    ABSTRAKPelecehan seksual merupakan persoalan yang kerapkali terjadi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Persoalan ini tidak hanya ada di dalam kehidupan sekuler tapi juga ada dalam kehidupan gereja. Pelaku pelecehan seksual juga berasal dari segala lini masyarakat termasuk kaum rohaniawan yang disebut juga kaum klerik atau dalam bahasa Yunani disebut dengan klerus. Perlu disadari bahwa seksualitas merupakan pemberian Tuhan kepada manusia yang hakiki untuk dijalankan sesuai dengan kodrat seksual manusia dan norma-norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat bukan dipakai untuk suatu penyimpangan. Seksualitas itu baik, akan tetapi dapat menjadi berbahaya jika digunakan dalam kepentingan hasrat manusia yang menyimpang dan akan merusak kehidupan oranglain. Di dalam tulisan ini penulis mengkaji kasus pelecehan seksual yang terjadi di Sekolah Tinggi Bibelvrouw Huria Kristen Batak Protestan (STB HKBP) yang dilakukan oleh kaum klerik atau pelayan gereja bahkan seorang dosen teologi dengan memakai tinjauan Teori Seksualitas. Katakunci : Pelecehan Seksual, Seksualitas, Sekolah Tinggi Bibelvrow HKBP AbstractSexual harassment is a problem that often occurs in social life. This problem exists not only in secular life but also in church life. Perpetrators of sexual harassment also come from all walks of life, including clergy who are also called clerics or in Greek they are called clergy. It should be realized that sexuality is a gift from God to an essential human being to be carried out in accordance with human sexual nature and the norms prevailing in society, not to be used as a deviation. Sexuality is good, but can be dangerous if used in the interests of human desires that distort and will damage the lives of others.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Nasabah pada Bank Internasional Indonesia Cabang Medan

    This study analyzed the influence of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of the customers at Bank Internasional Indonesia Medan Branch. The object of this study was the customers with statement savings at Bank Internasional Indonesia Medan Branch. The problem of this study was the phenomenon of the decreasing number of the customers with statement savings at Bank Internasional Indonesia Medan Branch. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to look at how service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) influenced the satisfaction of the customers and how the satisfaction of the customers influenced the loyalty of the customers of Bank Internasional Indonesia Medan Branch. The respondents for this study were 96 customers of Bank Internasional Indonesia Medan Branch through simple random sampling techniques based on Slovin formula. The data obtained were analyzed through multiple liniear regression test. The first hypothesis was analyzed through simple liniear regression test and the second hypothesis was analyzed through SPSS 18.0 program. The value of Adjusted R Square for the first hypothesis was 0.525. This showed that influence of independent variables (service quality : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on the dependent variable (customer’s satisfaction) was 52.5 %. In other words < 52.5% of the dependent variable could be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 48.5 % werw explaned by the other variables which were not included in this study. For the second hypothesis, the value of its R square was 0.562. This showed that the influence of the independent variable (customer’s satisfaction) on the dependent variable (customer’s loyalty) was 52.5 %. In other words, 56.2 % of the dependent variable could be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 44.8 % were explained by the other variables which were not included in this study. The result of this study showed that service quality had a positive influence on customer’s satisfaction and customer’s satisfaction had a positive influence on customer’s loyalty.Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah Bank Internasional cabang Medan. Oleh karena itu permasalahan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy) terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Internasional Indonesia cabang Medan dan bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan nasabah Bank Internasional Indonesia cabang Medan terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank Internasional Indonesia cabang Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy) terhadap kepuasan kepuasan nasabah Bank Internasional Indonesia dan pengaruh kepuasan nasabah Bank Internasional Indonesia cabang Medan terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank Internasional Indonesia cabang Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Untuk mengambil data 96 responden dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan keseluruhan responden adalah nasabah Bank Internasional Indonesia cabang Medan. Analisis data mempergunakan Regresi Linier Berganda untuk hipotesis pertama dan Regresi Linier Sederhana untuk hipotesis kedua dengan program SPSS 18. Untuk hipotesis pertama nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,525. Hal ini menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas (kualitas pelayanan : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy) terhadap variabel terikat (kepuasan nasabah) adalah 52,5%. Dengan kata lain 52,5% variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas, sedangkan sisanya 48,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam penelitian. Sedangkan untuk hipotesis kedua nilai R Square sebesar 0,562. Hal ini menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas (kepuasan nasabah) terhadap variabel terikat (loyalitas nasabah) adalah 56,2%. Dengan kata lain 56,2% variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas, sedangkan sisanya 44,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam penelitian.     We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
