Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan program inklusi keuangan kepada pedagang Pasar Tradisional Pasar Gede di Surakarta, cara mengedukasi Pedagang Pasar Tradisional tentang inklusi keuangan di Pasar Gede Surakarta dan untuk mengetahui pandangan tentang inklusi keuangan pada pedagang Pasar Tradisional Pasar Gede Kabupaten Surakarta. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian berada di Pasar Tradisional Pasar Gede Kabupaten Surakarta. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan lewat kuisioner dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini digunakan beberapa metode analisis pengumpulan data antara lain : metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode dokumentasi, metode studi pustaka. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang mengetahui bahwa cara meningkatkan,mengedukasi dan pandangan tentang inklusi keuangan pada pedagang di pasar tradisional Pasar Gede Kabupaten Surakarta telah sesuai degan program perbankan dalam mengedukasi tentang program inklusi keuangan yang telah dilakukan pada pedagang Pasar Tradisional Pasar Gede di Surakarta perlu memperbaiki cara mengedukasi dan peningkatan tenbtang inklusi keuangan dilakukan kurang baik dikarenakan masih kurangnya pemahaman pedagang di Pasar Gede. Dari hasil penelitian tentang pandangan pedagang tentang inklusi keuangan sudah baik, karena pedagang banyak yg sudsah memiliki Bank. Tapi peningkatan dan edukasi yang dilakukan lembaga perbankan masih kurang baik karena masih kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat ataupun pedagang tentang inklusi keuangan, namun penulis memberikan lternative antara lain cara meningkatkan inklusi keuangan,pemahaman masyarakat tentang inklusi keuangan dan cara mengedukasi pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Pasar Gede perlu dipertahankan dan lebih ditingkatkan lagi,serta memperbaiki program edukasi dan peningkatan yang lebih mendalam dan lebih baik lagi. Implementation of crude oil washing on MT. Gede can not run optimally,
because of the lack of equipment. The purpose of this thesis is to know the solutions
in the implementation of crude oil washing on MT. Gede and to know the efforts that
must be done to overcome the implementation of crude oil washing on the MT.
Gede.
In this paper the authors use SWOT analysis research method. SWOT
analysis The method used in this thesis is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis
technique. SWOT analysis is the systematic identification of various factors to
formulate the company's strategy. This analysis is based on logic that maximizes
strength and opportunity, but can simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats.
From the results of research conducted by the author, the authors can
conclude that the constraints in the implementation of crude oil washing on the ship
MT. Among others, the lack of attention to the tank rinsing procedure that has been
determined, the lack of maintenance equipment crude oil washing, and the company
is less responsive related crude oil washing equipment is less complete. Attempts to
cope are to conduct training on crude oil washing procedures, maintenance of crude
oil washing equipment outside of regular schedule and the captain participate in

No full textIn this study, the author intends to bring novelty to investigate the relationship between trust and customers’ buying intention using customer privacy and macro influencers as mediating models. The author using theory online anthropomorphism. The results of the study indicate that customer privacy and macro influencers have an influence on purchase intention. Customers who perceive influencers as trustworthy are more likely to be motivated to make purchases based on their recommendation or endorsement. Customer privacy plays a crucial and influential role in shaping customer decision, particularly when it comes to influencer. This study would also provide new insights and creative solutions for designing safe space for customers in the fast-growing area of e-commerce sites in Indonesia. The author researched using data collection from 139 TikTok shop customers in Indonesia.Dalam penelitian ini, penulis bermaksud untuk membawa kebaruan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara kepercayaan terhadap brand e-commerce dan niat beli pelanggan menggunakan privasi dan niat beli sebagai model mediasi. Penulis menggunakan teori antropomorfisme online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa privasi pelanggan dan macro influencers memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat beli. Pelanggan yang menganggap influencer yang dapat dipercaya lebih cenderung termotivasi untuk melakukan pembelian berdasarkan rekomendasi atau dukungan mereka. Privasi pelanggan memainkan peran penting dan berpengaruh dalam membentuk keputusan pelanggan, terutama dalam hal influencer. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru dan solusi kreatif untuk merancang ruang yang aman bagi pelanggan di area situs e-commerce yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Unit bisnis yang ada saat ini yaitu produksi, distribusi dan jasa. Bupda Intaran harus terus beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan bisnis, kompleksitas tuntutan pelayanan, dan perkembangan teknologi untuk tetap relevan dan efektif dalam memberikan layanan terbaik. Dari hasil diskusi dengan ketua Bupda Intaran A. A. Ketut Gede Aryateja, S.T., diputuskan tiga masalah prioritas yang akan dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan kepemimpinan, pelatihan pengelolaan arsip dan pelatihan hospitality (khususnya pelayanan prima) dari masing – masing unit usaha. Pengaruh Life Satisfaction dan Insentif terhadap Turnover Intention Dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement
No full textIn today's era, the proactive, aggressive and goal-oriented nature of business requires active involvement and overall dedication from employees which can increase turnover. However, the author expands the exploration that work-life balance can contribute to a higher level and more stable state, namely from the perspective of Life Satisfaction. Apart from that, researchers propose Insentifs because in various literature studies related to human resource management (HR), Insentifs are one aspect that plays a central role but can also attract, motivate and retain workers. Next, the author develops the Theory of Interpersonal Love and The Incentive Theory of Motivation to construct Employee Engagement as a mediating variable that applies a conceptual model between Life Satisfaction, Incentive, and Turnover Intention. Questionnaires were distributed to 269 respondents who work in IT companies and tested using Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that Employee Engagement is very important in mediating between Life Satisfaction and Insentif on Turnover Intention. Theoretically. In addition, the Theory of Interpersonal Love confirms that high engagement is characterized by individuals who have Love, Intimacy, Passion, Commitment which, when fulfilled, will result in high Engagement and In Line or towards their work. Furthermore, the theoretical implications of the research include mediating variable hypotheses as a novelty from a theoretical aspect. Meanwhile, this practical study not only provides a theoretical contribution to companies and employees in the IT sector, but can also help Human Resources (HR) managers who play a relevant role in building internal policies directed at improving a positive work environment
A mathematical analysis of a belt system with a low and time-varying velocity
No full textIn this thesis a mathematical analysis has been given for model which describes the transversal vibrations of belt systems. The belt speed is assumed to be time-varying and to be small compared to the wave speed. Not only linear string-like or beam-like models but also nonlinear models have been studied. In all cases initial-boundary value problems are formulated, and are investigated by using multiple time-scales perturbation methods. Formal approximations of the solutions are constructed and it is shown whether or not mode interactions between vibration modes occur for specific values of the belt parameters. For some linear models instabilities in the solution occur, which disappear when nonlinear terms are included in the model. It is also shown for what parameter values in the nonlinear models a simplification in the formulation of the problem (based on Kirchhoff's assumption) can (or can not) be used.Information Technology and System

Indonesia is one of the oil and gas producing countries in the world. With the increasing and increasing production of oil fields, oil refineries, and oil depots in Indonesia, the role of tankers in this regard is very important for the transportation of oil and gas. Along with the development of science and technology, the tankers themselves are experiencing changes and developments and renewal, the issue of loading and unloading equipment on board with technological advances, must be balanced with the human resources factor in order to operate the equipment- advanced equipment properly and properly in accordance with existing procedures and manuals.
This research uses a qualitative method. In determining priorities for completion, the researcher uses an approach tool with the SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) method by giving a score of 1-5.
Based on the observation and analysis of the author reads, good communication between all parties in the process of unloading crude oil. Good communication can facilitate and improve the process of unloading maximally. Besides, it is also the maintenance and operational method of unloading supporting tool to minimize.
