The research that the author conducted aims to determine the moral intelligence of students at the State Elementary School 1 Benteng Ciamis, to determine the efforts of teachers to develop the moral intelligence of students at the State Elementary School 1 Benteng Ciamis, to find out the obstacles in developing the moral intelligence of students at the State Elementary School 1 Benteng Ciamis. The research method used in writing is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research (Qualitative research) is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. The collection technique carried out by the author is observation, interviews, documentation. The results show that education is an effort to improve the quality of the young generation of a nation that can bring positive changes in the functions and goals of individuals to national. In line with the purpose of implementing education, it is not only to give birth to an expert in a particular field, but education is strived to make everyone have good character and behavior so that he always places himself in an environment of society, nation and state in accordance with existing rules and norms (Utami et al., 2017).This research was conducted at SDN 1 Benteng for grade VI students on January 6- 20 January 2020. The data collected in this study was from a student's moral intelligence questionnaire, and student learning outcomes in the form of test scores in April of the 2019/2020 school year in five subjects. The students' main subjects are PKN, Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences. Research results that have been obtained by researchers are described in detail for each variable. The discussion of variables is carried out using qualitative data, meaning that the processed data is in the form of numbers or scores which are then interpreted qualitatively. Variable data that will be described in this study are (1) variable data A, namely moral intelligence and (2) variable data B, namely learning outcomes. Keywords: Education, Teachers, Moral

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apa.kah variabel-variabel, seperti perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifLkan terhadap likuiditas perusahaan. Likuiditas diukur dengan menggunakan rasio lancar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh rasio lilruiditas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEl periode 2008 sampai dengan 2010. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga didapat 58 rasio likuiditas perusahaan manufaktur sebagai sampel. Pengaruh variabel independen, yakni perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan terhadap variabel depcnden, yakni likuiditas dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap likuiditas perusahaan. Secara parsial. hanya perputaran persediaan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap likuiditas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran persediaan yang Jebih mempengaruhi tingkat likuiditas suatu perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia peri ode 2008 sampai dengan 2010

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio Capital, Asset Quality, Earning, Liquidity, dan Sensitivity To Market Risk yang diproksikan dengan rasio-rasio keuangan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Beban Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Interest Rate Risk (IRR) terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diproksikan dengan rasio keuangan Return On Asset (ROA). Yang menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008 sampai dengan 2018 sebanyak 22 bank dan menjadikan seluruh populasi tersebut sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga jumlah amatan dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 242 amatan. Data diolah dan diuji melalui regresi data panel dengan menggunakan alat uji statistik Eviews. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, LDR, dan IRR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan secara parsial diketahui bahwa CAR dan NIM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, NPL dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA, LDR berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, dan yang terakhir IRR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap ROA.142 HalamanTesis Magiste

    This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analysing the effect of Capital, Asset Quality, Earning, Liquidity, and Sensitivity To Market Risk ratios which are proxied by financial ratios of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses Operating Income (OEOI or BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Interest Rate Risk (IRR) on the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which is proxied by the financial ratio of Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008 to 2018 of 22 banks and made the entire population a research sample, so that the number of observations in the study was 242 observations. Data is processed and tested through panel data regression using Eviews statistical test equipment. The results obtained in this study indicate that CAR, NPL, NIM, OEOI, LDR, and IRR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA, whereas partially it is known that CAR and NIM have significant positive effect on ROA, NPL and OEOI significantly negative effect on ROA, LDR does not have a significant negative effect on ROA, and finally IRR has no significant positive effect on ROA

    Marketing allows tourism destinations to attract attention and create attraction for potential tourists, create a positive image, and differentiate themselves from other destinations. Tourism has a strategic role in increasing the economic growth of a region, as well as providing a positive impact on local development. In this article, the object studied is the Bagot Tourism Village which is located in Samosir Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place). This research aims to conduct an in-depth study of the marketing mix in Bagot Tourism Village, located in Samosir Regency, by analyzing the 4P marketing mix (products, prices, promotions, and places/distribution channels) in the Bagot Tourism Village. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. Research data was collected by conducting observations in the Bagot Tourism Village and interviews with the head of the POKDARWIS (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) as the manager of the Bagot Tourism Village, as well as documentation studies. The research results show that Bagot Tourism Village as a tourism destination in Samosir Regency in marketing activities pays great attention to the 4Ps (product, price, promotion, and place) especially product, price, and place. There is still room to further improve promotions, especially through social media. Bagot Tourism Village not only sells products, but also plays an active role in introducing and preserving local culinary traditions. This provides significant added value and is one of the main competitive advantages of Bagot Tourism Village

    Abstract: Kampung Bunga Madirsan is known as a center for ornamental plant sales, serving as a primary source of income for women in the area. However, in recent times, ornamental plant sales have seen a significant decline. This is due to a lack of variety in ornamental plant products, a lack of innovation in packaging, and limited ability to utilize digital media as a marketing tool. Partners also lack branding strategies and marketplace sales strategies, relying solely on conventional methods. Partners also rely on the use of chemical fertilizers, increasing their costs. This situation has resulted in limited market reach and low growth in ornamental plant businesses. This community service activity aims to address these partner challenges through training on diversification and digitalization of ornamental plant businesses based on the creative economy. The implementation method includes an initial survey, participatory training, provision of technological tools to facilitate plant care, hands-on practice, mentoring, and the creation of digital business profiles for partners in Kampung Bunga MadirsanKampung Bunga Madirsan dikenal sebagai sentra penjualan tanaman hias yang menjadi sumber pendapatan utama perempuan di daerah tersebut. Namun, beberapa waktu terakhir ini, terjadi penurunan penjualan tanaman hias yang signifikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi produk tanaman hias, belum adanya inovasi dalam bentuk dan kemasan, serta terbatasnya kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran. Mitra juga belum memiliki strategi branding dan strategi penjualan melalui marketplace, sehingga penjualan hanya mengandalkan cara konvensional. Mitra juga bergantung pada penggunaan pupuk kimia, sehingga memperbesar biaya yang dikeluarkan mitra. Situasi ini berdampak pada terbatasnya jangkauan pasar dan rendahnya pertumbuhan usaha tanaman hias. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra tersebut melalui pelatihan diversifikasi dan digitalisasi usaha tanaman hias berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup survei awal, pelatihan partisipatif, pemberian alat teknologi untuk mempermudah perawatan tanaman, praktik langsung, pendampingan, serta pembuatan profil usaha digital mitra di Kampung Bunga Madirsan

    One effort to realize the quality of human resources is through education. In college, students are focused on one area that they are interested in and will later apply in the world of work. High school students who are about to graduate definitely want a good career for their future, giving rise to intense competition among students throughout Indonesia to be able to enter their favorite university and the major they dream of. Problems related to students' lack of knowledge about various departments in higher education are resolved through counseling or socialization methods using material presentation techniques and followed by discussion sessions. This activity was carried out in order to provide information to all Nurul Iman Limau Manis High School students who will continue their education to college. With this, they can find out the various specifications of majors which are the place where the student learning process takes place as well as the place where the mission and function of higher education are realized and can measure the abilities they have which can then be adjusted to the majors and universities of their interest.Salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah melalui pendidikan. Di dalam perguruan tinggi mahasiswa difokuskan pada satu bidang yang mereka minati dan nantinya akan mereka terapkan di dunia kerja. Siswa-siswi SMA yang akan lulus pasti menginginkan karir yang baik untuk masa depan mereka sehingga menimbulkan persaingan yang ketat antar siswa di seluruh Indonesia untuk bisa masuk Perguruan Tinggi favorit dan jurusan yang mereka impikan. Permasalahan terkait kurangnya pengetahuan siswa tentang berbagai jurusan di Perguruan Tinggi diselesaikan melalui metode penyuluhan atau sosialisasi dengan teknik presentasi materi dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan guna untuk memberi informasi kepada seluruh siswa-siswi SMA Nurul Iman Limau Manis yang akan melanjutkan pendidikannya ke perguruan tinggi.     Mitra pada kegiatan penfabdian ini merupakan salah satu UKM agroindustri yang memiliki potensi ekonomi dan sosial di Kabupaten Langkat, yaitu UKM pengolahan keripik pisang. Mitra memberikan value added (nilai tambah) pada pisang lilin sehingga menjadi makanan yang diminati. Selain itu, mitra meningkatkan product domestic bruto (PDB) Kabupaten Langkat. Mitra menghadapi beberapa kendala yaitu kurangnya alat bantu produksi, branding, pemasaran, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan penjualan dan produktivitas mitra dengan mengoptimalisasikan kemampuan membuat laporan keuangan secara digital, menghitung harga pokok penjualan (HPP) secara spesifik, dan mengoptimalkan pemasaran mitra dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang disertai dengan branding berupa merek, logo, dan identitas produk.
