Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Dalam metode ini pengumpulan datamenggunakan teknik kuesioner dan didistribusikan kepada Perusahaan yang menjadi pelanggan di PTSatria Kencana Medika Bekasi. Dalam analisis statistik penulis menggunakan program SmartPLS Versi4.0.9.3 for Windows. Dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan populasi sebanyak 108 konsumendiperoleh sampel sebesar 85 responden (menggunakan metode sampel jenuh). Maka didapat R Squaresebesar 0.648 atau 64,8% pada penelitian ini dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh Direct Marketing, PersonalSelling, dan Digital Marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian Alat Kesehatan di PT Satria KencanaMedika dan sisanya sebesar 35,2% merupakan kontribusi faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini.

No full textPenelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Proses pewarnaan karakter pada Bokumi (2) Teknik dan kiat-kiat dalam pewarnaan karakter pada Bokumi (3) Jenis karakter yang tercipta dari Bokumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif yaitu dimana penelitian menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati, kemudian menjabarkannya berupa kalimat-kalimat baku. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pewarnaan pada Bokumi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kerajinan boneka kayu Bokumi karya Temi Budi Satria di Depok Jawa Barat, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah pewarnaan karakter pada Bokumi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Proses pewarnaan merupakan hand paint Temi Budi Satria bersama teman-temanya, Pewarna yang dipakai termasuk jenis pewarna akrilik yaitu mixed media cat tembok dengan biang warna untuk pewarna sablon dengan pengencer air, kemudian dioleskan dengan menggunakan kuas. (2) Kiat yang dipakai dalam pewarnaan karakter Bokumi ini perlu memperhatikan beberapa aspek yaitu penggunaan teknik bloking yang memperhatikan tone warna, pemilihan warna hangat dan sedang, serta penggunaan warna yang soft sebelum memasuki proses finishing, dan dalam menggambarkan sebuah karakter maka perlu memperhatikan ciri, kebiasaan, karakter, serta kepribadian objek yang akan digambarkan sehingga dapat langsung tervisualisasikan dengan baik. (3) Bokumi merupakan salah satu item colektor yang berupa kerajinan (hand-craft) boneka kayu buataan Temi Budi Satria yang bergambar tokoh-tokoh karakter, baik tokoh komik, film, game maupun idola yang berkembang ke customer pemesan yang akan terurban menjadi versi urban bentuk Bokumi.Kata Kunci : Proses, Pewarnaan, Karakter Bokumi

the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) working in them. The development and growth rate
of an organization cannot be separated from the role of the performance of each
staff and employee in each field. The purpose of this study was to determine and
analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Work Discipline on the
Performance of the Medan City Communication and Informatics Office. The
population of this study was 48 employekes of the Medan City Communication and
Informatics Office. The sample used in this study was 48 employees. The data
collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis
technique used descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis. Data analysis in
the study used SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study, it was partially shown
that Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Employee
Performance, Work Discipline had a negative and significant effect on Employee
Performance. Based on the Simultaneous Test (F) the Employee Engagement and
Work Discipline variables have a simultaneous and significant effect on Employee
Performance. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient Test of the

Kebijakan tersebut telah tertulis pada Surat Edaran Menteri BUMN Nomor SE-7/MBU/07/2020 tanggal 1 Juli 2020. Berdasarkan nilai indeks implementasi nilai AKHLAK, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) masih tergolong kurang kurang sehat. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan nilai-nilai dari budaya perusahaan AKHLAK yang wajib diterapkan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah dirancangnya boardgame sebagai media pelatihan karyawan tentang core values AKHLAK sehingga karyawan dapat lebih mudah untuk memahami penerapan dari budaya perusahaan AKHLAK. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan strategi linier. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah board game “Pohon AKHLAK” dapat digunakan menjadi media untuk melatih karyawan dalam memahami core values AKHLAK dan berhasil dengan baik.Every company owned by BUMN including PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) required to apply the core value of corporate culture, namely AKHLAK. The policy is written in Surat Edaran Menteri BUMN Nomor SE-7/MBU/07/2020 at July 1, 2020. Based on the implementation index value, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) is still calssified as unhealthy. This study discusses the application of the values of AKHLAK corporate culture that must be applied by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). The purpose of this research is to design a boardgame as a media for employee training on the core values of AKHLAK so that employees can more easily understand the application of the corporate culture of AKHLAK. The method used in this study is descriptive method with linier strategy. The results obtained are that the board game "Pohon Akhlak" can be a medium for training employees to understand AKHLAK's core values and it worked really well
Effect of Ethanol Extract Brown Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus cystidiosus) Fruit Body Increasing GLP-1 Hormone Level in Streptozotocin Induced Diabetic Rat
No full textDiabetes melitus adalah penyakit metabolik jangka panjang yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar gula darah akibat berkurangnya sekresi insulin dan kerusakan sel β pankreas. Pengganti alami dengan sedikit efek samping semakin banyak diteliti potensinya sebagai pengobatan seiring dengan meningkatnya pemanfaatannya. Jamur tiram cokelat (Pleurotus cystidiosus) memiliki beragam sifat bioaktif, termasuk manfaat antidiabetik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas ekstrak etanol jamur tiram cokelat (P. cystidiosus) dalam meningkatkan kadar hormon GLP-1 pada tikus model diabetes yang diinduksi streptozotocin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan secara signifikan efek metabolit sekunder jamur tiram cokelat dalam meningkatkan kadar hormon GLP-1. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan secara eksperimental murni dengan pemberian ekstrak etanol tubuh buah P. cystidiosus dengan berbagai dosis kepada 6 kelompok tikus yang berbeda, total 30 ekor tikus. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah variasi dosis ekstrak etanol tubuh buah P. cystidiosus dengan variabel terikat adalah kadar hormon GLP-1. Parameter utama yang diteliti adalah kadar hormon GLP-1 dan parameter pendukung yang meliputi berat badan dan glukosa darah tikus, senyawa bioaktif dalam ekstrak etanol tubuh buah P. cystidiosus, serta karakter makroskopis dan mikroskopis jamur tiram coklat. Rancangan percobaan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dan kemudian dianalisis dengan ANOVA dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Jika terdapat perbedaan nyata atau sangat nyata, dilanjutkan dengan uji Post Hoc.
Hasil pemberian ekstrak etanol tubuh buah jamur tiram coklat (P. cystidiosus) menghasilkan kadar hormon GLP-1 yang bervariasi secara signifikan antar kelompok ketika tikus yang diinduksi streptozotocin diberi ekstrak (ANOVA, P < 0,001). Namun, tidak semua perbedaan kelompok signifikan secara statistik, menurut hasil analisis Post Hoc Duncan yang ditandai dengan efek marginal. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan hasil hormon GLP-1 sebesar 149,978 ng/L, yang merupakan rata-rata tertinggi pada Kelompok T2, yang menerima dosis 500 mg/KgBB, sehingga menjadikannya dosis optimal untuk pengobatan tikus yang diinduksi STZ. Selain itu, dosis ini juga mampu menyeimbangkan glukosa darah dan meningkatkan berat badan tikus
