Full text linkRumah makan telah menjadi bisnis marak di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, tak terkecuali Bandung yang telah menjadi tempat wisata kuliner bagi turis domestik maupun mancanegara, berdasarkan fakta tersebut tentu menjadi peluang bagi rumah makan untuk meningkatkan pendapatannya dengan menggaet wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Bandung untuk datang ke rumah makannya. Peningkatan jumlah wisatawan yang datang diikuti dengan jumlah restoran yang bertambah membuat wisatawan yang datang kembali memiliki pilihan yang lebih banyak sehingga tak ada jaminan bagi rumah makan untuk dapat mempertahankan jumlah pengunjung atau meningkatkan pengunjung.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan penelitian lapangan berupa penyebaran kuesioner.
Pengujian instrumen melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis statistik melalui uji regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesisi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Sate Kelinci Pak Sapri Bandung. Terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Sate Kelinci Pak Sapri Bandung. Secara simultan menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Sate Kelinci Pak Sapri Bandung

The restaurant has become a business rampant in major cities in Indonesia, not least Bandung which has become a culinary attractions for domestic and foreign tourists, based on these facts would be an opportunity for the restaurant to increase its revenue to attract tourists who visit Bandung to come home to eat. Increasing the number of tourists who come followed by the number of restaurants increased making tourists who come back have more choices so that there is no guarantee for the restaurant to be able to maintain or increase the number of visitors to the visitor.
The research objective was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Samples taken by 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through literature and field research in the form of questionnaires.
Testing instrument through validity and reliability test. Statistical analysis through multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing.
The results showed there are significant product quality to customer satisfaction at Rumah Makan Sate Kelinci Pak Sapri Bandung. There is the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Rumah Makan Sate Kelinci Pak Sapri Bandung. Simultaneously show there is influence between product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction at Rumah Makan Sate Kelinci Pak Sapri Bandung

The voice synthesizing system will enable recorded messages to be transmitted through a telephone line, hence becoming an integral part of a voice alert system. The development of a voice synthesizer card prior to mis work, has produced a system which was unable to achieve the objecuve of the project which required the card to produce clear, high-quaKty voice messages which can be used in a system such as the security system discussed above. Among the topics discussed in this paper are the design concepts and methodology, which were mostiy derived firom examining the previous work on the project Improvements made to the original work and the encouraging results mat was obtained is also presented

Full text linkThis is a report about business activity that was given to me on 3rd May 2021 and it requires me to conduct my own business within 3 weeks and make a report about it. Since it was given in fasting month and 3 weeks away from Hari Raya Aidilfitri, I decided to bake ‘biskut raya’ and selling them for my business. However, I’m having hard time to go outside just to buy ingredients to make biskut raya since covid cases went up every single day. therefore, I did ask my sister to help me buy all those biscuit ingredients as she’s work in the city and she can stop by supermarket before she go straight home. Besides, I need to order bubble wrap from Shoppee for packing the buiscuit jar to ensure it will arrived in good condition to customer. Starting a business on my own is not easy as I think. It is because I need to have a proper plan who my target is and how many do I want to sell within the period. I sincerely thinks that having a clear goal right from the start before starting the business is vital in this case. I am glad that I’m able to do this business even for a short time. I learnt a lot of things by doing this in just a month

Economic grow this the expansion in a nation’s economy which can be deliberate by using several approaches which the most often used is Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Economic growth refers to the quantitative dimension in national income, output per capita or real total output over time in which national income is best approximated by GDP and per capita income. GDP is important to estimate the economic performance of the countries. Thus, in order to increase the GDP we must know the factors that affect it. This study is done to examine the factors that affecting the economic growth which is Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in a few Southeast Asia countries. The factors understudies are macroeconomics variables and demographic variable which are inflation rate, unemployment rate and numbers of population. This research is conduct because researcher wants to analyse the factors affecting economic growth which are in terms of GDP. Many factors were involved in this study which is knowledge about inflation rate, unemployment rate and number of populations in the selected Southeast Asia countries. In this study, the researcher investigates the factors that affecting GDP using panel data from 1999 to 2013 for the five Southeast Asia countries that are Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. The researcher wants to estimate whether inflation rate, unemployment rate and number of populations have relationship with the GDP per capita of the Southeast Asia countries. The researcher finds that inflation, unemployment rate and population have relationship with GDP. The researcher has use secondary data in this study. To analyse data and get a best result, researcher use EViews version 7 in order to get descriptive, normality and regression. Lastly the researcher also come out with the conclusion and recommendation about the research that can be done in future
Effect of file sizes on encryption and decryption in constrained devices / Nurnadia Sapri
Full text linkTCP protocol can be used in the transmission of data from one host to another host. Simply, it is unsecure because the attacker can break security parameters to obtain access to the data that currently being sent. As a communication and transmission of files over Internet has increased exponentially since last few years, there is need of security in such file transfer. Therefore, the effect of file sizes on encryption and decryption in constrained devices have been analyzed using two types of cryptographic algorithm which is AES-128 (symmetric-key encryption) and RSA- 2048 (asymmetric-key encryption) based on the different file size, execution time, and the throughput. AES-128 has faster encryption and decryption time, low power consumption, faster in hardware and software implementation, and high throughput compared to RSA-2048. Moreover, AES-128 algorithm provides higher security compared to RSA-2048. Therefore, AES-128 gives higher confidentiality compared to RSA-2048 and it will be most suitable encryption algorithm to be implemented in the TCP protocol
