Inilah maksud dari adagium “al-muhafazhah ’ala al-qadim ash-shalih dan al-akhdzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah ( memelihara tradisi lama yang masih baik/relevan dan mengambil hal-hal baru yang lebih baik)â€. Dengan demikian, secara konseptual NU memilih jalan moderat dan terbuka (inklusif) dalam mengamalkan ajaran agama. Lahirnya berbagai ekspresi-ekspresi ritual yang nilai instrumentalnya produk budaya lokal, sedangkan muatan materialnya bernuansa religius Islam adalah sesuatu yang wajar dan sah adanya dengan syarat akulturasi tersebut tidak menghilangkan nilai fundamental dari ajaran agama. Lokasi penelitian adalah Desa Selokbesuki Lumajang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keteguhan masyarakat untuk tetap menjalankan tradisinya sesuai dengan prinsip dan ajaran Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah

The target of this research is the citrus farming area located in Ponteh Village, Galis Pamekasan District and Panagguan Village, Larangan District. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. The benefits of research are to provide education to the community, about the importance of tourism-based agricultural management, with the hope that farmers will get two benefits at once. The results showed the potential for mutual benefit if the integration of agriculture and tourist areas were combined.Tujuan penelitian ini, yakni mendorong produktivitas pertanian masyarakat desa, dengan cara integrasi antara usaha pertanian dengan wisata pertanian. Sasaran penelitian ini yakni, kawasan pertanian jeruk yang terletak di Desa Ponteh Kecamatan Galis Pamekasan dan Desa Panagguan Kecamatan Larangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, adapun manfaat penelitian ini memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat, tentang pentingnya pengelolaan pertanian berbasis wisata, dengan harapan agar petani mendapatkan dua keuntungan. This condition is the impact of the era of disruption that can not be dammed, not only the mindset of students who are contaminated by the thought of "free learning" according to their assumptions and perceptions, teachers have also begun to be infected with "viruses" of materialistic thinking transmitted by the world of disruption. Educators, parents, and the community need to understand the importance of character-based education transformation, education that shapes professional, independent, and Islamic personalities.
To realize the dream of character education there needs to be an awareness of learning and teaching. Educators must change the mindset in teaching, change patterns and habits in the school, family and community environment, with the aim that they can be actively involved. This is due to the low price of local salt and the quality is even lower the quality of imported salt is even better so that it can reduce the bargaining power of local salt and consequently the salt farmers lose. This study aims to analyze the economic activities of salt farmers in Pamekasan Regency in order to evaluate the optimization of salt farmers' activities through internal and external factors, so that a development strategy can be designed to optimize the activity of salt farmers in order to support the welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, IFE and EFE matrix analysis and qualitative SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the level of optimization of the internal and external environmental analysis of economic activity and welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan district is in quadrant I, which is aggressive, of course, all forms of activities will be optimal and welfare is achieved. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
