Analisis Pengaruh Persepsi Mahasiswa Mengenai Karakteristik dan Kepribadian Dosen terhadap Motivasi Kuliah Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo
This study aims to determine the effect of Characteristics (X1) and Lecturer Personality (X2) on Lecture Motivation (Y) of students of the Economic Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo. This research is a type of quantitative research. The research population was all students of the Economic Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo totaling 120 people and with an error rate of 5%, the number of samples was 89 people. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, which is the technique used when the population is heterogeneous or consists of stratified groups. The research instrument used a questionnaire with five alternative answers. The test of the instrument used the formula for testing the validity and testing the reliability. The data analysis technique used descriptive and quantitative analysis with simple correlation, multiple correlation, t test, and F test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between Characteristics (X1) and Lecturer Personality (X2) on Lecture Motivation (Y) partially or simultaneously. with values ??respectively 0.001 < 0.05, 0.000 < 0.05, and 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the simple regression test and multiple regression, the hypothesis (Ha) which states that there is a significant influence between Characteristics (X1) and Lecturer Personality (X2) on Lecture Motivation (Y) partially or simultaneously is declared acceptable
Pengantar Ilmu Pendidikan
Ilmu pendidikan menjadi mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa calon guru di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan. Calon guru yang baik dan profesional harus diawali dari pemahaman keilmuan pendidikan yang komprehensif. Mahasiswa harus memahami bahwa menjadi guru tidak cukup hanya berbekal keterampilan mengajar. Siapa pun bisa mengajar, namun tidak semuanya bis menjadi guru. Menjadi guru menuntut banyak kemampuan dan keterampilan sehingga dianggap sebagai profesi yang mulia dan menjadi teladan bagi masyarakat. Itulah mengapa profesi guru memerlukan pendidikan secara khusus yang termuat dalam Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG). Guru menjadi profesi yang diidamkan oleh masyarakat, betapa tidak selain mulia, guru dianggap sebagai sosok yang berwibawa, memiliki keilmuan tinggi, dan memiliki peran sentral dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. PENGEMBANGAN MODEL SaV BERBASIS SIMBOLIK PENDEKATAN ADDIE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN MATERI KULIAH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN
The purpose of this development research is to create a new product in the form of a Symbol and Visits (SaV) learning model as well as to test the level of effectiveness in improving the mastery of teaching materials for the Learning Strategy course. The research method uses the ADDIE approach with the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research data were collected using documentation and test methods. The data collected in this research uses documentation, observation, interview, and test techniques. The research sample was 14 students of the Economic Education Study Program for the limited trial, 28 for the broad trial, and 62 for the operational test. The results of the study in the form of data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Qualitative descriptive was conducted by analyzing pre-survey data and internal design testing. The quantitative analysis consisted of a limited trial, a broad trial, and an operational trial. Student learning outcomes at the operational test stage obtained an average value of 83.61, an increase compared to the limited trial of 70.92, and the broad trial of 81.42. The results showed that the development of the SaV model was able to improve the mastery of teaching materials in the Learning Strategy course for students of the Economic Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo
Penerapan Model Discovery Learning untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri Kalinongko
This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in student motivation and learning outcomes by applying the Discovery Learning model in social studies for grade IV SD Negeri Kalinongko for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research was conducted in November 2020. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this study were all 11 students of grade IV. Collecting data in this study using observation sheets, interviews, test results and evaluation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research was conducted for 2 cycles and ended in cycle 2 with the results of the analysis showing that the application of the Discovery Learning model can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The results of the analysis of student learning motivation reached 77% in the "Good" category and the results of the analysis of student tests and evaluations reached 93% so that these results have reached indicators of success
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
