Financing (payment) for construction projects is a matter that is very important and influences the financial system of contractor companies in completing projects to be carried out. There are several types of payment systems in the construction industry, namely monthly payment systems, progress payment methods and payment methods after the project is completed (turn key). Each method of payment has different impacts and obstacles. one another to project financing. Thus, each method of payment will have a different effect on the contractor. Therefore the role of cash flow is very important in project implementation.
This study uses primary data and secondary data with the method used is the method of literature, observation and literature in the field regarding the comparison of monthly payment and progress payment systems located at Citra Land Housing Tegal then collected data such as Time Schedule, S Curve and RAB will be analyzed using the Cash Flow method
The results of this study show that from the real cost Monthly Payment get Rp. 204,979,001 while Progress Payment gets Rp. 241,971,291 for outgoing cash indicates that the Progress Payment system experienced significant ups and downs while the Monthly Payment ups and downs were relatively stable. The graph for each month shows that Progress Payment has experienced a surge in costs that are affected by contract terms of 0.2%, 0.45%, 0.3% and 0.05%, while Monthly Payments fluctuate and are influenced by the entry and exit of fees each month, and the time implementation tends to be faster Monthly Payment because it is not affected by the contract after the maintenance period, while Progress Payment is still bound by the contract after the maintenance period.

Full text linkOleh: Gilang Fajar Septian Kanker merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menjadi momok bagi banyak orang. Penyakit ini sendiri terbagi menjadi beberapa jenis, salah satunya adalah kanker darah atau lebih dikenal sebagai leukemia. Bahaya dari leukemia ini sendiri tidak dapat dianggap remeh. Berdasarkan data Globocan 2018, di Indonesia leukemia berada di urutan ke-9 pada peringkat jumlah kasus kanker yang paling banyak muncul di tahun 2018, dengan 13.498 kasus atau 3.9% dari total keseluruhan. Di tahun yang sama, leukemia juga menyebabkan 11.314 kematian; jenis yang menyebabkan kematian kelima terbanyak, serta menyumbang 5.5% dari total kematian kanker secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis pun berkeinginan untuk membuat laman web berisikan informasi seputar leukemia yang didapat dari Dokter-Konsultan onkologi dan hematologi Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais serta Ketua Indonesian Society of Hematology - Medical Oncology cabang DKI Jakarta. Selain itu, penulis juga berniat menghadirkan nilai human interest melalui cerita perjuangan serta sudut pandang dari salah satu pasien leukemia jenis chronic myeloblastic leukemia (CML) yang sudah sepuluh tahun hidup berdampingan dengan penyakitnya. Karya ini penulis tujukan sebagai sumber informasi seputar leukemia, khususnya di kala masih banyaknya miskonsepsi beresiko fatal mengenai penyakit ini. Selain itu, melalui kisah salah satu pasiennya yang sarat dengan nilai human interest, karya ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber motivasi dan inspirasi bagi para pasien leukemia, hingga anggota keluarganya

The purpose of the study was 1) To knowing increase the quality of the learning process geography in XI IPS 2 MAN 2 Surakarta through the application contextual teaching and learning. 2) To knowing increase Geography learning outcomes in XI IPS 2 MAN 02 Surakarta school of year 2014/2015 Surakarta through the application contextual teaching and learning. The type of the research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR), used qualitative description. The subjects of research was the XI IPS 2 graders of MAN 2 Surakarta consisting of 26 students. The data collected by observation, interview, questionnair, and extended test. The application of contextual teaching and learning model has improved the quality of the learning process and geography learning outcomes (Basic Competencies Analyzing The Environmental Protection In Relation to National Development In XI IPS 2 MAN 02 Surakarta School Year 2014 / 2015). In general it can be proved that the quality of the learning process prasiklus condition until the second cycle increased, scores in the first cycle was 1.65 or means 41.25% of students who qualify, it indicates that the quality of teaching in the first cycle in the category "quality of the learning process less" , then score at the second cycle was 2.92 or 72.92% can be interpreted qualified students, showed that an increase and has been included in the category of "good quality of the learning process", while in the second cycle skora dalah 3.33 or can be interpreted that 83.33% of students are eligible, and therefore the quality of the learning process in this second cycle has been declared in the category "excellent quality of the learning process". Based on the evaluation of the test results of students in the learning process in cycle I and II, it showed an increase in the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes is the pre-cycle condition percentage is only 34.62% increase in cycle II with a percentage of 57.69% in the second cycle to 76, 92% in other words the action on the first cycle and the second cycle, it will increase the percentage of students learning completeness of 42.30%, which means it has reached the target of research success. The research design used by the author is qualtitative where the process of finding knowledge is based on numerical data. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. With the research conducted by the author, PT. Fajar Mas Murni conducts recording using the accrual base system. PT. Fajar Mas Murni in preparing financial statements does not make journals, general ledgers, balance sheets, reports of changes in equity, cash flow statements and notes to financial statements. From the results of the study, the author concludes that the application of accounting carried out by PT. Fajar Mas Murni has not complied with generally accepted accounting principles

The types of data collected in this study include premier data, which is data and information collected from the school is still in book form and still needs more processing further, these types of premiere data are data obtained from the management Al Fajar SDS School, information about the report is processed and rearranged, and secondary data, namely data reports obtained from schools in the form which is like: financial statements and other written records. The results of this study were at the time of recording financial transactions Al Fajar SDS IT school does not make journals, post big books, and the adjusting entry, and the school does not make depreciation of its fixed assets, so that the value of fixed assets is shown in the value of the book. From the description of the discussion and the results of research that has been the author do, it can be stated from the results of research that the application of accounting on Al Fajar SDS IT school is not in accordance with acceptable accounting principles general

Full text linkThe aim of conducting digital marketing at Canai Mak Fajar MSMEs is to find out the marketing mix such as: product, price, place and promotions that have been carried out at Canai Mak Fajar MSMEs, to implement digital marketing as a sales strategy, and to find out the obstacles and solutions faced during the marketing process. This project implementation method consists of four stages, namely project preparation, project implementation, project completion, and project reporting. Thus, the final result of this product is to apply digital marketing in the development of Canai Mak Fajar MSMEs in Bengkalis. The digital marketing process is divided into several stages: the process of making roti canai, the process of creating social media accounts, and marketing products on social media. The obstacle faced when implementing digital marketing is that the author has to think of interesting content ideas every day that can attract consumers' buying interest so that Canai Mak Fajar products are better known to many people in Bengkalis City as well as in remote areas of Bengkalis. The solution taken by the author must be extra in looking for references for interesting and up-to-date content ideas so that consumers are interested in buying canai at UMKM Canai Mak Fajar. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Manaqib Syaikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani's activities in the formation of Islamic character as well. To find out the results of the character of the Fajar Dunia Islamic Boarding School students after participating in the activities of Manaqib Syaikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method with the type of case study research using observation, interviews, documentation. Analysis of the data used by researchers to discuss the problem of this research is a descriptive analysis technique. The data that has been obtained is collected, then processed into a picture and problem, analyzed and compared with the scientific theory being studied. The role of manaqib activities is influential in the formation of Islamic character, because in manaqib activities which contain religious spiritual activities that play a role in shaping the character of the students and the congregation who participated in manaqib activities. And Manaqib activities are the main attraction in terms of religious spirituality, especially for people in Indonesia. because in manaqib he conveys stories of pious people who can be expected to be imitated or implemented by students and congregations

No full textThis research is motivated by the personality elements of the characters in the novel Sunyi Palinng Riuh by Fajar Sulaiman, Sigmund Freud's Psychoanalytic Study. In this research, the characterization of the characters reflects the dialogue and monologues found in the novel. This research focuses on everyday life. From this phenomenon, the author was interested in conducting research on the novel Sunyi Most Riuh by Fajar. The aim of this research is to describe, analyze, interpret and conclude the personality elements of the characters in the novel Sunyi Palinng Riuh by Fajar Sulaiman, a study of Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis. This research uses descriptive research methods and uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is Hermeneutics, namely the technique of reading, taking notes and concluding. The data analysis techniques used are data identification, data clarification, data analysis, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results of this research can be concluded that the most dominant element of the novel Sunyi Terriuh by Fajar Sulaiman is ego with 127 data. From the research that the author did, it can be concluded the results of the study that the application of financial accounting in TK Bintang Fajar Duri is not in accordance with the General Acceptance Accounting Principles
