    ABSTRAK Nama : Roni Saputra Jurusan : Manajemen Dakwah Judul : Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Infak 1000 sehari di Masjid Al- Istiqomah Kelurahan Perawang Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pelaksanaan Program Gerakan infak 1000 sehari yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Masjid Al-Istiqomah Kelurahan Perawang Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau untuk memakmurkan Masjid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dan memahami mengenai Tentang Program Gerakan infak 1000 sehari yang dilakukan oleh Pengurus Masjid Al-Istiqomah dari bagaimana pelaksaannya, pengorganisasiannya, pengawasannya, dan sasaran dari Progam Gerakan infak 1000 sehari tersebut serta Program tersebut dilaksanakan dan dijalankan untuk apa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan juga di bantu dengan dokumentasi dengan memiliki 5(lima) informan dalam penelitian ini, sumber data yang didapatkan ialah hasil dari data primer dan juga data sekunder, untuk proses validasi data yang digunakan teknik tringulasi, analisis data berlangsung dalam tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, tampilan data dan juga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dari Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan infak 1000 sehari dilakukan oleh pengurus Masjid Al-Istiqomah dalam proses pelaksanaanya yang dilakukan oleh pengurus agar pemakmuran Masjid Al-istiqomah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh pengurus yaitu dari segi pembangunan masjid, kajian keagamaan, serta biaya operasional Masjid. Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas negeri Semarang. Salah satu tahap yang penting dalam mendiagnosis jantung adalah klasifikasi. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh (Yusuf & Hidayat, 2019) melakukan ekstraksi MFCC dan klasifikasi K- Nearest Neighbor dengan sinyal Elektrokariogram (EKG) sebagai data set, didapatkan data MFCC dengan dengan akurasi 84%, sensitivitas 85% dan spesifitas 84%. Penelitian sebelumnya meyarankan penggunaan Delta dan Delta�delta guna mendapatkan perbaikan sistem. Tahap awal yang dilakukan adalah sinyal PCG akan di ekstraksi fiturnya menggunakan Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) yang dilanjutkan dengan pengektraksian oleh Delta dan Delta-delta. Terakhir akan diklasifikasikan menjadi sinyal normal dan sinyal abnormal. Untuk klasifikasinya digunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan metode ini kemudian dievaluasi dan diukur menggunakan metric Accuracy, Precision, Recall, dan F1-score. Hasil dari penggunaan penggunaan ekstraksi fitur tersebut memberikan peningkatan yaitu Accuracy sebesar 85%. Kata kunci— PCG, Detak jantung, Klasifikasi, MFCC,Delta dan Delta-del

    ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Madrasah Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di MI Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung Bandar Lampung Oleh Roni Saputra (Email: [email protected]) Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah merupakan kepemimpinan yang dapat memotivasi karyawan atau guru yang ada di sekolah agar bersedia bekerja demi sasarn-sasaran tingkat tinggi di anggap melampaui kepentingan pribadinya. Dimana segala hal pekerjaan yang diberikan semata- mata untuk kemajuan sekolah. Dimana dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih lembaga di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masayariqul Anwar Durian Payung Bandar Lampung sebagai tempat di laksanakannya penelitian. Dengan rumusan masalah diantaranya sebagai berikut: Bagaimana cara kepala madrasah menunjukan sikap dan perilaku teladan di MI Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung, Bagaimana cara kepala madrasah menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovasi di kalangan guru dan stafnya di MI Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung, Bagaiamana cara kepala madrasah bertindak sebagai pelatih dan penasihat bagi guru dan stafnya di MI Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung, Bagaimana cara kepala madrasah memotivasi semangat kerja di MI Masyariqul Bagaimana Anwar Durian Payung Metode penelitian ini bersifat bersifat kualitatif deskriftif, dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan penulis dapatkan dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai pendukung untuk meperkuat hasil penelitian, yang melibatkan kepala madrasa dan guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung Bandar Lampung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), dan conclusing (kesimpulan) dan mengunakan teknis triangulasi data. Berdasarkan data yang telah penulis dapatkan dari di lakukan penelitian maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan kepemimpinan yang ada di lembaga pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung Bandar Lampung telah sesuai dengan apa yang teori katakan dengan pembuktian adanya sikap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah antaranya kedisiplinan, wibawa,ketegasan dalam berpendapat, kepedulian terhadapa lingkunga, komunikasi yang terbuka, mefokuskan visi misi di sekolah baik seacara langsung dan tidak langsung serta membrikan motivasi terhadap semua guru guna memajukan dan mengembangkan sekolah serta menunjukan kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan. The problem formulations include the following: How does the madrasa head show exemplary attitudes and behavior at MI Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung, How does the madrasa head foster creativity and innovation among teachers and staff at MI Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung, How does the madrasa head act as a coach and advisors for teachers and staff at MI Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung, How the madrasa head motivates the spirit of work at MI Masyariqul How Anwar Durian Payung This research method is descriptive qualitative, where the data collection uses the authors obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation as a support to strengthen the results of the study, which involved the head of the madrasa and the teacher of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung Bandar Lampung. The data analysis technique uses data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and conclusing (conclusions) and uses data triangulation techniques. Based on the data that the authors have obtained from conducting research, the authors can conclude that the leadership at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masyariqul Anwar Durian Payung Bandar Lampung educational institution is in accordance with what the theory says by proving the leadership attitude of the madrasa head including discipline, authority, firmness in opinion. , caring for the environment, open communication, focusing on the vision and mission of the school both directly and indirectly as well as motivating all teachers to advance and develop the school and show the applied transformational leadership.     Rewriting our comments and revisiting revision practices: new concepts for sustainable instruction in the writing classroom

    The driving instructional tool in the majority of writing classrooms, comments, is failing students and instructors because comments are a tool, and not a technique. The utility of comments within the writing classroom is only as strong as its pairing with other instructional techniques. Using comments to teach comments is a flawed method of instruction, and if instructors want to properly use comments within their classes, they must first show their students how to use these techniques in improving their writing. Thus far, the focus of facilitating student revision and student growth within writing classrooms has been on the study of specific comments written by instructors on student papers. The study of such comments reveals the differences in styles, modes, and voices projected from those instructors, but it does reveal much about the intended goal of such comments, the advancement of student writing. Looking back on previous research and incorporating a multifaceted approach to revision helps to build sustainable writing instruction. A review of literature of comments suggests placing students in the center of the classroom by enabling students to take control over the revisions of their own work. This process cannot be done without teaching students how to do things with comments and how to use comments to their advantage. Starting from Joseph Harris’ Rewriting, the same steps toward revision which Harris suggests of students should be copied and applied to the way in which instructors facilitate such revision within the classroom. The improvement of student writing requires several steps which target particular issues with the status quo of commenting, and the use of Harris’ text will enable us to identify the steps. Incorporating revision into the classroom, inviting students into conversation about their text, and opening the lines of communication can help improve revision practices in writing classrooms. Through incorporating a new mastery model within the writing classroom, a technique that begins to show students how comments are made and what to do with them, students can begin to internalize the many processes which they can apply to any writing. The teacher’s goal is to help the student internalize the concepts and apply without the direct instruction of the teacher; however, many writing classrooms have lost this focus. If teachers refocus the classroom on the process of writing and even the process of editing and revising, students will become not just stronger students but writers. Adjustments in the writing classroom cannot occur overnight, but incorporating revision techniques into the course will eventually pay off as students learn to revise their work.     In this paper the Author focuses on the legacy of dialectics through Bergson’s considerations about time and language, recalling two great interpreters of his philosophy: Giuseppe Prezzolini and Gaston Bachelard. If for the former the «philosophy of contingency» enhances the transformation of social reality, preserving, in consonance with Victor Egger’s book La parole intérieure, the freedom of inner language, the latter proposes a break of the Bergsonian temporal continuity by opting for a plural and discontinuous duration. Thanks to these readings, it is possible to discover the temporal dialectic which regulates contemporary societies, that is, the acceleration of time and the contraction of memory, in order to develop a more humane way of living time and, consequently, to decline the problem of intersubjectivity in an intercultural perspective

Publisher Copyright: © 2023, The Author(s).Transforming long-term conflicts into peaceful intergroup relations is one of the most difficult challenges for humanity. Such meaningful social changes are often driven by young people. But do young people living in contexts of long-term conflicts believe that change is even possible? In a series of six studies (Ntotal = 119,671) over two decades and across two unrelated intractable conflicts in Israel/Palestine and Cyprus, we found that younger (compared to older) generations from both respective rival groups have less hope for peace, and consequently less conciliatory attitudes. We also show that this gradual improvement of peace-promoting emotions and attitudes with increasing age can be experimentally accelerated in young people through a virtual reality-based aging simulation. These findings provide a new perspective on the fundamental question of why long-term conflicts are so difficult to resolve and highlight the importance of instilling hope in young generations to advance peace processes.Peer reviewe
