Las opiniones expresadas en esta entrevista son de exclusiva responsabilidad del entrevistado en el momento de la misma. En ningún caso representan necesariamente la opinión de la CEPAL.
Conoce a Veronica Silva Oliva, una profesional dedicada que trabajó en la CEPAL desde 1978 hasta su jubilación en 2006. A lo largo de su carrera de 28 años, ocupó diversos roles. Silva fue investigadora en el Instituto Latinoamericano de Planificación (ILPES) y en la División de Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Financiamiento. Se jubiló en 2006 después de 28 años de servicio como Oficial Adjunto de Asuntos Económicos.
Silva tiene un título en Ingeniería Comercial y una Maestría en Economía, con especialización en Evaluación y Comercio, ambos obtenidos en la Universidad de Chile.

Meet Veronica Silva Oliva, a dedicated professional who served at ECLAC from 1978 until her retirement in 2006. Over her 28-year career, she held various roles. Silva was a researcher at the Latin American Planning Institute (ILPES) and in the International trade, Transportation and Financing Division. She retired after 28 years of service in 2006 as Assistant Economic Affairs Officer.
Silva holds a degree in Commercial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Economics, specializing in Evaluation and Commerce, both from the University of Chile.

Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

El principal llamado que hace es a amar al Señor Jesús por sobre todas las cosas y a fundamentar los valores en amor fraterno. Mención especial realiza a "los/as pobres", animándoles a esforzarse y salir adelante porque "la pobreza no es buena ni es cristiana". En sus escritos se puede observar cómo él soñaba su patria chilena y cuales eran sus más profundos anhelos para ella en contextos de democracia

La significación del liderazgo socioreligioso en un contexto de cambios: el Cardenal Raúl Silva Henríquez
No full textUsually in sociology when analyzing processes of cultural mutation experienced in recent decades, religion is placed as a dependent variable since it receives the impacts of these changes. When researching the leading figure of Cardinal Silva Henriquez, his significance and actions in different sociopolitical contexts experienced by the country, we find a leadership style that has its origin in «a religious way of knowing» and an acting style that may mark and characterize his time as «the age of the Cardinal». When studying the features of his leadershipstyle, one of the main indicatorsappears clearly: a man of strategic action. This obviously means having enemies and adversaries and – in our terms – taking sides for contentious proceedings with important interests involved. He led a renewal process in the Church that was much more than a simple adaptation, in response to demands for new cultural contexts. ResumenGeneralmente en sociología, cuando se hace análisis de los procesos demutación sociocultural que se han experimentado en las últimas décadas, se coloca a la religión como variable dependiente, en tanto recibe los impactos de dichas transformaciones. Al investigar la figura del Cardenal Silva Henríquez, su significación y su actuar en los diversos contextos sociopolíticos que experimentó el país, aparece un estilo de liderazgo que tiene como origen "un modo religioso de conocer" y un estilo de actuación que marcan y pueden llegar a caracterizar su tiempo como "la época del Cardenal". Al captar los rasgos de su estilo de liderazgo, aparece con nitidez uno de sus principales indicadores: ser un hombre de acción estratégica. Evidentemente, esto implica tener enemigos, enfrentarse a adversarios y, en nuestros términos, tomar partido en procesos conflictivos en los que hay importantes intereses en juego. Él lideró un proceso de renovación de la Iglesia que fue mucho más que una simple adaptación, como reacción a exigencias de nuevos contextos socioculturales.

The teacher´s role into the classroom has been affected in different ways; the relation among colleagues and students, and the problems that can be found at schools such as resources of Education. to qualify students according to the parameters of the Minist e ry In like manners we can identify important changes in classrooms regarding teaching tools such as ICTs that are malleable in relation with globalization provided that information changes every time and new contents are added in education themes. Because of this, another teaching tool that is inside of this change atmosphere is Lesson Plan, which in complementation with ICTs are the foundation of the development of the receptive an d reproductive skills such as Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing. With this in mind we must understand the difficult relation regarding with classrooms and the changes produced by a globalized society in which we as teachers must face the continuing throughout time to improve our teaching and help creating changes an appropriate environment for Teaching Learning process. As English Teachers, we want to emphasize the importance of our role into the classroom because we work with people who have different ways of learning, skills and interests, these people who have developed their lives in different contexts and have different experiences; besides there are cases in which some of these students have special needs be ta ken into account whilst in t process. he TeachingL earning According to that, the final goal of this research study is to know if Universidad Católica Silva Henríquez gives future teachers, the main teaching tools to make them as competent teachers who are able to manage all these aspects

No full textO presente relatório visa descrever o estágio realizado pelo Aluno Estagiário (AE), Alex da Silva Pereira, no âmbito da unidade curricular estágio II do Mestrado Integrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas (MICF) do Instituto Universitário de Ciências da Saúde – CESPU (IUCS-CESPU), na Farmácia Teixeira da Silva (FTS), no período compreendido entre 6 de março de 2023 e 31 de julho de 2023.
O relatório foi elaborado com o objetivo de descrever a experiência vivenciada, os conhecimentos adquiridos e a participação do AE ao longo do período de estágio. São versadas atividades de BackOffice (como por exemplo: realização, receção e conferência de encomendas, gestão de prazos de validade, recolhas, devoluções e quebras de stock) e de FrontOffice (como por exemplo: dispensação de medicamentos e/ou produtos de saúde, com e sem a apresentação de prescrição médica), com a inclusão de sugestões de possíveis melhorias e de particularidades associadas a várias tarefas executadas.
Todas as tarefas descritas tiveram lugar no decorrer do estágio e com a participação ativa ou observacional do AE
