ABSTRACT
Abstract : The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of online learning media learning and student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic on physical education learning outcomes. The method in this study uses Path Analysis. The sample included in this study amounted to 161 students. The results of the analysis show that the contribution of the influence of Online Learning (X1) on Learning Outcomes (Y) is significant at 0.450, Learning Media (X2) on Learning Outcomes (Y) is significant at 0.351, Motivation (X3) on Learning Outcomes (Y) which significant at 0.379, Online Learning (X1) on Motivation (X3) which is significant at 0.324, Media Learning (X2) on Motivation (X3) which is significant for 0.470. The conclusion in this study is that online learning, learning media and motivation have a direct effect on physical education learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Online learning, learning media have a direct effect on motivation in students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang Pengaruh Pembelajaran Online Media Belajar Dan Motivasi Peserta Didik Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Hasil Belajar Penjas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analysis (Analisis Jalur). Sampel yang disertakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 161 peserta didik. Adapun hasil analisis yang menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh Pembelajaran Online (X1) terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y) yang signifikan sebesar 0,450, Media Belajar (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y) yang signifikan sebesar 0,352, Motivasi (X3) terhadap Hasil belajar (Y) yang signifikan sebesar 0,379, Pembelajaran Online (X1) terhadap Motivasi (X3) yang signifikan sebesar 0,324, Media Belajar (X2) terhadap Motivasi (X3) yang signifikan sebesar 0,470. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran online, media belajar dan motivasi sama-sama berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil belajar penjas selama pandemi COVID-19. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textMolecular bio-imaging based on optical detection is facing important challenges in the attempt to develop new materials and small molecules able to have better emission quantum yield, stability toward photobleaching and long excited-state lifetime. A strategy to achieve these properties is to use triplet emitters based on metal complexes and to protect them from dioxygen quenching. We report on an interesting approach based on the use of self-assembled platinum compounds in order to obtain stable, highly emissive and long-lived species. Cell internalization and localization experiments show that the assemblies possess a different selectivity towards cellular compartments dictated by the terdentate ligand coordinated to the platinum. Also, the conditions used for the incubation determine cell internalization of the platinum complexes or their expulsion in the media

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Gagalnya organisasi petani dalam memberi manfaat kepada anggotanya akan berdampak kepada kesejahteraan dan produktivitas petani. Untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, organisasi petani harus melakukan perubahan mengarah kepada organisasi pembelajar agar petani selalu mengembangkan kapasitasnya untuk menciptakan masa depannya sendiri dan menjadi organisasi yang mandiri. Maka dari itu, riset ini bertujuan pada transformasi organisasi petani menuju organisasi mandiri (self-organization) dengan metodologi soft systems methodology dan learning approach. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model konseptual untuk melakukan transformasi organisasi petani Kelompok Wanita Tani Desa Hiyung dengan enam aktivitas yang bertujuan, yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi kemampuan dan keahlian anggota, 2) memutuskan bidang usaha, 3) membentuk organisasi usaha, 4) anggota mengikuti pelatihan sesuai minat bidang usaha, 5) ketua bidang usaha mengikuti pelatihan manajerial, 6) menjalankan bidang usaha masing-masing
Potential Efforts for Conservation of Dayak Tomun Traditional House in Lamandau Regency, Indonesia
No full textAbstract: Damage to buildings can generally be seen after identifying the problems that occur in the building. Identification research is initial research on the condition of the building which includes: architecture, structure, utilities, historical and archaeological values of old traditional buildings. A multi-disciplinary approach is certainly needed and the uniqueness of heritage structures, with their historical value, requires regular research and analysis in the actions used in the investigation of a building. The stages that need to be carried out in this research are: data acquisition, historical investigation, structural survey, field research and testing, laboratory (if needed), and monitoring. The results showed that some of the building components of the Dayak Tomun Traditional House were categorized as lightly to heavily damaged. This condition is potential for conservation efforts. The approach to conservation activities at the Dayak Tomun Traditional House should follow the existing guidelines and hold consultations with experts who know about the materials used. To maintain the sustainability of this building, it is necessary to take appropriate conservation measures for this building, including the site. This traditional house conservation action must focus on sustainability from the previous era to the present era until to the next period.
