    Educator management in terms of planning, recruitment, selection, training, performance, appraisal and compensation is an activity that must be done to gain qualified educators. This esearch is aimed to reveal planning, recruitment, selection, training, performance, appraisal and compensation of educators and described the management process of educators done by MTs Salafiyah Safi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang. This research is qualitative with case study. The results are the first, planning educator mostly has been correlated to the analysis of job recruitment and selection and coaching explicitly. Second, the recruitment and selection activities are not publicly and very limited. Third, coaching has been done represent pattern of systematic planning either in the procedure or the determination of the program, meanwhile the assessment of educator performance has been based on the standard of procedure. Fourth, direct or indirect compensation has been set in the rules and regulations

    This study aims to describe student management in improving the quality of student input in MA. As-Salafiyah Source Duko Pakong Pamekasan. The approach used in this research is qualitative with qualitative descriptive research methods. The data collection technique of this research was done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing descriptive data using triangulation techniques, the analysis model using a data reduction model, data display, and verification. So that it can give meaning to the data that has been collected and conclusions can be drawn from the data. The research subjects were Deputy Head of Student Affairs and Deputy Head of Curriculum. The results showed that the implementation of student management in improving the quality of student input in MA. As-Salafiyah Sumber Duko Pakong Pamekasan, namely: 1. Applying the analysis of student needs, 2. Recruiting students, 3. Selection of new students. Based on the analysis of the data sources obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of student management in improving the quality of student input in MA.     Express Islamic Boarding School is an intensive and effective method of religious education for students, increasing their faith and Islamic knowledge. This research aims to provide assistance to the Kilat Santri Tarbiyah Putra Islamic Boarding School, with a focus on developing the quality of teaching and learning as well as managing the activities of the Lightning Islamic Boarding School. The research was carried out through a participatory approach involving Islamic boarding school administrators, teachers, and students.     Education is the main pillar in the development of society and the country. One effort to improve the quality of learning is by developing educational institutions' facilities and infrastructure. This research focuses on improving the quality of learning at MTs H. Agus Salim Gudo through efforts to develop facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the development of facilities and infrastructure at MTs H. Agus Salim Gudo has positively impacted the quality of learning. Developing comfortable classrooms equipped with modern learning facilities creates a conducive learning environment. The construction of libraries equipped with relevant book collections also contributes positively to improving the quality of learning. Besides that, using interactive learning software and adequate computer facilities helps increase student engagement and enrich learning methods. Student involvement in extracurricular activities related to sports and the arts provides additional valuable experience in the learning process. This research provides recommendations for other educational institutions to pay attention to the development of facilities and infrastructure as an effective strategy for improving the quality of learning.     This study underscores the importance of effective financial management in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at MA Al Washoya Ngoro Jombang, aiming to support optimal learning processes. Effective financial management is essential to ensure that the madrasah can provide adequate facilities in line with established educational standards. The objective of this research is to analyze how financial management is implemented at MA Al Washoya, focusing on planning, inventory, and evaluation related to the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure.The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The study examines the financial planning process involving the Waka Sarpras, fund allocation based on annual work meetings, and how inventory and financial evaluation are conducted to ensure proper and efficient use of funds.The findings reveal that financial management at MA Al Washoya is functioning reasonably well; however, there are areas requiring improvement, particularly in optimizing procurement and maintenance of existing facilities and infrastructure. The evaluation indicates that, although facilities and infrastructure have been planned and procured, better maintenance is needed to ensure their sustainability. The study recommends that the madrasah be more proactive in financial planning and asset maintenance strategies to ensure the achievement of high-quality and sustainable educational outcomes
