Service Quality Taxpayer Awareness and Knowledge of Compliance with Land and Building Tax Payments with Tax Sanctions as a Moderating Variable (Case Study in Jati Kesuma Village, Namo Rambe District)

Kecamatan Namo Rambe yang diambil secara random. Jumlah sampel yang
diambil sebanyak 88 orang. Pada penelitian ini juga menggunakan variabel sanksi
perpajakan sebagai variabel moderating. Metode analisis data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) memakai SPSS
for `Windows. Maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran wajib
pajak, kualitas pelayanan, pengetahuan perpajakan memiliki pengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Variabel sanksi perpajakan berperan
sebagai predictor moderator yang berperan sebagai variabel independen dalam
hubungan yang dibentuk. This research aims to determine the impact of Service Quality, Taxpayer
Awareness, Tax Knowledge, Tax Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance. This
research took a random sample of taxpayers in Jati Kesuma Village, Namo
Rambe District. The number of samples taken was 88 people. This research also
uses the tax sanctions variable as a moderating variable. The data analysis
method used in the research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS
for Windows. So the results of this research show that taxpayer awareness,
service quality, tax knowledge have a positive and significant influence on
taxpayer compliance. The tax sanctions variable acts as a moderator predictor
which acts as an independent variable in the relationship formed
MENYATUKAN DAN MEMECAH BELAH: WACANA DAN PRAKTEK IDENTITAS SOSIAL ORANG MANADO
In contrast to many places in Indonesia who always reported with intolerance religious and ethnic lives, in the city of Manado, North Sulawesi Province, Eastern Indonesia, as long as we known, is a town whose population lives tolerant and harmonious although many religious and ethnic differences among his citizens. It tolerances and harmony have been lives under the local ideology of Torang Samua Basudara, which means we are all brothers. Ironically, there is also a term Sabla Aer, literally means across the river and represents divisive social relations between city citizens, especially which have background Christians-Minahasa, Sangir-Talaud and Muslims.
Methodologically, i used the paradigm of post-structuralism in this research. There are several theoretical backgrounds that i have been used, mainly: social identity from Tajfel as well as Pierre Bourdieu�s field and distinction. My field research conducted from June 2012 until February 2013 at the city of Manado, North Sulawesi Province.
In this research, I found torang samua basudara as the representation of integrated discourse and practice from citizens which dichotomous and totally different with sabla aer who has divisive characterized. Then, i was reflected the research finding with my theoretical background and library studies. The Influence of Music on the Congregation's Behavior in the Worship Activities of the Indonesian Faith Victory Church (GKII) at Sisingamangaraja Streets No. 249 Medan
This research examines how music in worship activities at the Indonesian Faith Victory Church (GKII) Central Medan plays a role in influencing congregational behavior during worship. This research aims to (1) describe the worship procedures and song selection in GKII Medan Central worship activities (2) Describe how music works in Medan Central GKII worship activities (3) Describe how music can influence congregation behavior and analyze the structure of the songs played during worship. The method the author uses in this research is a qualitative method obtained from field research. In this research the author uses the basics of music analysis approach introduced by William P. Malm to examine the influence of music on the behavior of the GKII congregation using the Uses and Function theory of music pioneered by Alan P. Merriam. The results obtained show that music can bring the congregation to various atmospheres which also produce various behaviors. In relatively slow music and in this research the author chose a sample of the song Goodness of God, the atmosphere created is a soft and majestic atmosphere, resulting in calm and peaceful behavior in the congregation. Where this song is sung at a slow tempo, namely 63 BPM (Beats per minute) which can bring the congregation into a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Then regarding happy and joyful behavior, the author uses the song God gives me joy as a song sample. This song has a relatively fast tempo, namely at a tempo of 130 BPM (Beats per minute) which can bring the congregation into a happy atmosphere and can cause happy and joyful behavior in the congregation, such as clapping their hands or dancing in their place. Then regarding the behavior of jumping and cheering, the author took a sample of the song One Way, a song that has a fast tempo at 140 BPM (Beats per minute) which can bring the congregation into an enthusiastic atmosphere. The music played in the song One Way has various fast beats and there is also tutti so the music seems to communicate with the congregation.95 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Analisis Tekstual dan Musikal Nyanyian Liturgi Suci ST. Chrysostomos pada Ibadat Minggu Gereja Orthodox Agios Demitrios Kecamatan Tuntungan di Kota Medan
This research discusses the structure of worship, textual meaning and analysis of the musical structure of the sacred liturgical songs of St. Chrysostomos at the Agios Demetrios Orthodox Church in Tuntungan District in Medan City. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using literature studies, interviews, recording and laboratory work. To describe the worship structure of the Agios Demetrios Orthodox Church, the author uses Koentjaraningrat's theory of ceremonial components, to analyze the textual meaning in sacred liturgical songs using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, and to analyze the musical content contained in the sacred liturgy of St. John Chrysostomos The author uses the weighted scale theory proposed by William P Malm. The results obtained show that singing in Orthodox Church worship cannot be separated during the service and the textual meaning contained in the singing has its own meaning whether it is used for messages, praising and remembering events of certain days. The melodic formula used in the sacred liturgical chants of St. Chrysostomos is reverting, iterative, and progressive. Description of The Presentation, Function, and Meaning of Gondang Hasahatan Sitiotio in The Traditional Marriage Ceremony of The Toba Batak Community in Kisaran City, Asahan Regency
The traditional marriage ceremony is a culture that is still carried out by the Toba
Batak community in Kisaran city, Asahan district. Even though the Toba Batak people are a
minority, this does not constitute an obstacle for them in carrying out their customs and
culture. Gondang hasahatan sitio-tio is the name of the Batak gondang repertoire which must
be played as a closing ceremony in traditional wedding ceremonies and gondang is also
believed to convey hopes and prayers to the Almighty. The aim of this research is to describe
how the gondang hasahatan sitio-tio repertoire is presented, what the function and meaning of
the repertoire is, and describe the musical structure of the repertoire. The method the author
uses is a qualitative descriptive method which includes literature study, field work, interviews
and laboratory work. The theory that the author uses in describing function is Use And
Function proposed by Alan P. Meriam, to describe meaning the author uses a connotative and
denotative approach, namely through the umpasa used by the king of parhata before asking
the gondang hasahatan sitio-tio to be played. To describe the musical structure of this
repertoire the author uses the weighted scale theory approach proposed by William P. Malm,
and to describe traditional ceremonies the author uses the ceremonial description theory
approach proposed by Koentjaraningrat. The results obtained from this research are that the
traditional marriage ceremony of the Batak Toba community is carried out through three
processes, namely the stage before the ceremony, the stage of carrying out the ceremony, and
the stage after carrying out the ceremony. The presentation of gondang hasahatan sitio-tio is
served to end every activity in the ceremony which uses music and is requested by mar
umpasa. There are several functions of gondang hasahatan sitio-tio in the traditional marriage
ceremony of the Toba Batak community in the city of Kisaran, namely the communication
function, the function of physical reactions , cultural continuity function, and symbolic
function. The meaning of gondang hasahatan sitio-tio, why it must always be played and
cannot even be omitted, is because gondang hasahatan sitio-tio is an intermediary for prayers
and all the hopes conveyed by all parties participating in the ceremony to the Almighty and
hopefully they can be granted through gondang hasahatan sitio-tio. Gondang hasahatan sitiotio

Deskripsi Pertunjukan Tortor Mossak oleh Sanggar Yayasan Pusuk Buhit Sakti di Desa Pardomuan Ajibata Kecamatan Ajibata Kabupaten Toba
The goal of the author's research in this paper is to describe the
performance of tortor mossak, the structure of tortor mossak movement, and the
relationship between accompaniment music and the structure of tortor mossak
movement as performed by the Yayasan Pusuk Buhit Sakti studio. To address the
issues raised above, the author employs numerous theories, including Milton
Singer's (1996:164-165) theory to characterize tortor mossak performance, and
Martin and Pesovar's structural morphology theory to explain tortor mossak
movement structure (1961). The author applies Curt Sachs' theory to define the
relationship between accompaniment music and tortor mossak movement
structure (1993). A qualitative descriptive methodology was employed to perform
this research. Data was gathered through interviews, observation, documentation,
and a review of the literature. The results obtained from this study are a
description of the tortor mossak performance performed by 5 dancers
accompanied by the gondang sabangunan ensemble with the gondang malim
repertoire, a description of the structure of the tortor mossak movement which
consists of 20 movements that combine tortor and mossak movements which are
arranged to form a dance choreography, and also a description of the
relationship between the accompaniment music and the structure of the tortor
mossak movement with a duration of 2 minutes 41 seconds with repertoire

Biografi Ngartini Huang Sebagai Musisi Guzheng di Kota Medan
This research is entitled "Nartini Huang's Biography as a Guzheng Musician in Medan
City". This paper discusses Ngartini Huang's biography of playing Guzheng until he is
proficient and his process of preserving Guzheng. The method used is a qualitative
method which is a description of the data that has been collected. For this reason, in
collecting data the authors carried out field work which included several aspects
including: interviews, visual documentation, and video recording. Then the author uses
the theory of Biographical Anthology of Biographical Authors (A. Baskara, 1999:34),
and the theory of musicians The Anthropology Of Music by Alan P. Merriam, (1964:123-
125). The results showed that Ngartini Huang was initially attracted to Guzheng through
watching films and then studied with Guzheng's teachers and professors and with
Guzheng's senior practitioners and participated in various Guzheng performances in
Indonesia and China. To preserve Guzheng, Ngartini Huang besides actively playing
Guzheng in various places, also established a Jade Music School in Medan City which

Deskripsi Pertunjukan Marching Band Usu dengan Tema “Corpse Bride” Pada Kejuaraan Bandung Marching Band Championship di Bandung 2019
The Marching Band is a field music unit, which is used or played in rows with a percussion
group as the support for the march, in addition to the wind instrument group as a melody
supporter and the Color Guard group as a beauty effect. The USU Marching Band took part
in a championship in Bandung called BMBC in 2019. At the championship, the USU
Marching Band took part in the Brass Band competition with the theme Corpse Bride. At the
show, the USU Marching Band played three songs taken from the film, including: 1. Main
titles 2. Remains of the day 3. The wedding song. For this reason, the author uses the theory
put forward by Milton Singer Singer (1996) to examine a performance there are 7 things that
must be considered, namely: limited show time, has a beginning and an end, organized
activities, a group of performers, a group of spectators, a performance venue, and
opportunity to show. And to analyze the musical form, the writer uses Prier's theory which
states that the form of music is an idea/idea that appears in the processing/arrangement of
all musical elements in a composition (melody, rhythm, harmony and dynamics). The author
uses a qualitative method with the first data collection technique is a literature study, and the
second a field study includes, observation, interviews, recording, shooting, and data
analysis. The result of the research that the writer found were that the three songs perfomed
by the USU Marching Band were unique, such as the tempo of the songs that fluctuated in
one song, the use of more the one meter in one song (polymetric), and the melodic carrier
