Corrosion inhibition of honeycomb waste extracts for 304 stainless steel in sulfuric acid solution
No full textThe extract of honeycomb waste was studied as a corrosion inhibitor on 304 stainless steel in H2SO4 solutions. The honeycomb waste was obtained from beekeeping at Lawang-Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Electrochemical and scanning electron microscopy methods were used to investigate the performance of the corrosion inhibition process. The inhibition efficiency of the inhibitor (2000 mg/L) reached 97.29% in 0.5 M H2SO4 and decreased with the acid concentration. Kinetic parameters were calculated to explain the effect of acid concentration on the inhibition process. The study on the adsorption behavior of the extracts followed the Frumkin isotherm model. The adsorption of the inhibitor on the 304 stainless steel surface was confirmed by the negative and lower values of Gibbs free energy. The obtained scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images were confirmed by comparing the surface of the specimens with and without inhibitor after corroding for one week. The results indicated that the extract acted as a good inhibitor for 304 stainless steel in acid corrosion

Prayer is an expression of a covenant relationship between man and God. In this article, the author attempts to show that mission in its complexity shows a function that never changes to prayer to God. Old Testament Biblical figures, Abraham, Moses, Prophets, David, Solomon are almost never separated from the life of prayer, so also how much the New Testament gives important emphasis on prayer and its impact on missionary work. Compared to the various prayer activities carried out by churches today, postmodern readers need to explore the relationship between prayer and further mission to be able to better understand what the mission looks like in the perspective of God from the Old Testament to the New Testament to implement it contextually and relevant
Profleksi Liturgi Misional Pentakostal: Revitalisasi Liturgi Pentakostal dalam Ibadah Minggu
Get PDFAbstract. The phenomenon of the Pentecostal liturgical movement has been shown to significantly change the face of Christianity globally. The most effective particularity for this movement is its liturgical style which is relevant and connected to contemporary culture. Pentecostal creative liturgy has proven to be a contributing factor in the development of this movement. However, along with the development and growth of the Pentecostal movement, implied a shift in focus from missionary goals to individual goals in the liturgy of worship. This is certainly a challenge for the Pentecostal Church in revitalizing its liturgy. This study used qualitative research methods by utilizing various data from literature studies. This paper aimed to construct the concept of proflexion which was initiated by Joas Adiprasetya in revitalizing the Pentecostal liturgy. The results showed that the concept of proflection is in line with the vitality of the Pentecostal liturgical movement at this time.Abstrak. Fenomena gerakan liturgi kelompok Pentakostal telah terbukti secara signifikan mengubah wajah kekristenan secara global. Adapun partikularitas yang paling efektif bagi gerakan ini adalah corak liturginya yang relevan terkoneksi dengan budaya kontemporer. Liturgi kreatif Pentakostal telah terbukti menjadi faktor pendukung dalam perkembangan aliran ini. Namun seiring dengan pekembangan dan pertumbuhan gerakan Pentakostal tersebut, tersirat pergeseran fokus dari tujuan misional ke tujuan individual dalam liturginya ibadahnya. Hal ini tentunya menjadi tantangan bagi Gereja Pentakostal dalam merevitalisasi liturginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan berbagai data dari studi literatur. Penulis mengajukankonstruksi konsep profleksi yang digagas oleh Joas Adiprasetya dalam merevitalisasi liturgi Pentakostal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsep profleksi sejalan dengan vitalitas gerakan liturgi Pentakostal pada masa kini yang berlandaskan karya Roh Kudus

Allah berhasil merubah tatanan kehidupan orang percaya, baik di masa lampau maupun
masa sekarang. Peristiwa Pentakosta mula-mula di Kisah Para Rasul, turunnya Roh Kudus
di tengah-tengah para murid, setidaknya menghasilkan sebuah tanda-tanda eksternal yang
dapat didengar oleh masyarakat sekitar tempat para rasul berdoa dan berkumpul. Peristiwa
Pentakosta mula-mula yang dirasakan dampak transformatifnya pada zaman itu, masih terus
dirasakan sampai sekarang. Bahkan transformatif dari pencurahan Roh Kudus bisa dilihat
adanya transformasi dari setiap individu yang dipenuhi oleh Roh Kudus, yang memampukan
jemaat mula-mula untuk menghasilkan bukan saja buah Roh tetapi memasuki dimensi
pelayanan yang paralel dengan apa yang Yesus lakukan. Sehingga pentakosta mula-mula
melahirkan sebuah Pelayanan kesembuhan, mengusir setan, dan mempercayai adanya
manifestasi karunia-karunia Roh dari gereja itu sendiri.

Spirit of God succeeded in changing the order of the lives of believers, both past and present.
The initial Pentecost events in Acts, the descent of the Holy Spirit among the disciples, at
least produced an external sign that could be heard by the community around where the
apostles prayed and gathered. The original Pentecost events whose transformative effects
were felt at that time, are still felt today. Even transformative from the outpouring of the Holy
Spirit can be seen the transformation of each individual filled with the Holy Spirit, which
enabled the early church to produce not only the fruit of the Spirit but entered a dimension of
service parallel to what Jesus did. So pentecost first gave birth to a healing ministry, drove
out demons, and believed in the manifestation of gifts of the Spirit from the church itself.

No full textHampir tidak ada gereja yang tidak mengalami konflik, gereja banyak menampung orang yang sakit, lelah secara emosi, putus asa, terluka. Terlalu sering orang-orang yang terluka diberi tahu bahwa respon emosional mereka adalah salah atau berdosa”. Kegagalan gereja sering sering terjadi merupakan kesalahan dari pemimpin gereja dalam menyadari bahwa orang-orang yg terluka memerlukan perasaan mereka dimengerti dan butuh tempat untuk mengeluarkan kepahitan serta keinginan untuk didengar. Gereja memerlukan pemimpin rohani baik yang berbentuk kepemimpinan tunggal maupun majemuk. Dan sudah menjadi percakapan umum di kalangan Kristen untuk menilai apakah sebuah gereja bertumbuh/sehat dengan tanda-tanda perkembangan secara kualitas dan kuantitas. Penilaian ini juga berhubungan erat dengan pemimpin rohani gereja: adakah ia memiliki IQ (kecerdasan intelektual) tinggi? Senioritas yang sudah lebih banyak makan garam pengalaman? Bagaimana dengan “orang biasa yang tidak terpelajar” seperti Petrus dan Yohanes (Kis.4:13) yang membuat pemimpin Yahudi dan tua-tua/ahli Torat heran atas keberanian mereka. Banyak pemimpin gereja pada masa kini memberikan terlalu banyak penekanan atas keberhasilan menjadikan gereja sehat pada pengetahuan dan bakat saja. Jika bakat dan kognitif saja sudah cukup, mengapa anda dan saya mengenal banyak pemimpin rohani dengan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) tinggi dan berbakat yang tidak begitu sukses untuk membangun gereja yang sehat. Dari uraian di atas penulis mencoba menganalisi sedikitnya dua hal: Pertama, Bagaimana interpretasi mengenai kecerdasan emosi secara proporsional, teologis ? Kedua, Mencari relevansi Kecerdasan Emosi Spiritual Quotient/EQ dalam kaitannya dengan pemimpin rohani gereja yang sehat
