No full textA poem by Filomena Malva About the author: Born in Luanda, on December 6, 1952. At the age of six months, she moved to Sá da Bandeira, now Lubango, where she completed her primary and secondary studies, beginning her studies at the Faculty of Letters of University of Luanda. At the Faculty of Letters of the University of Coimbra, she completed her degree in History, as well as his postgraduate degree in "Portuguese expansion in the Atlantic world". She pursued her professional activity as a History teacher. Regarding scientific publications, In 1996, the unpublished work O retábulo-mor da capela de Nossa Senhora da Paz da Constantina. In 2015, she published the lyric poetry work entitled Aspirar a polpa do absoluto, with the review of Carmen Lucia Tindó Secco, whose edition is sold out. She participated in the blog MyAngola / MinhaAngola with poetic words and comments and, yet in the scope of the blog, was invited to write a foreword to the poetic works Mentes perversas e outras conversas, by Ana Paula Lavado, and Silêncios de outono, by Graça Arrimar, respectively in Porto and in Coimbra.Un poema de Filomena Malva Sobre la autora: Nacida en Luanda el 6 de diciembre de 1952. Con 6 meses de edad, se trasladó a Sá da Bandeira, actual Lubango, donde completó sus estudios de primaria y secundaria, a partir de la educación superior en la Facultad de Artes, Universidad de Luanda. En la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad de Coimbra concluyó un grado en Historia, así como estudios de postgrado en “La expansión portuguesa en el mundo atlántico”. Ejerció su carrera profesional como maestra de Historia. No lo que se refiere a las publicaciones científicas, se publicó, en 1996, la obra inédita O retábulo-mor da capela de Nossa Senhora da Paz Constantina. Em 2015 publicó el trabajo de la lírica titulada Aspirar à Polpa de Tudo -- con la opinión de Carmen Lucia Tindó Secco --, cuya edición está agotada. CONSIDERATIONS ON THE POTENTIAL CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING SCIENTIFIC VALUE OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL RECORD
Get PDFUnderstanding the value of archaeological remains is a prerequisite for their meaningful and well-founded treatment. From the perspective of the archaeological discipline, scientific potential is usually represented as the primary criterion for assessment of their value. This attitude, which saw its peak in processual archaeology, has been generating fierce criticism since the 1980s. The assertion that this approach does not enable comprehension of the full value of archaeological remains marked the be- ginning of significant change and expansion in the way they are understood. Consequently, theoretical considerations of scientific value have been put aside to some extent over the last few decades, so this subject requires new analyses which are able to provide the basis for understanding scientific value as well as for systems of its assessment
POD NEAR BRUŠKA – SITE ANALYSIS WITH A VIEW ON PREHISTORIC DRYWALL ARCHITECTURE
Get PDFNalazište Pod kod Bruške nedaleko Benkovca istraženo je u okviru arheoloških radova provedenih kao preduvjet izgradnji plinovodnog sustava Like i Dalmacije. Istraživanja su obuhvatila ekstenzivni pregled šire okolice nalazišta te arheološko iskopavanje dvaju od 29 gomila utvrđenih u dolini Pod. Rezultati iskopavanja pokazali su da su obje istražene gomile nastale urušavanjem i propadanjem elemenata pretpovijesne suhozidne arhitekture čiji su ostaci nađeni na obje gomile. Relativnokronološka analiza prikupljenih ulomaka keramičkih posuda smjestila je ustanovljene ostatke u vrijeme prijelaza iz eneolitika u rano brončano doba, odnosno drugu polovicu 3. tisućljeća prije Krista. U skladu s karakteristikama nalazišta, u radu se razmatraju pokretni i nepokretni arheološki ostaci te njihovi međuodnosi. Na osnovi utvrđenih podataka te u zadanim prostornim i vremenskim okvirima, razmatraju se i mogućnosti njihove interpretacije na osnovi etnoloških analogija u okvirima dosega arheoloških spoznaja.The Pod near Bruška site not far from Benkovac was excavated as part of an archaeological campaign which was a precondition for building a gas line through Lika and Dalmatia. The research included an extensive archaeological survey of the area and the excavation of two out of 29 mounds (gomila) recorded in the Pod valley. Excavation results show that both mounds were made by the destruction of prehistoric drywall architecture the remains of which were found on both mounds. The relative chronology established on pottery fragments places the remains at the transition between the Copper and the Early Bronze Age, that is, to the second half of the 3rd century BC. Considering site characteristics, this paper discusses movable and unmovable archaeological finds and their interrelations. Based on obtained data, and within given special and temporal scope, possible interpretations are also discussed based on ethnological analogies in the framework of other archaeological data

No full textCerti pomeriggi non passano mai by Mario Fortunato is a short and engaging theatre monologue that analyzes the tension created by waiting for a beloved who is late for an appointment. The wait stretches for hours and creates controversial emotions and anxiety ironically described by the author, with hilarious moments that go from drama to comedy to the surreal, in a sort of ‘one man’ Waiting for Godot. The text was freely adapted and performed in Italian, with some parts in German and English. Theatralia is an international collective of performers and artists who explore texts through physical theatre, live art & music, inventive digital art, and audience participation that was founded by Filomena Campus in 2003. Since 2006 Theatralia’s productions have been sponsored by the Arts Council England. Their much acclaimed production Misterioso. A Journey into the Silence of Thelonious Monk, written by Stefano Benni, was presented at London Riverside Studios and at the Edinburgh Festival.
Filomena Campus is a theatre director and a Jazz musician. Productions include Not in My Name inspired by The Living Theatre and U238 by Marco Paolini. Filomena has also worked as university lecturer in London. No full textU trinaestom svesku serijske publikacije Katalozi i monografije Arheološkog muzeja u Zagrebu cjelovito je obrađena Zbirka rimskog republikanskog novca AMZ-a. Ukupno se u Zbirci nalazi 2591 primjerak mahom srebrnog novca, što ju čini najvećom takvom zbirkom u regiji te ju svrstava među najveće i najznačajnije zbirke rimskog republikanskog novca u Europi i svijetu. Važnost Zbirke – i njezine objave – očituje se u barem dvije različite kategorije: ona je iznimno važna za proučavanje cirkulacije republikanskog novca, osobito na području južne Panonije, kao i za proučavanje rimskoga republikanskog novca u akademskom smislu.
