Arquivo, memória e imagem: representação descritiva de documentos fotográficos da matriarca Tereza Alves
No full textAnalisar como as narrativas orais aliadas a descrição arquivística de imagens podem servir para reconstrução sócio-histórica de memórias coletivas, sejam elas de um indivíduo, grupo ou sociedade, a partir do álbum da Família Alves é o objetivo principal deste estudo. Especificamente pretendeu-se: fazer um levantamento no álbum da família Alves por imagens que retratem a matriarca Tereza Alves; selecionar as imagens identificadas com a matriarca Tereza Alves; descrever arquivisticamente as fotografias; (re)construir as narrativas protagonizadas pela matriarca Tereza Alves. As categorias analíticas se fundamentam nas discussões sobre fotografia, origem e história, fotografia como um documento, descrição arquivística, memória, história e narrativa. Metodologicamente se caracteriza como uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo documental e descritiva, que se utilizou dos princípios de descrição arquivística e do método narrativo para coletar e analisar os dados. Os resultados evidenciam, por meio das descrições realizadas em cada uma das fotografias recuperadas e pela narrativa construída, que alguns momentos da trajetória de vida da matriarca Tereza Alves sobre seu trabalho como doméstica, suas dificuldades e sua vida familiar, esteve repleta de lacunas, ao ponto de ter alguns momentos esquecidos, tanto na memória individual quanto na memória coletiva. Nas considerações finais refletimos sobre a relação da fotografia com a memória individual e coletiva, e como esta pode se tornar essencial e ressignificar uma ou várias histórias, logo, sendo este trabalho, um espaço de diálogo com os estudos de memória e fotografia no âmbito da Arquivologia.ABSTRACT: The main objective of this study is to analyze how oral narratives combined with the archival description of images can serve for the socio-historical reconstruction of collective memories, whether of an individual, group or society, based on the Alves Family album. Specifically, the intention was: Make a research on the Alves family album looking for pictures that shows the matriarch Teresa Alves, select the pictures with the matriarch and archivistically describe them, (re)constructing the narratives starred by the matriarch Tereza Alves. The analitic categories are based in discussions about photography, origin and history, pictures as a document, archivistic descriptions, history and narrative. Methodologycaly it is caracterized as qualitative research of documentary and descriptive type that uses archivistic description principles and narrative method to collect and analyse data. The results show, through the descriptions in each recovered photography and by constructed narrative, that some moments in the life trajetory of Tereza Alves about her job as a maid, her difficulties and her family life were full of gaps, leading to some forgotten moments, both in individual and collective memories. In the final considerations we think about the relationship between individual and collective memory and how it can be essential and redesign one or more stories, making this work a dialogue place with the memory and photography studies in archivology

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Literatura.No presente trabalho realiza-se uma leitura intertextual entre a Bíblia e Os escravos, coletânea de poemas de teor abolicionista do poeta romântico Antônio Frederico de Castro Alves (1847-1871), objetivando demonstrar que os textos poéticos arquitetam-se na desconstrução e reconstrução dos textos bíblicos. A leitura dos poemas centra-se nos personagens: Deus, Eros e Mãe, os quais conformam uma trindade poética/sagrada. A pesquisa divide-se em três movimentos: Prelúdios do sagrado no Romantismo, Tríade melódica e À guisa de coda: trindade poética. No primeiro efetuam-se algumas aproximações ao conceito do sagrado e aos Romantismos francês e brasileiro. O seguinte corresponde à leitura das composições, através das linhas melódicas: A dualidade de Deus, A ambivalência de Eros e O duplo calvário da Mãe escrava. E no último movimento amalgamam-se as inter-relações entre a trindade cristã e poética e os dramas bíblico e poético

João da Silva Feijó e os dilatados sertões: pensamento científico e representações do mundo natural na capitania do Ceará (1799-1816)
No full textDissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Programa de Pós-Graduação em História, Florianópolis, 2014.Em 1799 a Capitania do Ceará emancipa-se politicamente da Capitania de Pernambuco e juntamente com um Governador Geral (Bernardo Manoel de Vasconcellos), recebe também por decreto da rainha Maria I um especialista em ciências naturais, o sargento-mor e naturalista João da Silva Feijó, imbuído de observar, descrever e relatar as possíveis riquezas naturais na recém-emancipada Capitania. A presença do luso brasileiro na Capitania do Ceará na primeira metade do século XIX é bem emblemática, e ainda recebe particularidades interessantes como a prospecção de ouro, num período onde as regiões mineradoras atravessavam a crise aurífera, e também salitre, utilizado na composição da pólvora. Além disso, as Memórias elaboradas pelo naturalista são extremamente ricas no que diz respeito à observação das relações que se estabelecem entre homem e mundo natural na Capitania do Ceará, seja no sentido de observação e análise das possíveis produções naturais, ou mesmo nos prognósticos de melhoria em relação à agricultura e mineralogia. Assim, o trabalho em torno das produções do naturalista João da Silva Feijó e das relações homens-ambiente no final do século XVIII e primeiras décadas do século XIX visa perceber e problematizar as ideias, valores, significados, sentimentos e representações atribuídos ao mundo natural na Capitania do Ceará, com suas atribuições no Ceará, servindo à Coroa lusitana nos domínios ultramarinos. Incumbido de observar, descrever e relatar as possíveis "riquezas naturais", em sua posição de naturalista, traz consigo uma série de comentários pertinentes acerca do homem e da terra, de animais, vegetais e de minérios, que nos leva a questionar sobre o valor e a ideia de natureza que se estava a constituir naquele período.Abstract : In 1799 the Capitaincy of Ceará emancipates politically of the General Capitaincy of Pernambuco and together a General Governor (Bernardo Manoel de Vasconcelos), also receives by a decret of the Queen Maria I, a specialist in Natural Sciences, the sergeant-mor and naturalist João da Silva Feijó, with the responsibility of seek, describe and report the possibilities of natural richness in the just-emancipated Capitaincy. The presence of the luso-brasilian in the Capitaincy of Ceará in the beginning of the XIXthcentury is also emblematic, and still receives interesting particularities, like Gold prospection, in a period where the mines were traversing a critical period, and also the prospection of Saltpeter, for the fabrication of powder. Thus, the Memórias elaborated for the naturalist are riches of what concernes the observation of the relations between man and natural world in the Capitaincy of Ceará, as in the sense of observation and analysis of the natural produtions as about in the prognostics of the progress concerning the agriculture and the Mineralogy. So, the questions concerning the productions of naturalist João da Silva Feijó and the relations between man and natural world in the end of XVIIIth century and the beginning of the XIXth century has as objective to perceive and make questions about the ideas, the worth, the meanings, the feelings and representations attributed to the Natural World in the Capitaincy of Ceará, with yours attributions in the Ceará, serving the Portuguese Crown in the ultramarines domains. With the responsibility of seek, describe and report the natural richness, with your position of naturalist, brings pertinent commentaries about the man and the land, the animals, vegetables and minerals, that leads us to put some questions about the worth and the idea of the Nature that were being constituted in that period
