    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi capuran Limbah Pabrik Kelapa Sawi) (LPKS) dengan Limbah Ternak Sapi unsur yang t(LTS) dalam bentuk suspensi dapat mempengaruh perkembangan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis. Target khusus adalah konsentrasi yang tepat  dalam pupuk organik kombinasi limbah untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman.. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial dengan 10 perlakuan kombinasi dan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diujikan adalah faktor I : bentuk suspensi campuran limbah pabrik kelapa sawit (LKS) dan limbah ternak sapi (LTS) dengan simbol “B” terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu B1 (Padat : Cair), B2 (Cair : Padat). Faktor II :persentase campuran LKS : LTS dengan simbol “C” terdiri dari 5 taraf yaitu C1 (100 : 0), C2 (70 : 30), C3 (50 : 50), C4 (30 :  70) dan  C5 (0 : 100). Ukuran Plot digunakan dengan 2 m x 1.5 m dan dosis penggunaan pupuk organik pada tanaman jagung sebanyak 2.1kg/plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hara dalam pupuk kombinasi limbah tertentu  mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tinggi dan produksi tanaman jagung.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kandungan proksimat dari ransum komplit berbasis silase jerami padi dengan penambahan EM4 (Effective Microorganisms). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non-faktorial yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan meliputi: P0 (silase ransum komplit tanpa jerami padi), P1 (silase ransum komplit dengan 25% jerami padi), P2 (silase ransum komplit dengan 50% jerami padi), dan P3 (silase ransum komplit dengan 75% jerami padi). Parameter yang diamati meliputi bahan kering, protein kasar, serat kasar, lemak kasar, dan kadar abu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh parameter proksimat yang diuji dipengaruhi secara signifikan (P<0,05) oleh peningkatan proporsi jerami padi dalam ransum komplit. Meskipun kandungan protein kasar dan lemak kasar menurun seiring meningkatnya persentase jerami padi, kandungan bahan kering dan serat kasar justru mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa silase ransum komplit dengan komposisi jerami padi hingga 50% (P2) masih memiliki nilai nutrisi yang cukup baik dan berpotensi digunakan sebagai alternatif pakan bagi ternak ruminansia, menggantikan pakan konvensional.   Kata kunci: Jerami padi, Proksimat, Ransum komplit, Silase, EM

    The research was carried out in Sei Mecirim Village Market 4 Sunggal District with an altitude of + 400 meters above sea level, Andosol soil type, the research will be carried out from July to September 2023.  With the research title "Growth and production of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata. Strut) From the Effect of Some Fermentation of Palm Oil Mill Solid Waste (LPKS) Mixture with Cow Solid Waste". This study used a non-factorial Group Randomized Design (RAK) with 5 mixed treatments of LPKS with LTS Cattle Waste were So (without LPKS and LTS), S1 (30% LPKS + 70% LTS), S2 (50% LPKS + 50% LTS), S3 (70% LPKS + 30% LTS), S4 (100% LPKS) and S5 (100% LTS) using 4 repeats and at a dose of 14 tons/ha.  Based on the results of the research conducted differences in substitution have a real influence on the growth and production of sweet corn, To get the best growth and production, use 70% LPKS with 30

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Penggunaan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) pada tubuhan rumput pakan ternak dapat meningkatkan produksi berat basah dan berat kering Rumput Odot (Pennesetum purpureum cv. mott) dan rumput Pakchong (Pennisetum purpureum Cv. Thailand). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan produksi pada jenis rumput sekali gus dari penggunaan POC yang berbeda.. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri darim faktor pertama adalah jenis rumput (R) terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu R1: degan Rumput Odot (Pennesetum purpureum cv) dan R2 : dngan rumput Pakchong (Pennisetum purpureum Cv. Thailand seangkan faktor ke dua adalah jenis POC dengan simbol (P), terdiri dari 3taraf masing masing dengan : Po (tanpa POC) P1 (POC Nature Gen), P2 (POC D’ Boostefer) dan P3 (POC Pamorganik MAS) sehingga diperoleh 8 perlakuan kombinasi dengan dengan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diujikan adalah Pengaruh dengan persentase kenaikan jumlah anakan, tinggi tanaman dan produkasi segar pada kedua jenis rumput yang digunakan. Pengamatan dilakukan terhap persentase peningkatan pertumbuhan jumlah anakan, tinggi taanaman dan produksi t segar ng dilakukan pada saat panen. Data yang dihasilkan kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan DMRTDari hasil penelitian telah di analisa diperoleh bahwa penggunaan beberapa jenis POC dapat dan jenis rumput yang berbeda dapat meningkatkan persentase kenaikan produksi rumpt segar dan kering berbeda nyata (p<0,05

    The research has been carried out in Sei Mencirim Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, with an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, carried out from April to September 2019, with the title Combination of Palm Oil Mill Waste (POMW) with Cow Cattle Waste (CCW) and Specific Doses Affect the Vegetative Growth of Sweet Corn (Zea mays saccharata struth). This research used factorial randomized block desigan (RBD). Factor I LPKS combination : LTS symbol (P) consists of P1 (70 % Solid : 30 % Solid), P2 (50 % Solid : 50 % Solid), P3 (70 % Solid : 30 % Liquid), P4 (50 % Solid : 50 % Liquid), P5 (70 % Liquid : 30 % Solid), P6 (50 % Liquid : 50 % Solid), P7 (70 % Liquid : 30 % Liquid) and P8 (50 % Liquid : 50 % Liquid). Factor II Dosage (tons/ha) consist of control (DO), 5 tons/ha (D1), 10 tons/ha (D2) and 15 tons/ha (D3) with 32 combinations treatments and 2 replication. The results of research conducted with different combinations of LPKS with LTS with several doses have a significant effect on the vegetative of sweet corn. When to get the best plant height growth is to use a combination of 50 % LpPKS with 59 % LpTS at a dose of 15 tons/ha, while for stem diameter and leaf area is 10 tons/ha

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
