Scienza dell’Educazione, Pedagogia Speciale e Diversità nello sguardo di Luciana Bellatalla
In this article the author highlights the contribution made by Luciana Bellatalla to the analysis of the concept of diversity. In particular, he focuses his attention on the historical dimension investigated by the scholar and the resulting relationship between the Science of Education and Special Pedagogy, identifying in a specific historical moment − the Enlightenment −, and in close connection with the concept of diversity, the starting process that led to the emancipation of Pedagogy as a science
The textual incipit of the second Abruzzo tragedy by Gabriele d’Annunzio, La fiaccola sotto il moggio (1905), defines its character in close relationship with three literary references: the Vangeli (of Luca, Matteo and Marco), the Coefore of Eschilo and La figlia di Iorio (1903; ed. 1904) by the poet himself. The analysis of the first portion of the dramaturgical text shows how, starting from the initial atmospheres, the author loves the game of antiphrastic references with those works, which constitute the filigree of the poetic construction through thematic and conceptual references. Above all, the inverse morality that animates Gigliola, the protagonist, emerges in relation with the evangelical premises contained in the title, as well as the subversion of the tragic order of the classical matrix which also inspires the text
The essay aims to analyze the Iranian legal order by dweeling upon the connection between the religious legal sources and the secular ones. The acknowledgement of an apical right, whose origin is divine, coexists indeed with the law-making process provisions. In particular, the Author stresses the distinctive features and inherent contradictions of this legal order, which is defined as a "constitutional theocracy". Furthermore, the Author also addresses the duties of the Council of Guardians, which plays a central role in the definition of the hierarchy of legal sources, working both as interpreter of the Constitution and as controller of the compliance of ordinary and constitutional laws with the Islamic precepts
An Italian History of education schoolbook in a Gentilian perspective
The article takes into account a school-book by Pietro Eusebietti, a Turin Professor of Philosophy and Education. The book was published after the 1st World War and then reprinted during Fascim and Gentilian hegemony. The Author agrees both with Gentile and Mussolini. Is this a good school-book: this the central question of the paper. The answer, after an examination of language, contents and methodological approach to the subject matter, is not positive
Structure of the narrative sequences and intratextual links in the Heptateuchos Poem
This paper presents some reflections on the narrative structure of the Heptateuchos Poem, focusing on the intratextual links, with specific attention being paid to the Metrum super Deuteronomium (= Hept.Deut.). In the first part, the author analyses the general structure of the poem and its connections with the biblical hypotext through some examples – especially Hept.Deut. vv. 39-53 – to highlight the main features of the combination of paraphrase and poetic rewriting. In the second part, the focus is both on the opening sections of each book (comparing the connections with the hypotext and the rhetorical strategy used by the poet, book to book) and on hendecasyllabic sections of the poem. In the final part, there are some remarks on the intratextual links, starting from a study of Hept.Deut. vv.17-30 and the combination with some verses from the carmen on Exodus
L'autrice evidenzia come alcuni elementi dell'ebraismo e dell'antica ermeneutica del testo biblico risuonino nei testi dei filosofi ebrei di svariate epoche e in tal modo riannoda dei fili, spesso sottili e nascosti, tra la filosofia e la ricca e millenaria cultura ebraica.the text proposes an unprecedented presentation of Jewish philosophy, starting from the conviction that to understand the latter it is necessary to dwell on that cultural hinterland, represented essentially by the oral tradition and the founding texts in which it flows, which serves as a background but also from prerequisite to philosophy itself. The author highlights how some elements of Judaism and of the ancient hermeneutics of the biblical text resonate in the texts of Jewish philosophers of various ages and in this way reintroduces threads, often subtle and hidden, between philosophy and the rich and millenary Jewish cultur
