals or groups in a social context. Worship is considered essential for the spiritual growth and development of youth. The findings of this study reveal that youth participation in worship is influenced by their understanding of worship, motivation for worship, and various social factors. The active involvement of youth in church activities is crucial as they represent the future generation responsible for advancing the mission of God’s Kingdom. The church aspires for its youth to actively participate in church ministries and become creative, innovative, and active contributors to the congregation

No full textHypertension or high blood pressure is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in the arteries or an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg in two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a fairly calm/resting state. Common signs and symptoms that arise from hypertension are sore neck (neck pain). Neck pain due to hypertension makes the comfort needs of hypertensive patients not met. One of the non-pharmacological measures to reduce or overcome neck pain is a warm compress. A warm compress is giving a feeling of warmth / heat in a certain area. neck pain scale in hypertensive patients before warm compress therapy, said moderate pain 4 respondents (28.6%), severe pain 10 respondents (71.4%) with a standard deviation of 0.469. The pain scale of hypertensive patients after warm compress therapy was said to be moderate for 12 respondents (85.7%), the weight of 2 respondents (14.3%) with a standard deviation of 0.426. Hypertensive patients who experienced severe neck pain decreased, before being given treatment as many as 10 people, after being given treatment as many as 2 people. The application of warm compresses to hypertensive patients continues to be carried out for non-pharmacological therapy that can be carried out by the community at home

The author uses a juridical-normative research method with literature studies to explain the relevant private international law principles, as well as Indonesian laws and regulations surrounding competent forum and applicable law regarding competent forum and applicable law on personal data protection with a foreign element. The study found that various private international law principles may be used to determine the applicable law in personal data protection with a foreign element dispute, such as nationality, place where the tort occurred, or center of gravity. Indonesian courts are also competent to examine personal data protection with a foreign element case under Indonesian law. This study also elaborates practical implementation personal data protection with a foreign element, in particular on the competent forum and applicable law, as shown in the businesses Intercompany Agreement on Data Processing by X group company and in a cross-border acquisition transaction
Integration of Toba Batak Local Wisdom as Character and Multicultural Education Values in the Curriculum
No full textThis research is motivated by the importance of preserving and integrating the local wisdom of the Toba Batak community in the national education system which is increasingly affected by the flow of globalization. Cultural values such as Dalihan Na Tolu, Hamoraon, Hagabeon, and Hasangapon have great potential in shaping students' character and identity. This study aims to identify, classify, and analyze the forms of local wisdom of Batak Toba and their relevance in the context of formal and non-formal education. This study analyzed in depth as many as 40 literature sources consisting of 35 journal articles (35 reputable international journals and 5 accredited national journals). These sources were selected based on inclusion criteria such as topic relevance, novelty (published in the last 10 years), The sources were selected based on inclusion criteria such as topic relevance, novelty (published in the last 10 years), and publisher credibility. The data collection technique is carried out through systematic searches using keywords in databases such as Google Scholar, Garuda, and DOAJ. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of identification, selection, classification, and thematic synthesis. The results of the study show that the local wisdom of Batak Toba includes life philosophy, oral traditions, traditional values, social systems, and environmental ethics that can be integrated in contextual learning and character education. These values are very relevant to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and Pancasila Student Profile. In addition to being a means of cultural preservation, this integration also strengthens inclusive and civilized multicultural education. Thus, the local wisdom of Batak Toba is a strategic source of educational value in the development of the Indonesian education system
