Pengaruh Pemberian Biochar Daun Mahoni dan Pemupukan Urea Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Jagung (Zea Mays L.) pada Tanah Ultiso
Mahogany leaves waste management has not been utilized properly. This
research aims to converted mahogany leaves waste into biochar and see the
impact of using urea with biochar on the corn growth (Zea mays L.) in Ultisol.
Mahogany leaves biochar (MLB) was made by using retort pyrolysis method at
409 °C for 3 hours. This research was carried out in greenhouse used
Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) 2 factors 3 repetitions. Factor I
MLB: B0 (without MLB) and B1 (dose of 40 tons MLB/ha) and Factor II Doses of
urea fertilization: 100, 200, 300 and 400 kg urea/ha. The results showed: MLB
significantly influenced the 11 parameters (pH, C-Organic, CEC, N-total soil,
plant height, stem diameter, root dry weight, shoot dry weight, plant N nutrient,
plant N uptake and N uptake efficiency) but not for C-Organic soil, urea
fertilization had a significant effect only on the efficiency of N uptake and the
interaction of the two treatments had a significant effect only on the efficiency of

Kajian Sifat Tanah Inceptisol terhadap Kadar Gula Nira Tebu (Saccharum Officinarum L.) di PTPN II Kebun Sei Semayang
Sugarcane is one of the sugar-producing commodities that can improve the Indonesian economy. PTPN II Sei Semayang Gardens is one of the sugar-producing sugarcane plantation units located on Jalan Binjai Km 12.5 Jalan Orde Baru, Mulyorejo Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. 22'' C - 32'' C, with an average rainfall of 1800 - 2800 mm/year and the type of soil in this location is Inceptisol and Andisol, the soil texture is clay to sandy loam. One of the problems faced by PTPN II Kebun Sei Semayang in sugarcane cultivation at this time is the decline in sugarcane productivity in 2019/2020 reaching 75.73 tons/ha and decreasing in 2020/2021 to 63.15 tons/ha and the yield value. which is still relatively low, has not been able to achieve the national average sugar yield of 6%. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to conduct research at this location to determine some of the soil properties of inceptisols that can determine the high and low levels of sugarcane juice. Survey research method and purposive sampling technique by determining the number of soil samples based on the criteria for yield level data from the Sei Semayang Sugar Factory as initial information to obtain representative sample locations so that they can represent each location such as low yielding plantations (Afdeling VIII), medium yields (Afdeling I) and high yields (Afdeling III). Meanwhile, the plant samples were based on the criteria of plants entering the harvest period (10-12 months), age and plant varieties were uniform (Variety Bz 134). This study took 27 samples of soil and sugarcane plants. Then the soil was analyzed in the laboratory with the parameters of soil pH, C-organic soil, N-total soil, soil P2O5, soil K2O, soil CEC, and soil texture as independent variables and analysis of sugarcane juice content as the dependent variable. Data processing is done by Pearson correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that sugarcane juice content was correlated with soil pH and soil organic C in the pH range (4.5 – 6.6) and C-organic (0.5% – 4.06%) equivalent to the yield value of a sample. sugarcane by 8.8% according to the conversion chart Purwono (2002). Sugarcane juice content has an average value of 19.2% which is included in the very sweet category. In addition, the results of multiple linear regression analysis show soil pH, C-organic, N-total soil, soil P2O5, soil K2O, soil CEC, and soil texture in general. together (simultaneously) had a significant effect on the sugar content of sugar cane juice (% Brix) at PTPN II Sei Semayang Gardens.83 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
Analysis of The Occurrence of Damage To Crane Operations on Board Km. Lotus Ungu
The smooth maintenance and repair of diesel main engines requires complete and adequate equipment. Hoist cranes are equipment used to lift and move engine components that cannot be moved by human labor. With a hoist crane on board, the machinist on board is easier to lift diesel main engine components such as cylinder heads, pistons, and cylinder liners when carrying out maintenance and repairs. To support the process of lifting diesel main engine components during maintenance and repair, the hoist crane must be in good condition. The main point of a good hoist crane is that the hoist crane can lift loads up to 4 tons. The method that the author uses to make this scientific work is to use a qualitative descriptive method. In this scientific work, the instruments used to produce descriptive data are observation, interviews and documentation. Carrying out these steps is expected to find the problems that cause damage to the hoist crane. Hoist crane damage caused by high temperature electromotor can be prevented by performing maintenance according to the planned maintenance system
Korelasi Kandungan Hara N, P, S dan B terhadap Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.) di Kawasan Food Estate Humbang Hasundutan
The production of shallots is influenced by the characteristics of the
chemical properties of the soil and the nutrients present in the plant so that an
analysis of the soil and plant nutrient content is carried out. This study aims to
obtain the relationship between the nutrient content of N, P, S, and B with the
production of shallots. The study was carried out in the Food Estate area of
Humbang Hasundutan Regency from December 2021 to February 2022. This
research was conducted using a survey method and sampling with a systematic
random sampling technique. Data from the results of the analysis will be tested
for correlation with production using Microsoft Excel 2013. The results showed
that the chemical characteristics of soil N were positively and significantly
correlated (0.451), P nutrient content was positively and significantly correlated
(0.417), and B nutrient levels in plants were positively and significantly
correlated (0.681) in increasing the production of shallots in the Food Estate

Peranan Beberapa Jenis dan Populasi Cacing Tanah sebagai Vektor Aspergillus Niger ke Potongan Batang Kelapa Sawit
Palm oil rods as the replanting result are scattered on plantation land, causing in
composting action is not posible to be centralized. Then a vector is needed in
decomposer deployment. Aspergillus niger produce cellulase enzymes that can
degrade cellulose as it does on palm oil rods.The spread of A. niger is highly
dependent on natural factors such as wind, rain, or invertebrata. Earthworms can
be the vector of some soil microorganisms, which means it can be advantageous
for the spread of the organic matter decomposer microorganisms. This research is
aimed to determine the role of types and population of earthworms as the vectors
of A. niger as an alternatif solution in accelerating decomposition of palm oil
rods. This research was conducted in Ecological and Biological Laboratory
Agriculture Faculty, University of Sumatera Utara. This research used one
factorial randomized block design. The factor was types and population of
earthworm i.e. without earthworm, four anecic earthworms, four endogeic
earthworms, four combination earthworms, eight anecic earthworms, eight
endogeic earthworms, eight combination earthworms. The result showed that
percentage of endogeic earthworms displacement are higher than anecic
earthworms, and percentage of eight earthworms are higher than four
earthworms. Application of types and population of earthworm have a significant
impact on increasing population of A. niger from the casts of moving earthworms
and from palm oil rod. Anecic earthworms to be higher increasing population of
A. niger. Eight earthworms population were better on increasing population of
Aspergillus niger than four earthworms population. While on C/N ratios of palm
oil rod, the application of types and population of earthworms were not able

Pengurusan kualiti menyeluruh di sekolah menengah atas negeri di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Indonesia
The quality of education in Indonesia at the moment is very disturbing. One of the causes of the problem is ineffective management of education. To investigate the practice of quality management in schools, this study used mixed method in the Plan, Do, Study and Act (PDSA) model. For the quantitative method, 210 teachers and 357 students and their parents from a school in South Sulawesi answered questionnaires adapted from the quality assurance of education concerning the school's strategic planning, implementation of quality education, identification of problems in the implementation of quality education, quality improvement, and level of satisfaction among teachers, students and parents in relation to quality management practices in schools. To obtain qualitative data, six principals were interviewed on the implementation of quality education. The research findings show that strategic planning (mean 3.65), problems in the implementation of quality education (mean 3.59) and improved (mean 3.67) are moderate. Besides that, the implementation of quality education (mean 3.68) and satisfaction of teachers (mean 3.69), students (mean 4.45) and parents (mean 4.16) for the management of quality in schools are high. Analysis and results of structural equation modeling (SEM) show that this study has a reasonable accommodation for a proposed model of quality education. The research findings show that strategic planning, implementation and problems directly and indirectly influence satisfaction. Quality improvement is the mediator in the relationship between the three independent variables and satisfaction. The interview data show that there are still many problems in the implementation of quality education in terms of quality of teachers, international curriculum, facilities and funding. This study has provided useful input for improving the quality of national education, particularly in the province of South Sulawesi
Peningkatan Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.) Asal Tss (True Shallot Seed) pada Kondisi Cekaman Kekeringan Melalui Aplikasi Paclobutrazol dan Asam Salisilat
Study this aim for know type and dose as well as combination paclobutrazol and sour salicylate on condition stress drought for Upgrade production onion. Research this implemented on House glass in the garden test Faculty Agriculture University North Sumatra Muhammadiyah. design experiments that have used in study this is design random factorial group with 3 factors. Factor first level drought with 2 levels treatment is: 80% and 40% field of capacity. Factor second paclobutrazol with 4 levels treatment namely 0; 15; 30; dan 45 mg/L. Factor third Sour salicylate with 3 levels namely 0; 50; dan 100 mg/L. Observation parameters observed is length plant , number of leaf , leaf area, root lenght, bulb fresh weight, bulb dry weight, bulb diameter, bulb moisture content, stomata density, total chlorophyll, relative leaf moisture content and total quercetin content. Results study show gift factor single paclobutrazol and factor single sour salicylate no increase growth and production onion. Giving paclobutrazol with level 45 mg/L at 80% field of capacity have score long plant and amount leaf highest compared to 40% field of capacity. Giving sour salicylate on concentration 50 mg/L at condition 80% field of capacity increase weight tubers fresh , tuber dry and tuber diameter. STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE DI SMA NEGERI 2 LUWU PADA MASA PANDEMI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pembelajaran online
pada masa pandemi di SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. Bagaimana kekuatan, kelemahan,
peluang dan tantangan pembelajaran online serta bagaimana pelaksanaan,
pengorganisasian dan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh sekolah saaat
pembelajaran online dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian
kualitatif deskriptif dengan memasukkan hasil penelitian kemudian disimpulkan.
Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara,
dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada masa
pendemic covid 19 di SMA Negeri 2 Luwu tetap melakukan pembelajaran online.
Pembelajaran online dilakukan untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus
corona.
Pembelajaran online memiliki kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan
tantangan. Adapun kekuatan yang dimiliki sekolah yaitu keinginan peserta didik
untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah.
Kelemahan dalam melakukan pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi ialah
masih banyak diantara guru dan siswa tidak mengetahui bagaimana cara
menggunakan multimedia internet. Peluang yang dimiliki sekolah dalam
melakukan pembelajaran online yaitu guru dan siswa dapat mengetahui
bagaimana mengguanakan multi media online. Tantangan yang dihadapi sekolah
yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, siswa yang pedalaman tidak memiliki
jaringan internet.

Konsep Etika Politik Al Mawardi Dan Penerapannya Pada Masa Pemerintahan Jokowi (2019-Sekarang)
Pada masa sekarang ini, etika politik seakan sudah tidak berlaku dan memudar,
bahkan cenderung menghilang. Dalam kenyataannya politik sebagai ajang
pertarungan kekuatan dan kepentingan, hingga melakukan segala cara untuk
menghalalkan demi tercapainya sebuah tujuan. Sikap para elit politik sudah merusak
etika berpolitik para politikus, salah satunya adalah praktik money politik kerapkali
terjadi di Indonesia yang sama sekali tidak mencerminkan sikap sebagai seorang yang
mempunyai keyakinan dalam beragama khususnya agama Islam yang mengharamkan
proses kegiatan yang tidak beretika tersebut. Dalam hal ini penulis tertarik mengupas
pemikiran Al Mawardi dengan membuat sebuah karya ilmiah skripsi yang berjudul
Konsep Etika Politik Al Mawardi Dan Penerapannya Pada Masa Pemerintahan
Jokowi (2019-Sekarang). Al Mawardi adalah seorang tokoh Muslim yang membahas
tentang etika politik secara mendalam agar bisa mengurai permasalahan politik umat
saat ini
Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan, menjelaskan dan
menganalisis hasil dari pemikiran Al Mawardi tentang etika politik. Tujuan yang
ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep etika politik
menurut Al Mawardi, untuk mengetahui juga landasan pemahaman etika politik Al
Mawardi dan penerapannya pada masa pemerintahan Jokowi (2019-Sekarang).
