Full text linkThis article aims to find out the problems of supervision and accountability, as well as the strategy of the Cianjur Regency Government in carrying out supervision and accountability in ethical perspectives. This research was conducted using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The ethical perspective on supervision and public accountability within the Cianjur Regency Government is actually an "oasis" in the midst of weakening public confidence in the government apparatus. Through effective supervision, the Cianjur Regency Government will be able to anticipate and overcome various deviations that have so far remained a concern of the community. Whereas through good and right public accountability a professional, transparent, accountable, credible and corruption-free, collusion and nepotism administration can be obtained

In this study concerned with the social and political values from the whole collection of Iwan Fals’s songs. The techniques which are used in this study are indirect observation and analysis techniques. Based on the analysis of data collection, researchers discovered that Iwan Fals’s song collections contain socio-political values. This study also analyzed the lyrical impact of Iwan Fals’s song collections. Based on the objective of the study stated above, this study used descriptive qualitative design. The data are the discourses which consist of paragraphs, dialogues, statements from the author directly or indirectly. It can be used textual analysis techniques to examine the data in the text book. The analysis is started from the several steps of the data reviewing, classification, description and interpretation. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the facts of social and political value and lyrical impact in the history of society in Iwan Fals’s song collection

The author\u27s interest in this text, because its creation is a universal human problem, namely the problem of clashing between wrong and right, good and bad, and right and relative. The problem of this drama is a philosophical issue that has always been a debate that has never been resolved until now. In addition, because the drama script is in the absurd genre, the cultivation of this script is full of
challenges. Other people may consider it \u27heavy\u27, but there are also those who consider it \u27light\u27. In the writer\u27s work, these popular assumptions were dismissed, because actually in the production of a theatrical performance basically there are different challenges, so heavy and light are not an appropriate division for works of art.

PENGUATAN KEBIJAKAN INVESTASI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA
Full text linkPenelitian ini diilhami oleh munculnya fenomena tentang urgensi penguatan kebijakan investasi daerah, khususnya di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang hingga saat ini dinilai belum menunjukan perkembangan yang menggembirakan. Padahal, secara fungsional peningkatan investasi daerah diyakini akan memberikan implikasi yang signifikan terhadap akselerasi pembangunan daerah dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini telah mengungkap bahwa penguatan kebijakan pengembangan potensi investasi daerah, secara empirik sangat membantu dalam mendukung iklim investasi daerah, baik pada sektor pariwisata, pertanian, kehutanan dan perkebunan, peternakan, perikanan maupun industri. Untuk mendukung keberhasilan kebijakan tersebut, dibutuhkan adanya dukungan dan pelayanan birokrasi, promosi investasi daerah, ketepatan model kemitraan dan kualitas menajamen investasi daerah

Full text linkThis study discusses the application of existentialism philosophy to the Bulan Bujur Sangkar manuscript embraced by Iwan Simatupang and describes Iwan Simatupang\u27s social background which proves the existence of an existentialist philosophy school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an expressive approach to represent the author\u27s emotions and messages in his work. The object of this research is the script of the drama Bulan Bujur Squarer by Iwan Simatupang. The collection technique in this study is a literature study. For the technique of analyzing data, use the technique of watching and taking notes. The results of the discussion found that the philosophy of existentialism embraced by Iwan Simatupang in the Bulan Bujur Sangkar Manuscript was proven in intrinsic and extrinsic elements. It is evident in the analysis of Iwan Simatupang\u27s existentialism which is reflected in the figure of the Parents. The ideology of the Old Man who has a free life of thought, has no boundaries like existentialism that upholds freedom of thought and action accompanied by responsibility
