Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosi dan Kecerdasan Spiritual dengan Perilaku Prososial Mahasiswa Calon Katekis pada Sekolah Tinggi Pastoral Santo Bonaventura Keuskupan Agung Medan
Mahasiswa calon katekis adalah para calon pelayan pastoral dalam Gereja.
Mereka dididik untuk melayani kehidupan rohani umat di mana mereka berada.
Dalam pekerjaan mereka itu nantinya mereka tidak bisa lepas dari tindakan
menolong atau perilaku prososial. Katekis yang memiliki kecerdasan emosi dan
kecerdasan spiritual yang baik akan mampu dan mudah untuk munjalankan
tugasnya dengan baik dalam bentuk perilaku prososial terhadap umat. Kecerdasan
emosi membantu calon katekis untuk mengelola emosi diri sendiri hingga
mengenali dan memahami emosi orang lain sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual akan
membantu mengarahkan dirinya untuk menghayati dan memaknai perannya
dalam melayani umat sebagai wujud ibadah di hadapan Tuhan. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dan
kecerdasan spiritual dengan perilaku prososial, hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi
dengan perilaku prososial, hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan perilaku
prososial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa calon katekis pada Sekolah
Tinggi Pastoral Santo Bonaventura Keuskupan Agung Medan dengan masa studi
minimal 1 tahun. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 55 mahasiswa.
Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda
dengan bantuan komputer seri program statistik SPSS for MS Windows release
versi 17.0. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh F hitung sebesar 26.40 dengan p <
0,05. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara
kecerdasan emosi dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan perilaku prososial pada
mahasiswa calon katekis. Hasil rx1y sebesar 36.040 dengan p < 0,05 berarti ada
hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku
prososial. Hasil rx2y sebesar 50.734 dengan p < 0,05 berarti ada hubungan yang
sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan perilaku prososial. Adapun
sumbangan efektif yang diberikan variabel kecerdasan emosi dan kecerdasan
spiritual terhadap perilaku prososial ditunjukkan dengan R= 0.509 atau 50.9 %.
Hal ini berarti masih terdapat 49.1 % faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku
prososial pada mahasiswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini pada umumnya memiliki
kecerdasan emosi yang tergolong sedang ditunjukkan persentase sebesar 67.67%,
kecerdasan spiritual yang tergolong sedang ditunjukkan persentase sebesar
45.73 % dan perilaku prososial yang tergolong sedang dengan persentase sebesar
43.87 %
Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas XI IPS di SMA Swasta RK Serdang Murni Lubuk Pakam
This study aims to explore the role of Catholic Religious Education Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in Private High School RK Serdang Murni Lubuk Pakam. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a qualitative approach. A total of 12 informants consisting of students, Catholic Religious Education teachers, and school principals were involved in this study. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data processing show two main things. First, there was an increase in learning motivation in class XI IPS students at RK Serdang Murni Lubuk Pakam Private High School. Second, the role of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher is very important and influential in increasing student learning motivation. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that Catholic Religious Education Teachers continue to play an active role in increasing the learning motivation of class XI IPS students at the Private High School RK Serdang Murni Lubuk Pakam, and continue to use the same approach in dealing with these students
Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik dalam Mengatasi Perilaku Antisosial pada Peserta Didik di SMP St. Antonius Bangun Mulia
Antisocial behavior is an action that harms others. At the junior high school level, anti-social behavior that appears to be carried out by students in the form of: bullying, not caring when their friends cry and laugh when they are punished and disturbing their friends during prayer. To overcome anti-social behavior in students, the existence of a PAK teacher is the right solution to overcome this behavior through its role, namely; as a motivator, learning manager, facilitator, role model and mentor. This study aims to overcome anti-social behavior in students through the role of PAK teachers. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, the Catholic Religious Education (PAK) Teacher appears to have been effective in playing his role in overcoming anti-social behavior in students at SMP ST. Antonius Bangun Mulia Junior High School. Through his role, the Catholic Religious Education teacher has increased students' learning motivation, attracted students' interest in learning through learning management, provided various media to make it easier for students to understand the subject matter, became a model for students' behavior, and guided and directed students to have good attitudes and behavior
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KATOLIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL SISWA KELAS XI IPA DI SMA SANTO ANTONIUS BANGUN MULIA MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa dengan menggambarkan keadaan yang sebenarnya dari objek penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA St. Antonius Bangun Mulia Medan, melibatkan 13 informan yang terdiri dari siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan pertama: Terjadi peningkatan terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA St. Antonius Bangun Mulia Medan. Kedua: Peran Guru PAK sangat penting dan sangat memperngaruhi peningkatan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini bahwa guru PAK berupaya tetap berperan terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA St. Antonius Bangun Mulia dan tetap melakukan pendekatan yang kepada siswa tersebut.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
