Pengelolaan Bank Sampah Induk Berseri di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam
Ada banyak bank sampah berdiri di tanah air, menurut KLHK tahun 2021 tercatat jumlah Bank Sampah sebanyak 11.556 unit tersebar di 363 kabupaten/kota se Indonesia. Di Kabupaten Deli Serdang sendiri terdapat 25 Bank Sampah tahun 2021, tersebar di 8 kecamatan dari 22 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Bank sampah terbanyak terdapat di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, yaitu 5 unit. Sementara di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam, tempat penelitian ini berlangsung, terdapat 3 unit Bank Sampah; salah satu di antaranya adalah Bank Sampah Induk Berseri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis best practices terkait kemampuan Bank Sampah Induk Berseri mempertahankan penghasilan yang relatif tinggi di antara bank sampah lainnya yang umumnya berpenghasilan rendah, peran Bank Sampah Induk Berseri dalam menjaga hubungan dengan partner sehingga produktif, peran Bank Sampah Induk Berseri dalam menjaga trust (kepercayaan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam arti penelitian difokuskan pada fenomena yang dipilih dan ingin dipahami secara mendalam dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kehadiran Bank Sampah Induk Berseri di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam telah mendorong adanya upaya smart city, dengan mengajak kerjasama masyarakat Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam untuk mengupayakan bantuan ekonomi pada masing-masing warga yang bermitra sebagai Bank Sampah Induk Berseri, menciptakan kesadaran dan pengetahuan serta kemampuan untuk mendorong partisipasi untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Selain membantu warga dari segi ekonomi dan lingkungan, Bank Sampah Induk Berseri juga membantu membuka lapangan kerja di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam. Beberapa pendapat masyarakat Bank Sampah Induk Berseri berupa pendapat yang positif dengan respon terbantunya dengan adanya Bank Sampah Induk Berseri, adapun kendala yang masih dirasakan warga yang bermitra pada Bank Sampah Induk Berseri yaitu seringnya keterlambatan atau penundaan pengambilan sampah ke warga dan harga yang masih rendah. ANALISA KELAYAKAN KADAR N, P, K PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR SETELAH DIDEKOMPOSISI SELAMA 30 HARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kelayakan kadar N, P dan K pupuk organik cair hasil dekomposisi anaerob dan aerob sampah organik berbahan baku air tahu, sayur dan buah dengan sampah organik berbahan baku air tahu dan ikan teri selama 30 hari. Hasil dekomposisi 30 hari sampah organik berbahan baku air tahu, sayuran dan buah menghasilkan pupuk organik cair dengan kadar N 0,15%, P 0,08% dan K 0,13%. Hasil dekomposisi 30 hari sampah organik berbahan baku air tahu dan ikan teri menghasilkan pupuk organik cair dengan kadar N 0,30%, P 0,18% dan K 0,10%. Kadar P pupuk organik cair yang dihasilkan dari dekomposisi sampah organik berbahan baku air tahu dan ikan teri sudah memenuhi standart kelayakan SNI 19-7030-2004 yang ditetapkan kementrian pertanian sehingga layak digunaka pada tanaman. Kadar N dan K pupuk organik cair yang diperoleh dari dekomposisi sampah organik berbahan baku air tahu, sayur dan buah dengan sampah organik berbahan baku air tahu dan ikan teri belum memenuhi standar kelayakan SNI 19-7030-2004
PENGARUH KITOSAN TERHADAP SITOLOGI GINJAL TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus sp.) JANTAN YANG DIPAPARI PLUMBUM ASETAT
The study aimed to determine the effect of chitosan on the kidney of rats (Rattus sp.) exposed to lead acetate. Thirty five male animals weighing 250g were divided into 7 groups: K group as a control (without treatment), P1 received Pb (40 mg/kg bw as lead acetate), while P2, P3, and P4, all received Pb (40 mg/kg bw) and chitosan (0,5%, 0,75%, and 1% respectively). P5 group received only chitosan (1%) and P6 group received acetic acid. After 7 weeks of treatment, the animals were sacrificed and the kidneys were isolated. Kidney damage was observed with microscopis. Result showed, treatment of Pb (40 mg/kg bw) in male rats caused demage microscopis. Chitosan able to decrease kidney damage resulted from Pb treatment. In conclusion, chotosan has the ability to reduce residue of Pb as well as microstructure damage of rat kidney exposed to Pb

Penelitian ini menggunakan 35 tikus tikus putih jantan (Rattus sp.) dengan berat badan 250g. Sampel di bagi menjadi 7 kelompok, K (kontrol) diberikan Mb dan aquadest, (P1) diberikan Pb, P2, P3, P4 diberikan Pb dan kitosan dengan konsentrasi berbeda yaitu (0,5%; 0,75%; dan 1%). P5 diberikan kitosan 1% dan P6 diberikan asam asetat. Organ ginjal tikus, diambil pada minggu ketujuh setelah perlakuan untuk melihat derajat penurunan kerusakan sekaligus penurunan residu Pb setelah pemberian kitosan. Data yang di peroleh dari penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 18, untuk data makrosruktur dan mikrostruktur maka diuji menggunakan Kruskal Wallis dan Mann Whitney. Sedangkan data residu Pb dalam ginjal tikus dilakukan dengan uji parametrik dan nonparametrik (uji Kruskal Wallis dan Mann Whitney). Dari hasil analisa di peroleh; 1. Pemberian Pb sebesar 40mg/KgBB/hari pada tikus putih (Rattus sp.) terbukti dapat merusak makrostruktur dan mikrostruktur ginjal, 2. Kemampuan kitosan sebagai pengkelat Pb, terbukti dapat mengurangi derajat kerusakan makrostruktur dan mikrostruktur ginjal tikus putih (Rattus sp.), 3. Pemberian kitosan pada tikus putih (Rattus sp.) yang dipapari Pb menunjukkan adanya penurunan residu Pb. Kesimpulan, kitosan memiliki kemampuan menurunkan derajat kerusakan marostruktur, mikrostruktur dan residu Pb dalam ginjal. Analisa AB-Mix Dan Air Cucian Beras Pada Pertumbuhan Tanaman Selada (Lactuca Sativa, L.) Dengan Wick System Hidroponik
AB mix nutrition consists of two different packages, the elements contained in it are macro (N, P, K, Mg, Ca, S) and micro (Fe, Zn, Mo, Cu, Mn, Bo, Cl, Si, Na, Co). Rice washing water contains nitrogen, phosphorus, carbohydrates, sulfur, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B1 and iron. The results showed that the treatment dose of rice washing water had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and root weight. The higher the dose of rice washing water, 30 ml/water, the higher the plant growth will be. The results of research on the interaction of AB mix treatment with rice washing water had no significant effect on plant height, leaf color and root weight in lettuce plants.

Metafora Homemaking dalam Pendidikan Kristiani Keluarga pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract. This article aimed to analyze the homemaking metaphor proposed by Elizabeth Caldwell as an approach for Christian education in the family in the midst of covid-19 pandemic. By using qu-alitative research method, author described the challenges and strengths in conducting Chris-tian education in the family. Furthermore, author analyzed the principles in the homemaking approach to find dimensions that provide space for process of learning together in the family. This research confirmed that the process of communal theological reflection in the homemaking approach can provide the way to find the meaning of God’s Word for every family member in daily living, especially during covid-19 pandemic.Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metafora homemaking yang dikemukakan Elizabeth Caldwell sebagai pendekatan yang relevan bagi Pendidikan Kristiani dalam keluarga di tengah pandemi covid-19. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, penulis mendeskripsikan tantangan dan kekuatan dalam melakukan Pendidikan Kristiani di tengah keluarga. Selanjutnya, penulis me-nganalisis prinsip-prinsip dalam pendekatan homemaking untuk menemukan dimensi yang memberi ruang bagi proses belajar bersama di tengah keluarga. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses berefleksi teologi bersama yang diusung oleh Caldwell dalam pendekatan home-making dapat menjawab kebutuhan setiap anggota keluarga untuk menemukan makna Firman Tuhan bagi dirinya sendiri sehingga dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khu-susnya dalam menghadapi pandemi covid-19
Pengaruh Pupuk AB Mix dan Pupuk Organik Cair terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Sawi Pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.) dengan Teknik Hidroponik
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk AB mix cair dan pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pekarangan rumah Jalan Ayahanda, Gang Garpu No 10a. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni–Juli 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu pupuk AB mix cair dan pupuk organik cair. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk AB mix cair, yaitu A1=550 ppm/plot, A2=750 ppm/plot, dan A3=1000ppm/plot. Faktor kedua adalah pupuk organik cair, yaitu B1=80 ml/plot, B2=140 ml/plot, dan B3=200 ml/plot. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah daun, lebar daun, berat tanaman per plot, dan produksi per tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk AB mix cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun di 20 dan 30 HST namun tidak berpengaruh nyara pada jumlah daun 10 HST, lebar daun, berat tanaman per plot, dan produksi per tanaman. Pada perlakuan pupuk organik cair berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun 30 HST namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun 10 dan 20 HST, lebar daun, berat tanaman per plot, dan produksi per tanaman. Interaksi perlakuan pupuk AB Mix cair dan pupuk organik cair berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter amatan.

Pengelolaan Bank Sampah Induk Berseri di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam
This study aims to analyze best practices related to the ability of the Induk Berseri Waste Bank to maintain a relatively high income compared to other waste banks which generally have low incomes and its role in maintaining relationships with partners so that they are productive and in maintaining trust. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach in the sense that the research is focused on the selected phenomena and wants to be understood in depth by using interview techniques. The results of this study are the presence of the Berseri Main Waste Bank in Lubuk Pakam District has encouraged smart city efforts, by inviting community cooperation to seek economic assistance for each partnered citizen. Creating awareness and knowledge as well as the ability to encourage participation in maintaining a clean environment. Some of the public opinions of the Berseri Parent Waste Bank are positive opinions with the helpful response to the Berseri Parent Waste Bank, while the obstacles that are still felt by residents who partner with the Berseri Parent Waste Bank are the frequent delays or delays in taking waste to residents and the prices are still low. The Main Trash Bank Berseri itself in its business really maintains a cooperative relationship with its partners and maintains trust so that it has a good image in the community
