    RINGKASANGeografi memiliki keunggulan yaitu, 1) mengembangkan sikap melindungi dan tanggung jawab terhadap kualitas lingkungan, dan 2) teknologi geospasial Geografi mendukung pendekatan multidisiplin untuk menyelidiki isu lingkungan saat ini. Keunggulan tersebut didukung oleh kurikulum 2013 dengan pendekatan saintifik dalam kegiatan pembelajarannya. Sayangnya, pembelajaran Geografi di kelas saat ini masih menggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga keunggulan Geografi belum optimal. Untuk mengoptimalkan keunggulan tersebut diperlukan model pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi peserta didik memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan permasalahan lingkungan. Adapun model pembelajaran yang memberikan fasilitas tersebut ialah Science, Environment, Technology, and Society (SETS) berbasis teknologi geo-spasial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SETS berbasis teknologi geospasial terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah peserta didik kelas X MAN Kota Batu.Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan posttest only control group design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kelas X IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X IPS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah data kemampuan memecahkan masalah peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 soal uraian yang telah divalidasi meng-gunakan validasi isi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 16.00 for windows.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas (sig. 2-tailed) yaitu 0,004 < 0.05 dan rata-rata (mean) kelas eksperimen (73,91), hasil tersebut lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (65,50). Hasil uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SETS berbasis teknologi geospasial terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah geografi peserta didik kelas X MAN Kota Batu. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, saran bagi guru, model SETS berbasis teknologi geospasial dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran, dikarena model ini memiliki keunggulan 1) teknologi geospasial yang membantu analis pemecahan masalah dan, 2) dapat mengembangkan literasi teknologi peserta didik. Saran bagi peneliti lanjut, 1) perancangan perencanan pembelajaran model ini harus dilakukan beberapa bulan sebelum penelitian, 2) memastikan dukungan ketersediaan dan spesifikasi sarana komputer untuk teknologi geospasial, dan 3) perlu diketahui dahulu kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengoperasikan teknologi geospasial

    Every community develops a defferent gender identity, but most societies distinguish between men and women with masculine and feminine. Masculine synonymous with strong, bread winner, and aggressive. While the feminine is identical to meek, struggling in the domestic sector (home), passive, and others. The role distinction of men and women that this occurred which resulted in gender inequalities, particularly against women. Mirroring that concept, this research focuses on problem; 1) What are the causes of the gender inequalities in Roald Dahl’s Matilda ? 2) How are the gender inequalities described in Roald Dahl’s Matilda? The aim of this study is to know the research attitude of inequitable gender in Roald Dahl’s Matilda. To in line with the problem laid use descriptive qualitative method. It was conducted by collecting and analyzing relevant data. The subject of this study,gender inequalities toward women of Roald Dahl’s Matilda. And the object research is Novel Roald Dahl’s Matilda. Based on research conducted, researchers found 16 issues gander inequalities against women. Five of them are the cause of gender inequalities and later eleven of them is description of gender inequalities against women in novel Matilda by Roald Dahl. Gender inequality manifests in various form of inequality, especially in women, such as stereotyping, marginalization and subordination of women and discriminstion against women. But, along with teh development of the time, women could compate with men and enforcing gender inequalities. It is hoped that this studycan provide the benefits for the readers, such as additional insight to the reader about research literature, especially about the study entitled "Gender Inequalities on Women Roald Dahl’s Matilda."To add insights of the author in the study of literature, like literature imaginative or non-imaginative.And can be used for understanding gender inequalities against women in Roland Dahl’s Matilda, as well as input and consideration in the research of other literary works.     Lightweight TDMA Protocol for wireless vehicular communications

    Wireless vehicular communications (WVC) has been identified as a key technology for intelligent transportation systems (ITS) for a few years ago. IEEE 802.11p (WAVE: wireless access in vehicular environments) is the proposed standard for physical and MAC layer of WVC devices. The standard is extended from 802.11 protocols. The main objectives of the standard are to change the frame format and increase delay spread tolerance introduced by vehicle mobility, in which the channel bandwidth is scaled from 20 MHz in 802.11a to 10 MHz in 802.11p. However, to ensure interoperability between vehicles communicate in rapidly changing environment where a packet transmission should be completed in short time-frame is a problematic issue. This poster proposes WiFi-based TDMA technique with flexible time slots and guard bands to tackle this problem. The new TDMA sublayer is compatible with the 802.11p standard to ensure the feasibility of adoption by any vendor. The simulation results present the performance analysis and validate the efficiency of the proposed method

With the technological advancements, people need various kinds of facilities in carrying out their businesses and activities. One of them is in looking for artisan services including price or service fees, material prices and so on. Multiplatform applications (more than one platform) can make it easy for users to choose the platform to be used. With web service architecture as a computational entity that can be accessed through the internet and intranet networks and certain protocol standards in the platform and interface of an independent programming language. In conducting research, the system development method used by the author is the waterfall method. Waterfall method is a systematic and sequential method of software development that starts at the level and progress of the system up to the analysis, design, code (implementation), test (testing), and maintenance. The application that was built has been tested to several builders.     Tarian Padhoge dalam Ritual Adat Ngkadhe di Desa Biwinapada

    This study aims to determine the symbolic meaning and function of the Padhoge dance in the traditional Ngkadhe ritual in the village of Biwinapada. The theory used refers to the functional theory proposed by Radcliffe-Brown, which describes the functional unity of a social system as a certain assumption, where antagonism between groups in society is an important feature of every social system. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, regular interviews, in-depth interviews and involved observations, the data obtained from which is then analyzed using the ethnographic method. As for the results of the study, it can be concluded that the traditional procession of the ngkadhe ceremony begins with planning by the families who will isolate their daughters. The traditional ceremony was opened by a parable (traditional chief). During this time, those who lead the girls in the ka\u27ombo are called bhisa. The girls will be in ombo for 4 days 4 nights. The music player that accompanies the isolation ceremony is called pande rambi. Pande rambi only came to play music at the opening ceremony on the morning of the third day and on the fourth day when the traditional ngkadhe ceremony ended. In ka\u27ombo, the girls will use cold powder and must follow the rules during the procession of the traditional ceremony. On the third day, the kaombo girls will use the patirangga and learn to dance the Padhoge dance
