No full textIl termine “certificazione”, può assumere diverse connotazioni a seconda dello specifico settore di interesse, energetico o acustico, ma nella sua accezione più ampia prevede una serie di procedure tecniche e amministrative definite da apposite normative tecniche, atte a garantire specifiche prestazioni dell’edificio o di suoi componenti, e che si conclude con un documento (il certificato) che ne attesta il risultato finale. Sebbene l’attuale normativa nazionale preveda in realtà solo l’obbligo della certificazione energetica degli edifici, anche nel settore dell’acustica edilizia troviamo delle procedure che prevedono di garantire le prestazioni finali coinvolgendo non solo la fase di progettazione, ma anche quella di realizzazione con controllo finale del risultato sulla base sia di documentazione relativa al progetto sia delle proprietà dei materiali utilizzati, anche tramite la verifica della corretta posa in opera dei materiali ed eventuali collaudi final

No full textDissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Comunicação e Expressão, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Estudos da Tradução, Florianópolis, 2013.Com a intenção de delinear o modo pelo qual o escritor italiano Alessandro Baricco se inseriu no sistema literário brasileiro e os caminhos percorridos pelos seus livros traduzidos, esta dissertação dá voz às experiências tradutórias de seus tradutores. A inserção de Bariccono Brasil tem seu início em 1997, através de uma proposição da Profa. Dra. Roberta Barni à editora Iluminuras da tradução de Oceano Mare. A partir daí, outras sete obras foram publicadas no Brasil, sendo três delas traduzidas por Roberta Barni e as outras quatro por quatro tradutores diferentes. De um lado, considera-se o tradutor como figura principal namediação entre culturas, e, de outro, se analisa a realidade desta figuradentro do sistema literário, sua invisibilidade, seus limites e o exercíciode sua profissão. A pesquisa conta, ainda, com críticas e resenhas referentes ao autor italiano publicadas em jornais consagrados no Brasil, considerando estas como parte constituinte da imagem de Baricco refletida em território nacional. Abstract : Intending to delineate the way the Italian writer Alessandro Baricco has been inserted in the Brazilian literary system and the paths his translated books have followed, this thesis gives voice to the translating experiences of his translators. Baricco's insertion in Brazil began in 1997, through a personal project of Dr. Roberta Barni, with her translation of Oceano Mare. Since then, seven other of his works have been published in Brazil, three of which were translated by Roberta Barni and the other four by four different translators. On the one hand,the translator is considered as the main figure in mediation betweencultures and, on the other, this figure's reality is analyzed within theliterary system: its invisibility, its limits and its professional practice. Criticisms and reviews of this Italian author published in well established Brazilian newspapers are also considered, with the understanding that they are part of Baricco's image reflected here
Acoustic performances of resilient layers for impact sound insulation in standard laboratory

The impact sound insulation can be evaluated on the basis of EN 12354-2 standard models, in which the values of ∆L or ΔLW provided by the floating floor can be measured in laboratory on a reference floor or calculated from the dynamic stiffness of the resilient layer: the latter value is obtained from the resonant frequency of the mass spring system by using a specific test rig. In the present work, starting with the experience gained so far by the acoustics laboratory at the University of Bologna and at the Acoustical Laboratories of INRIM in Turin, a comparison of the values of the attenuation level of different resilient materials are presented calculated using the values of dynamic stiffness determined in accordance with the EN 29052 - 1 and those measured experimentally in room acoustics, according to ISO 10140 series requirements. Optimisation of an hvac system for energy saving and thermal comfort in a university classroom
No full textIn university classrooms with air conditioning systems, as well as in conference rooms, thermo-hygrometric and air quality requests must deal with high energy consumption of the plant system. The whole plant management is sometimes critical due to the particular conditions of use of the rooms where the ventilation rate demand and thermal loads may change consistently during daily occupation. In this work an existing HVAC system unit is analyzed, serving two classrooms with a single zone distribution. The HVAC system is set to work with an external air supply at a constant rate, and includes air treatment sections with heating, cooling and vapour humidification. Experimental measurements of both thermal comfort parameters and real operating conditions of the HVAC unit gave information about critical aspects of the whole building-plant system design and management. In this work an energy dynamic simulation of the building-plant system using Energy-Plus software has been realized. After a proper calibration of the model based on experimental measurements, a dynamic simulation is used to carry out plant management strategies (e.g. free cooling, variable set points for intermediate occupational condition, mixing of the external air with recycled air, etc.) that combine energy savings with better indoor comfort. Several design alternatives are modelled through Energy-Plus to predict energy performance improvements associated with a different set of HVAC system configuration. Simulation results indicate up to 60% energy savings
Indagini sulle condizioni di comfort all'interno di aule scolastiche climatizzate: presentazione di un caso studio
No full textL’articolo presenta alcuni risultati di una serie di indagini sperimentali sulle condi-zioni termo-igrometriche e di qualità dell’aria eseguite all’interno di due aule universita-rie adiacenti, servite da un’unica unità di trattamento aria (con regolazione del tipo mo-nozona) alla quale compete sia la gestione dei ricambi d’aria che la climatizzazione in-vernale ed estiva. Le prove sperimentali sono state affiancate da questionari compilati dagli studenti volti a fornire un giudizio soggettivo che è stato confrontato con gli indici di comfort utilizzati dalle norme nazionali e dedotti dalla teoria di Fanger. Le diverse ti-pologie di analisi hanno consentito di individuare le criticità legate alla tipologia di im-pianto ed alla sua gestione che, oltre ad aspetti legati al comfort, hanno anche forti im-plicazione sui consumi energetici. Ulteriori considerazioni sulla “adattabilità” degli stu-denti a valori di set-point diversi da quelli di progetto, consentono di ipotizzare soluzioni diversificate di gestione degli impianti
La maturità di Alessandro Fei del Barbiere, in bilico tra Maniera e Riforma
No full textThis article studies the mature career of the Florentine painter Alessandro Fei del Barbiere (1537-1592), beginning with the rediscovery of the 'Ascension' altarpiece formerly in the Albizi Chapel in the destroyed church of San Pier Maggiore, Florence. Studying this painting and others recorded in 1584 by the biographer Raffaello Borghini, such as the two altarpieces for Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Madonna dell'Umiltà in Pistoia, the author reconstructs a body of works showing how in the 1580s Fei gradually went beyond the archaic style of his apprenticeship - he had been trained by Ridolfo del Ghirlandaio and Pierfrancesco Foschi, but was also marked by the Maniera of Vasari - evolving towards naturalism in both mimesis and pictorial handling. In Florence, his development partly parallels that of Santi di Tito and his circle, but Fei was also influenced by a probable sojourn during the early part of that decade in Rome, where he could have been inspired by Girolamo Muziano and the painters working for Pope Gregory XIII. Among other proposals, the author suggests that the artist was responsible for decorating the chancel of Fiesole Cathedral (c. 1584-1589), which consisted of an altarpiece, only rarely discussed by scholars, and a cycle of frescoes hitherto attributed to Nicodemo Ferrucci
