Religious Values in The Novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah by Asma Nadia: Sociology of Literary
No full textLiterary sociology is analysis, discussion of literary works by considering social aspects (Ratna, 2011:24). This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The problem studied is to find out the depictions of religious values in the novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah by Asma Nadia. The approach used in reviewing research is with a literary sociology approach. The data collection technique was carried out by carefully reading the cibta novel at the end of the prayer mat, finding religious values, marking the text of the novel which is related
to religious values, and noting the religious values contained in the novel. Based
on the research results, it was concluded that there are religious values in the novel Cinta di Ujung Sajadah by Asma Nadia. First, the value of human relationship with God, namely faith, worship, patience. Second, the value of human relations with oneself, namely, sincerity, trustworthiness, honesty, maintaining personal purity, introspective, covering one's private parts, not holding grudges, and being brave. Tennis elbow in aviators
No full textTennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis, is described in three aviators. In two of the three aviators, the tennis elbow was felt to be caused by duties involving flight operations and resulted in temporary suspension from flight operations. Relief of the symptoms was obtained with conservative therapy. The symptomatology, predisposing factors, physical findings, treatment, and prevention of tennis elbow are discussed.Journal Articl

Peningkatan prevelensi penyakit asma sering bertambahnya usia. senam asma untuk membantu mengurangi gejala yang dialami oleh lansia. Senam asma dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penderita asma dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari, yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan bernapas, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja otot-otot pernapasan, menambah aliran darah keparu sehingga aliran udara yang teroksigenasi lebih banyak. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat, 21 Januari 2022 yang mulai pukul 08.00-selesai bertempat Lapangan UPT pelayanan lanjut usia binjai. Kegiatan ini di ikuti oleh 42 orang lansia. Hasil pelaksanaan senam asma pada lansia adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kebugaran tubuh pada lansia, lansia mengikuti senama dengan antusias dan proaktif. Pelaksanaan senam asma pada lansia di Unit Pelayanan Sosial berjalan dengan lancar dan baik dan diharapkan pelaksanaan senam asma ini terus dilakukan secara kontinu supaya dapat meningkatkan kebugaran dan kualitas hidup lansia. Kata Kunci: Senam Asma, Lansia ABSTRACT Asthma is a chronic disease characterized by repeated attacks of shortness of breath and wheezing. The increasing prevalence of asthma often increases with age. Asthma exercises to help reduce the symptoms experienced by the elderly. Asthma exercises can improve the ability of asthma sufferers to carry out daily activities, namely improving the ability to breathe, increasing the efficiency of the respiratory muscles, increasing blood flow to the lungs so that more oxygenated air flows. Community Service Activities (PKM) will be held on Friday, January 21 2022, starting at 08.00-finish at the UPT field for elderly services in Binjai. This activity was attended by 42 elderly people. The result of implementing asthma exercises for the elderly is an increase in knowledge and body fitness in the elderly, the elderly follow the exercise enthusiastically and proactively. The implementation of asthma exercises for the elderly in the Social Services Unit runs smoothly and well and it is hoped that the implementation of asthma exercises will continue to be carried out continuously so that it can improve the fitness and quality of life of the elderly Keywords: Asthma Exercise, Elderl

Literary works are a place for authors to voice their thoughts, beliefs and physical experiences, as well as the author's imagination. The language used by the author has a certain meaning. Language in the form of signs is interesting to study semantically. Semiotics is the study of signs which has three aspects, namely, icons, indexes and symbols. The Bidadari Whispering novel by Asma Nadia tells the story of Ning's journey in search of his mysteriously missing sister, armed with minimal information. The problems of this research are (1) How is the semiotics of the iconic aspects contained in Asma Nadia's Bidadari Berbisa novel?, (2) How are the index aspects of the semiotics contained in Asma Nadia's Bidadari Berbisa novel?, (3) How are the symbol aspects of the semiotics contained in the novel. The novel Bidadari Berklik by Asma Nadia? This study uses a qualitative approach. The research method uses descriptive methods. The data collection technique used is hermeneutic technique. Content analysis data analysis techniques. The data validity technique used triangulation technique. The theory used is the theory of Pradopo (2010), Nurgiyantoro (2013), Sobur (2003), Rusmana (2014). The results of this study are the icons of the entire novel Bidadari Whispering by Asma Nadia are 9 data. The index of the entire novel Bidadari Whispering by Asma Nadia is 21 data. The symbol of the entire novel Bidadari Bercepat by Asma Nadia is as much as 40 data. The results of this study are the authors found the existence of icons, indexes and symbols. The most dominant aspect in this novel is the symbol. The reason this aspect is more dominant is because symbols are related to culture. Novels are usually based on the author's experience in interacting with the public

No full textM.I. Asma is the collective designation for six authors from Canada and the United States, representing a variety of revolutionary anticapitalist theoretical persuasions: J. Moufawad-Paul, Devin Zane Shaw, Mateo Andante, Johannah May Black, Alyson Escalante, and D. W. Fairlane. As the pandemic transitioned from science fiction to reality in early 2020, a number of writers and thinkers in the imperialist metropoles declared the impossibility of writing in the face of a future that is foreclosed. And yet, due to the nightmare that capitalism has been since its beginning, numerous writers and thinkers from the margins have always written in the face of such foreclosure. Meanwhile, other contemporary thinkers sought to conceptualize the unfolding pandemic according to conceptions of bio/necropolitics, forgetting the foundation upon which these conceptions have always existed.
The M.I. Asma writing group came together to stake out a different terrain, thinking through the pandemic as events unfolded while also always working to think beyond the capitalist imaginary. Writing between April 2020 and May 2021, the authors set out to produce a serial theoretical philosophical project focused on class struggle in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors approached the pandemic as an occasion to think capitalism according to what it always has been, what the pandemic reveals about its current ideological deployment, and how we can think about a communist alternative in the face of exterminism.

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to describe: (1) siocultural background author of the novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan by Asma Nadia; (2) entanglement between elements of structuralism in novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan by Asma Nadia; (3) religious values using semiotic study of iterature contained in the novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan by Asma Nadia; (4) to describe the implementation of the research results from novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan asmaterials criterion teach in high school. The research method using qualitative descriptive. The source of data in this research is the novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan by Asma Nadia. The forms of data in this study a phrases, sentences, or paragraph that contains religious values. The technique of collecting data used the preferences techniques. Data were analyze technique using the method of reading semiotic models that include reading heuristik and hermeunetik. The results of indicate that: (1) sociocultural background of the author of the novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan by Asma Nadia; (2) the elements of structuralism and the fact that the theme of the story has a very strong entanglement and coheren; (3) religious values using semiotic studies contained in the novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan by Asma Nadia; (4) implementation of research results from novel Surga yang tak Dirindukan materials criterion teach in high school.

ANALISIS STRUKTURAL OBJEKTIF DALAM NOVEL PESANTREN IMPIAN KARYA ASMA NADIA
Full text linkThe research was conducted with the aim of (1) describing the objective structure aspects, (2) describing the value of moral education in the Asma Nadia Pesantren Impian novel. The object in this study is the aspect of objective structure and the value of moral education contained in the novel Pesantren Impian by Asma Nadia. The subject of his research was Asma Nadia's Dream Dream School. The instruments in this study were the researchers themselves, note books, ballpoint pens, and relevant books that could be used as reference material. Data collection techniques used by researchers used library techniques and note-taking techniques, namely by: (1) the researcher reads novel, (2) the author identifies the data, (3) records the results of the data relating to novel. The research method used by the researcher is the description method. The analysis technique used by researchers is the content technique of content analysis authors. The results of this study indicate that (1) the theme found in Asma Nadia's Pesantren Impian novel is the determination and effort of a woman to become a better person after undergoing a rehabilitation period in a pesantren. The main character is Girl, Rini is an additional figure, Teungku Umar, Teungku Hasan, Sinta and Santi. The background is divided into two types, namely the place setting and the time setting. The plot / groove used is a backlight or flash back. The point of view used is the third person's viewpoint of omniscience. Does religious practice increase levels of economic inactivity among British Muslim women? A mixed methods examination
Full text linkThis chapter examines whether aspects of religious practice (specifically individual religious practice and hijab) can explain high levels of economic inactivity in the ‘looking after home and family’ category among British Muslim women. The author suggests that without a mix of quantitative and qualitative accounts, it is impossible to assess whether high levels of economic inactivity are a result of religious discrimination or religiously informed choices made by the women themselves. In this chapter, Asma presents findings from a mixed methods study which included statistical analysis of data from the Ethnic Minority British Election Survey (2010), alongside findings from an original qualitative study
