Digitalisasi Informasi Manajemen Aset sebagai Sarana Penunjang Operasional Kampus Menggunakan Metode Relational Unified Process
Campus asset management is the processing of operational supporting infrastructure on campus. So far, the asset management system at the Baubau Polytechnic Campus still uses the conventional method, namely by recording through albums and control cards attached to the walls of each room. This method is prone to loss of assets because it is not controlled. For this reason, software for digitizing asset management information is needed using the Relational Unified Process (RUP) system development method. The approach of this method is iterative and use case driven which focuses on solving asset management problems. This system works to control in real time the process of borrowing or transferring assets. this system is very helpful for the Baubau Polytechnic Campus in managing assets, especially on the problem of losing assets. This system also provides information about the physical condition of assets in each room so that it can assist the Asset Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) to transfer assets so that campus operations can run optimally

PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF DAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MATERI IPA SISWA KELAS V SD DI KECAMATAN HERLANG KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA
THE EFFECT OF THE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODEL ON THE COGNITIVE ABILITIES AND CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTSResearch has been done with the aim to knowing there is or not a significant positive effect of the problem based learning model on students cognitive abilities and critical thinking skills. To achieve the aim, this research was carried out using Pretest-Postest Control Group Design of research which belongs to the type of true experiment research. The results of the study showed the students' cognitive ability data included parametric data groups so tested with Independent Sample T-Test and critical thinking skills of students including nonparametric data groups so tested with Mann-Whitney obtained significance scores of 0.04 and 0.04 or less than 0.05, meaning the hypothesis was accepted. Wilcoxon's follow-up test as a pretest-posttest rank comparison test between the control class and the experiment showed that the experimental class's significance scores of both cognitive ability and critical thinking skills of students were 0.00 and 0.00 or less than 0.05, respectively, and included smaller than the significance of the control classes of 0.11 and 0.03 respectively which meant the hypothesis was accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there are a significant positive influence of the Problem Based Learning model on students' cognitive abilities and critical thinking skills

Ease of image manipulation is not something difficult. Images become a more effective communication medium for society. The development of software for image manipulation, increasing crime such as phishing and bullying in cyberspace. The Least Significant Bit method is a steganography method that can be used to encrypt or hide messages in images. Hiding information in various media files such as images is done to maintain the confidentiality of the messages sent. This research implements the Least Significant Bit (LSB) method to hide a message file in an image. This research carries out encryption and description of the message to be sent by inserting a file into the image. This research will also carry out a testing process for the stego image. From the results of tests that have been carried out by carrying out three processes of sending stego image files via copying files with a flash disk, email and sending via WhatsApp with a document model, the results obtained are that stego image files can still be extracted data to get messages that have been encrypted in the image, However, when the stego image file is sent via WhatsApp using the image sending method, the stego image cannot be extracted. This happens because there has been a change in the extension of the file downloaded from WhatsApp. This is also influenced by data changes in the form of file compression from the WhatsApp application. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengelolaan Sampah Digital Kawasan Pantai Kalomang Kabupaten Kolaka: Development of Digital Waste Management Information System for Kalomang Beach Area, Kolaka Regency
Kalomang Beach is a famous tourist destination in Kolaka. Currently, waste management is carried out in a manner where the garbage pick-up process is carried out when the garbage is full and even pollutes this tourist area, this of course can lead to environmental damage and decreased visitor interest. This research seeks to identify critical issues in waste management at Kalomang Beach and provide an integrated waste management platform to assist the government in assessing waste activities and guidelines. The information provided by this system can improve public health on a local and global scale. The utilization of the SDLC System Development approach in this case the Waterfall method allows for a detailed and appropriate design which tends to be more measurable in terms of time and cost, the use of data modeling through the Unified Modeling Language, and blackbox testing shows that the waste input form is in accordance with the needs of the user where it places groupings of waste types that make it easier for tourist area officers to report the availability of waste that is ready to be picked up. Future system development is important to consider aspects of sustainability, user training, and integration with IOT or microcontroller based waste monitoring systems.
