No full text本省蘆筍栽培三至五年即發生衰產現象，世界各國老蘆筍園普遍存在植株老化，根系
大量枯死，連作缺株的現象，使得產量減少，品質變差。據推測除病蟲害之，蘆筍根
殘質及根分泌物引起的自毒作用可能是導致衰產的原因。
本研究目的是針對蘆筍問題土壤萃取液及根分泌物的特性及作用，深入瞭解是否具有
自毒作用，以便進一步判斷引起蘆筍植株老化，逐年減產，及連作缺株的原因。本論
文試驗結果下：
１．崙背、土庫、及褒忠蘆筍田土萃取液在生物分析中對蘆筍、萵苣、蘿蔔三種不同
種子都有顯著抑制作用，除褒忠蘆筍田土外，根圈土對種子的抑制作用高於非根圈土
，顯示蘆筍田中有毒物質存在。
２．用DPNA及Folin －Denis 兩種方法測定土壤萃取液酚酸含量，發現根圈土酚酸含
量大於非根圈土。萃取液中酚酸含量愈高，對種子抑制作用愈明顯。
３．蘆筍根分泌物對三種不同種子皆有顯著抑制作用，其中以蘆筍種子所受到的抑制
作用最明顯，此種現象證明蘆筍具有自毒作用。
４．經HPLC分析，崙背蘆筍田土含有的酚酸為３，４－dihydroxybenzoic acid 及３
，４－dihydroxyphenylacetic acid；土庫蘆筍田土含有２，６－dihydroxybenxoic
acid，３，４－dimethoxyacetophenone ，及β－M －（hydroxyphenyl ）propion-
ic acid ；褒忠蘆筍田土含有β－M －（hydroxyphenyl ）propionic acid；蘆筍根
分泌物含有benzoic acid，３，４－dihydroxybenzoic acid ，２，４－dimethoxy-
benzoic acid，β－M －（hydroxyphenyl ）propionic acid，及３，４－dihydro-
xyphenylacetic acid 。再用TLC 分析發現土庫和褒忠蘆筍田土及根分泌物中含有較
確切的酚酸β－M －（hydroxyphenyl ）propionic acid。
５．從生物分析，酚酸含量測定，及HPLC顯示用XAD －４萃取土壤中毒物質效果優於
丙酮法。
６．三個不同地區蘆筍田土及根分泌物所含有的六種酚酸進行生物分析，在１○○pp
m 即對蘆筍、萵苣、及蘿蔔產生顯著抑制作用，其中以β－M －（hydroxyphenyl ）
propionic acid最具毒性。不同種子對不同酚酸敏感度不同

Get PDF本文是关于中国村落中村民自治组织“新农村建设理事会”运行现状的个案研究。试图以闽南赤石村理事会为例，反映出当今中国农村理事会的运行，是与村委会行政关系、村落里的宗族力量等交织在一起的。赤石村理事会出现的原因是新农村建设运动中，政府号召、村民要求村落面貌改变的愿望、村委会小组长制度的式微、宗族力量和其它利益形式妥协的结果。赤石村理事会运行的规则遵循的是宗族文化中房支利益均等原则，而非行政式的。赤石村理事会的实践证明，在处理村落公共事务方面，理事会的村落自治模式较村民小组长式的管理方式更为有效，或可成为中国村落自治的模式。This paper mainly researches the Li-shi-hui, or rural board of regents which emerged in rural China during the New Rural Construction Period. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
