Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai bagaimana program Jakpreneur dalam membantu pengembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Kemayoran, Kota Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk kepada tim Jakpreneur Kecamatan Kemayoran yang berperan langsung dalam program Jakpreneur dan kepada 4 UMKM dengan kriteria sudah mengikuti rangkaian 7 PAS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, setiap program Jakpreneur memiliki fungsinya masing-masing dalam membantu UMKM. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM yang mengikuti program Jakpreneur tinggi dan sedang. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil temuan indikator pengembangan usaha, yaitu tinggi untuk peningkatan omset dan pertumbuhan pelanggan, sedang untuk pertumbuhan tenaga kerja.

This study aims to describe how the Jakpreneur program assists the development of UMKM in Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta City. The method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. This research was conducted for the Jakpreneur team in Kemayoran District who played a direct role in the Jakpreneur program and for 4 UMKM with the criteria of having participated in the 7 PAS series. Based on the research results, each Jakpreneur program has its own function in helping UMKM. The results of the study also show that the level of business success in UMKM participating in the Jakpreneur program is high and medium. This can be seen from the findings of business development indicators, namely high for increased turnover and customer growth, while for workforce growth.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BAURAN (BLENDED LEARNING) DALAM MENCERITAKAN KEMBALI (RETELLING) TEKS CERITA RAKYAT BERBASIS WEB TOOL DI SEKOLAH VICTORY PLUS BEKASI
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran bauran/jarak jauh (blended learning) dalam menceritakan kembali (retelling) cerita rakyat, seperti cerita “Malin Kundang” (Sumatra Barat), cerita “Bawang Merah dan Bawang Putih” (Sumatra Barat), dan cerita “Keong Mas” (Jawa Timur). Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang siswa yang berasal dari Korea, satu orang berkewarganegaraan campuran Jepang-Indonesia, dan tiga siswa lainnya berasal dari India.Pembelajaran bauran (blended learning), pendekatan komunikatif, dan metode langsung (direct method) dapat diterapkan pada kondisi tatap muka atau daring pada siswa BIPA di Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi. Ketiga konsep tersebut diaplikasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Di samping itu, peneliti menyediakan jurnal kegiatan kepada siswa agar dapat memahami unsur intrinsik dan menceritakan kembali (retelling) cerita rakyat ke dalam bentuk versi digital yang dapat menampilkan gambar, tulisan, dan suara siswa. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian subjek tunggal (single subject research) untuk dapat mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pemahaman siswa BIPA dalam menceritakan kembali (retelling) teks cerita rakyat. Hasil data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor terendah pada fase baseline (A1) ini adalah 9 dan tertinggi 14. Sedangkan perolehan skor terendah pada fase intervensi (B) ini adalah 19 dan tertinggi 24 serta pada fase baseline (A2) nilai terendah dan tertinggi adalah 21 dan 26. Dengan demikian, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran bauran (blended learning) cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, kreativitas, dan efektivitas siswa dalam menceritakan kembali (retelling) cerita.Kata kunci: StoryJumper, Blended Learning, BIP

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
