Isolated gestational proteinuria preceding the diagnosis of preeclampsia : an observational study
Introduction. Some pregnant women develop significant proteinuria in the absence of hypertension. However, clinical significance of isolated gestational proteinuria (IGP) is not well understood. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of IGP in singleton pregnancies and the proportion of women with IGP who subsequently developed preeclampsia (IGP-PE) among all PE cases. Material and methods. This was an observational study of 6819 women with singleton pregnancies at 12 centers, including 938 women with at least once determination of protein-to-creatinine ratio (P/Cr). Significant proteinuria in pregnancy (SPIP) was defined as P/Cr (mg/mg) level >0.27. IGP was defined as SPIP in the absence of hypertension. Gestational hypertension (GH) preceding preeclampsia (GH-PE) was defined as preeclampsia (PE) in which GH preceded SPIP. Simultaneous PE (S-PE) was defined as PE in which both SPIP and hypertension occurred simultaneously. Results. IGP and PE were diagnosed in 130 (1.9%) and 158 (2.3%) of 6819 women, respectively. Of 130 women with IGP, 32 (25%) progressed to PE and accounted for 20% of all women with PE. Hence, women with IGP had a relative risk of 13.1 (95% CI; 9.2-18.5) for developing PE compared with those without IGP [25% (32/130) vs. 1.9% (126/6689)]. At diagnosis of SPIP, P/Cr levels already exceeded 1.0 more often in women with S-PE than in those with IGP-PE [67% (33/49) vs. 44% (14/32), respectively, p = 0.031]. Conclusions. Analysis of the behavior of IGP routing protocols while using IPv4 and IPv6
Cílem je provést analýzu chování interior gateway protokolů využívajících pro směrování protokol IPv4 a IPv6. Autor představí principy směrování pomocí protokolu IP verze 4 a IP verze 6. Provede analýzu jejich podpory na nejvýznamnějších otevřených a proprietárních protokolech pro LAN sítě. Konkrétně se zaměří na protokoly RIP, EIGRP a OSPF. Autor navrhne možnosti analýzy chování vybraných směrovacích protokolů a provede jejich analýzu na vytvořených testovacích topologiích, které budou realizovány v laboratoři počítačových sítí.The aim is to analyze the behavior of interior gateway protocols using for routing protocol IPv4 and IPv6. Author introduces the principles of routing with protocol IP version 4 and IP version 6. He analyzes their support in the most known open and proprietary protocols for LAN networks. Specifically he focuses on protocols RIP, EIGRP and OSPF. The author suggests the way of analysis of the behavior of selected routing protocols and analyze them in the created test topologies which are implemented in the laboratory of computer networks.Katedra informačních technologiíVelice vydařená bakalářská práce. Conception de réseau iBGP
BGP is used today by all Autonomous Systems (AS) in the Internet. Inside each AS, iBGP sessions distribute the external routes among the routers. In large ASs, relying on a fullmesh of iBGP sessions between routers is not scalable, so route-reflection is commonly used. The scalability of route-reflection compared to an iBGP full-mesh comes at the cost of opacity in the choice of best routes by the routers inside the AS. This opacity induces problems like suboptimal route choices in terms of IGP cost, deflection and forwarding loops. In this work, we propose a solution to design iBGP route-reflection topologies which lead to the same routing as with an iBGP full-mesh and having a minimal number of iBGP sessions. Moreover we compute a robust topology even if a single node or link failure occurs. We apply our methodology on the network of a tier-1 ISP. Twice as many iBGP sessions are required to ensure robustness to single IGP failure. USAhatani Padi Berbasis Agribisnis di Sentra Produksi Kabupaten Banggai, Sulawesi Tengah
Banggai District is one of rice producing centers in Central Sulawesi pointed toward the agribusiness baserice producing center in the Batui Integrated Economic Development Zone (Kapet). Share of agriculture sector inGRDP of Banggai district was 52.03 percent or higher than that in South Sulawesi GRDP (43.37%). However,agricultural resources in Banggai district have not been exploited optimally. Rice agribusiness system is expected toutilize resources integrally from input provision to marketing. The study is aimed at : (1) to get data and informationof rice farming agribusiness-oriented rice farming, (2) to understand roles of each sub system in agribusiness system,and (3) to assess effectiveness of rice policy on rice farmers' income in Banggai district. PRA and survey methodswere implemented to collect primary data from farmers and traders, while secondary data were collected from relatedgovernment institutes. Data were analyzed using descriptive method and input-output analysis of farming system. Thestudy showed that (1) rice farming had both comparative and competitive advantages and was possible to become apotential commodity in Batui Kapet, (2) each subsystem of agribusiness system played important role, and (3) ricepolicy was effective as shown by strong price correlation between those of farm gate and traders or the farmers hadstrong bargaining position. To support agribusiness-base rice farming, it needs to enhance total agriculturalmachineries, such as tractors, threshers, and rice milling units (RMUs), managed by private sector through soft credit.Key words : rice, rice farming, agribusiness Kabupaten Banggai adalah salah satu wilayah penghasil padi di Sulawesi Tengah yang diarahkan menjadipusat produksi padi berbasis agribisnis dalam suatu Kawasan Pengembangan Ekonomi Terpadu (Kapet) Batui.Kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDRB kabupaten Banggai (52,03 %) lebih besar dibanding provinsi SulawesiTengah (43,37 %). Namun, potensi sumberdaya pertanian di Kabupaten Banggai belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal.Sistem agribisnis padi diharapkan dapat mengubah pemanfaatan sumberdaya secara parsial menjadi terpadu mulai daripenyiapan sarana produksi sampai dengan pemasaran hasil. Tujuan pengkajian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendapatkandata dan informasi USAhatani padi berbasis agribisnis, (2) mengetahui peran setiap subsistem dalam sistem agribisnis,(3) mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan perberasan terhadap pendapatan petani di Kabupaten Banggai. PRA dan Survaidilakukan selama empat tahun untuk mengumpulkan data primer dari petani dan pedagang responden, sedangkan datasekunder diperoleh dari instansi terkait. Analisis data menggunakan cara deskriptif dan analisis input-outputusahatani. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) USAhatani padi memiliki keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitifsehingga dapat menjadi komoditas unggulan di KAPET Batui, (2) peran setiap subsistem dalam sistem agribisniscukup baik, dan (3) kebijakan perberasan cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani karena korelasi hargadi tingkat petani dengan harga di tingkat pengecer/konsumen dan posisi tawar petani cukup kuat. Implikasi kebijakanyang diperlukan di masa datang pada lokasi ini untuk mendukung USAhatani padi berbasis agribisnis adalahmeningkatkan jumlah peralatan dan mesin pertanian untuk USAhatani padi seperti traktor, alat perontok (thresher), danpenggilingan gabah atau rice milling unit (RMU) yang dikelola oleh swasta yang mendapat pinjaman atau kreditlunak
Introduksi Model Ptt dalam Meningkatkan Produksi dan Pendapatan Petani Padi di Sulawesi Tengah
It is still possible to improve potential yield of rice in Central Sulawesi. One of efforts to increase yield isthrough Integrated Rice Crop Management (PTT), namely managing crop, soil, water, and soil nutritional elements toimprove crop growth, and higher, sustainable yield. Results of PTT were promising. Rice yield increased from 3.5tons/ha (Non PTT) to 6 tons/ha (PTT) with farm income of Rp 4,617,500/year and B/C ratio of 1.56. Total productioncost of Non-PTT farmers and PTT farmers were each of Rp 4.1 million/ha and Rp 3.2 million/ha.Key words : rice, integrated farming system, production, income, Central Sulawesi Pencapaian produksi rata-rata padi sawah di Sulawesi Tengah relatif masih jauh dari potensi genetik yangdimiliki oleh tanaman padi (yield gap), sehingga masih terdapat cukup besar peluang untuk meningkatkan produksipadi. Upaya peningkatan produksi padi dilakukan melalui pendekatan model Pengelolaan Tanaman Padi secaraTerpadu (PTT) yakni mengelola tanaman, tanah, air dan unsur hara secara terintegrasi untuk mendapatkanpertumbuhan tanaman yang lebih baik, serta hasil yang lebih tinggi dan berkelanjutan. Hasil yang dicapai dariintroduksi model PTT ini sangat menggembirakan dan membuka harapan yang besar bagi peningkatan produktivitasdan pendapatan USAhatani padi. Peningkatan hasil gabah yang diperoleh sangat signifikan yakni dari rata-rata produksigabah non-PTT sekitar 3,5 t/ha meningkat hingga 6 t/ha dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp 4.617.500/tahun dan nilai B/Csekitar 1,56. Sementara total biaya produksi dari sistem USAhatani menggunakan model PTT tidak terlalu jauhberbeda dibandingkan cara petani non-PTT, yaitu Rp. 4,1 juta/ha dibanding Rp. 3,2 juta/ha pada non-PTT

Ową teorię polityczną praw zwierząt konfrontuje z praktykami z dziedziny sportów kynologicznych oraz sposobami pracy z psami służbowymi. Analizując poszczególne wyznaczniki zaproponowane przez Donaldson i Kylmick autorka przedstawia sposoby podejścia do tematu nowego obywatelstwa obrońców praw zwierząt oraz miłośników kynologii, a także dokonuje analizy porównawczej, która zdaje się wykluczać możliwość istnienia obok siebie tych dwóch kierunków myślenia o zwierzętach udomowionych. В статье сопоставляются теории защитников прав животных, т. е. политическая теория прав животных Сью Дональдсон и Уилла Кимлики, авторов Зоополиса, с практиками, используемыми в кинологическом спорте, и с методами работы со служебными собаками. In the article, the author attempts at juxtaposing a theory of animal rights defenders – primarily the political theory of animal rights put forward by the authors of Zoopolis, Sue Donaldson and Will Kymlicka – with the practices in the field of dog sports and the methods of working with service dogs. She analyses Donaldson and Kymicka’s particular postulates and presents ways in which both the animal rights advocates and dog sports afficionados approach the subject of new citizenship. Her conclusions seem to suggest that those two groups hold rather contradictory views on domesticated animals.W artykule „We are IGP World! The Author in conducting rsearch and community service activities wants to know the level of compliance and awareness of MSME taxpayers on tax obligations to pay taxes and report annual tax returns and reporting annual tax returns both manually and online on time.The purpose of this study is to better know and understand compliance and awareness to pay taxes and to report annual tax returns in reporting taxes owned.Through this qualitative descriptive study using content analysis with 15 informants on the results of long distance interviews from representatives of MSMEs in the Pondok Melati Sub District,Bekasi City,West Java and 10 key informants in Cipayung District,East Jakarta. Improvement of MSMEs business performance in terms of beingaware of carrying out tax obigations and being able to support the strengthening sector of state revenue for quality domestic MSMEs and fiscal taxes in a productive economic network in order to increase state income in the domestic tax sector. The limitation of the research is that it is limited to understanding and knowing the level of compliance and awareness of MSME taxpayers to pay taxes and reporting annual tax returns on time. The contribution of this research is the compliance and awareness of MSME taxpayers in paying taxes.Py their taxes and report their annual tax returns on time without any element of fraud
Aerosol climatology, variability, and trends over the Indo-Gangetic Plain in CMIP6 models
We evaluate the performance of Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6) models in simulating aerosol optical depth (AOD) climatology, variability, and trends over the Indo-Gangetic Plain (IGP) considered for the period of space-borne MODIS satellite observations during 2003–2014. The multi-model ensemble (MME) mean of CMIP6 models, is considered when better correlations (≥0.5) of models against the MODIS-derived AOD observations using standard statistical skill metrics. Analysis suggests that the CMIP6 MME successfully reproduces the spatial distribution of AOD climatology and its seasonal variability, albeit with some discrepancies. In particular, CMIP6 MME underestimates AOD spatial distributions across the IGP region (∼ bais varies between 0.2 and 0.4 during different seasons). CMIP6 MME captures coarse-mode aerosol distribution similar to AERONET over the IGP, while it has limited skill in capturing the fine-mode aerosol distribution, which could be due to uncertainties pertinent to anthropogenic aerosol emissions. Furthermore, the CMIP6 MME captures the seasonal evolution of aerosols over the IGP and its sub-regions (i.e., eastern and western IGP regions). Notably, the CMIP6 MME successfully captures the dominance among various aerosol species and their contributions to total AOD over the IGP. The CMIP6 MME mimic the observed AOD trends (varies between 0.01 and 0.03 year−1) well across the study regions, except the western IGP, where the MME is unable to replicate declining AOD trends during the pre-monsoon and monsoon seasons compared to MODIS. By conducting a principal component analysis on AOD data, it is apparent that the CMIP6 MME captures AOD variances that are comparable to MODIS observations, albeit with some discrepancies.
