A sub-set of ATA over Ethernet as the control protocol in xTCA
No full textBoth ATLAS and CMS are considering xTCA as replacement for VME based systems in their upgrades. An ethernet based protocol is an agnostic choice for module control in both ATCA and uTCA. A sub-set of the simple storage area network protocol ATA over ethernet could satisfy the requirements for module configuration and control without incurring the overheads of running IP on an FPGA. Members of the RAL ATLAS and CMS trigger groups are investigating implementing this sub-set in the first instance using a Xilinx development board and replacing the UDP/IP layer in the existing CMS IPBus protocol

Dalam sebuah organisasi, menajemen merupakan salah satu
faktor utama dalam terciptanya segala kegiatan akan dilakukan oleh
organisasi tersebut. pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen yang terencana
dan terorganisir dengan baik tentunya menjadi pondasi yang nantinya
menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan organisasi tersebut. Begitu juga
dalam organisasi kepengurusan DPC PKB Kabupaten Way Kanan
yang merupakan sarana yang dapat menghantarkan anggota
kepengurusannya agar bisa mengimplemtasikan kegiatan sosial
keagamaan dengan semestinya. Manajemen sangat berpengaruh dalam
sebuah lini di antaranya adalah elemen fungsi manajemen yaitu
perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Penulis
bermaksud agar dapat mengetahui dan meneliti bagaimana
pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada DPC PKB Kabupaten
Way Kanan serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung
dan menghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan sosial keagamaan di DPC PKB
Kabupaten Way Kanan.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana
pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dalam kegiatan sosial keagamaan yang
dilakukan oleh DPC PKB Kabupaten Way Kanan. kemudian
pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kualitatif yang menggunakan instrument dengan cara pengumpulan
data, observasi,, wawancara dengan pihak yang berwenang mengenai
hal-hal yang akan diteliti serta dokumentasi dari buku-buku dan
dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Dan tujuan dari penelitian
ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dalam
kegiatan sosial keagamaan DPC PKB Kabupaten Way Kanan.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosial
keagamaan DPC PKB Kabupaten Way Kanan telah mengaplikasikan
fungsi-fungsi manajemen yaitu : perencanaan, pengorganisasian,
pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Fungsi-fungsi manajemn ini telah
diterapkan dengan baik meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala.
Dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen tersebut kegiatan sosial

keagamaan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan
rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Peran dan kontribusi manajemen
terhadap kegiatan sosial keagamaan DPC PKB Kabupaten Way Kanan
sangatlah besar peranannya dalam menumbuhkan persaudaraan antar
umat muslim serta mengamalkan ajaran islam. Selain itu telah mampu
dengan baik mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui
peningkatan mutu pengetahuan, wawasan, seta ketrampilan dalam
rangka berpartisipasi.

ABSTRACT
In an organization, management is one of the main factors in
the creation of all activities carried out by the organization. The
implementation of well-planned and well-organized management
functions is of course the foundation that will later become a
benchmark for the success of the organization. Likewise in the
management organization of the DPC PKB in Way Kanan Regency
which is a means that can deliver its management members so they
can properly implement socio-religious activities. Management is very
influential in a line including the elements of the management
function, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling.
The author intends to be able to find out and examine how
management functions are carried out in the PKB DPC Way Kanan
Regency and to know what factors support and hinder the
implementation of socio-religious activities in the PKB DPC Way
Kanan Regency.
The formulation of the problem in this study is how to
implement the management function in social-religious activities
carried out by the DPC PKB in Way Kanan Regency. then the
approach used in this study is qualitative research using instruments
by means of data collection, observation, interviews with authorities
regarding matters to be studied as well as documentation from books
and documents related to research. And the purpose of this study was
to determine the implementation of the management function in the
socio-religious activities of the DPC PKB in Way Kanan Regency.
The results of the study indicate that the social and religious
activities of the DPC PKB in Way Kanan Regency have applied
management functions, namely: planning, organizing, implementing,
and supervising. These management functions have been well
implemented although there are still some obstacles. By implementing
these management functions religious social activities can run
effectively and efficiently in accordance with a predetermined plan.
The role and contribution of management to the socio-religious

activities of the DPC PKB Way Kanan Regency has a very large role
in fostering brotherhood among Muslims and practicing Islamic
teachings. In addition, it has been able to properly develop the quality
of human resources through increasing the quality of knowledge,
insight, and skills in order to participate.

Near-field focusing using phased arrays with dynamic polarization control
No full textPhased arrays in near-field communication allow the transmitter to focus wireless signals in a small region around the receiver. Proper focusing is achieved by carefully tuning the phase shifts and the polarization of the signals transmitted from the phased array. In this paper, we study the impact of polarization on near-field focusing and investigate the use of dynamic polar-ization control (DPC) phased arrays in this context. Our studies indicate that the optimal polarization configuration for near-field focusing varies spatially across the antenna array. Such a spatial variation motivates the need for DPC phased arrays which allow independent polarization control across different antennas. No full textThe success achieved by the DPC-Perjuangan Party of Samosir at the
General Elections of members of DPRD Samosir, of course can’t be separated
from the various strategic and political marketing carried out by the party and the
candidates for the council members themselves. Looking at the facts and available
data, the DPC PDI-Perjuangan Samosir became the winning party in the 2019
election with the most seats 8 out of 25 seats.based on this, the author is interested
in describing the political marketing carried out by the DPC PDI-Perjuangan
Samosir in winning the hearts of the people, so that they entrust and lead yhe
party to become the winning party.
This research uses case study research methods and descriptions, using the
interview method to find out more about political marketing carried out by the
DPC PDI-Perjuangan Samosir to the Samosir Community. The result showed that
political marketing carried out by the DPC PDIP Samosir tried to convince the
public and voters that the cadres of the party deserved to be elected. Providing
information on all apects to yhe background of the party, a clear political vision
and mission and work programs that are useful by the people of Samosir.Keberhasilan yang diraih oleh DPC PDI-Perjuangan Kab.Samosir pada
saat Pemilihan Umum Anggota DPRD Kab.Samosir, tentu tidak lepas dari
berbagai strategi maupun marketing politik yang dilakukan oleh Partai maupun
calon anggota dewan itu sendiri. Melihat fakta dan data yang ada bahwa DPC
PDIP Samosir menjadi partai pemenang dalam Pemilu Tahun 2019 dengan
perolehan kursi terbanyak yaitu 8 dari 25 kursi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis
tertarik untuk mendeskripsikan marketing politik yang dilakukan oleh DPC PDIPerjuangan
Samosir dalam merebut hati masyarakat sehingga mempercayakan
dan mengantar partai tersebut menjadi partai pemenang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dan deskripsi,
yakin dengan menggunakan metode wawancara untuk lebih mengetahui tentang
marketing politik yang dilakukan oleh DPC PDIP Samosir terhadap masyarakat
Samosir.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, marketing politik yang dilakukan
oleh DPC PDIP Samosir berusaha untuk meyakinkan masyarakat dan pemilih

POLA REKRUTMEN CALON ANGGOTA LEGISLATIF OLEH DPC PARTAI DEMOKRAT KABUPATEN POLMAN PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT PADA PEMILU 2014
No full textThis study aimed to describe the recruitment pattern of candidates for the legislative Democrats DPC Polman, West Sulawesi province, as well as describe the steps taken by the DPC in the deter- mination of the Democratic Party legislative candidates in Polman, West Sulawesi province. The research methods used by the author in this study is descriptive qualitative using two kinds of data, namely, primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed descriptive qualitatively in which analyzing all the data collected subsequent authors and presented in the form of fre- quency tabulation equipped with informants responses obtained from interviews and question- naire results obtained from 30 respondents. The results showed that the recruitment of candi- dates for the legislative pattern used by Democrats DPC is an open recruitment. The steps taken by the DPC Democrats are: Preparation, at this stage, the Democratic Party to set up some things for recruitment legislative candidates, such as team building and tasks of the team themselves. Announcement, the Democratic Party announced the registration of legislative candidates. Reg- istration, registrants at this stage were distributed forms to be filled out and returned with all the files required. Verification, at this stage all applicants files were selected as required by the Democrats party. Special selection, at this stage, the party gave fit and proper test. Tasking, at this stage all candidates are given the task on the field to socialize directly to the public. Evalu- ation and final assessment, at this stage, the candidates were given the final assessment to de- termine the legislative candidates. Determining legislative candidates, at this stage, to establish a working meeting party legislative candidates to be submitted to the Commission.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola rekrutmen calon anggota legislatif DPC Partai Demokrat Kabupaten Polman Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, serta menggambarkan langkah-langkah yang ditempuh oleh DPC Partai Demokrat dalam penetapan calon anggota legislatif di Kabupaten Polman Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menggunakan dua macam data yaitu, data primer dan data skunder. Data tersebut dianalisis secara deskripti kualitatif yaitu menganalisis semua data yang berhasil dikumpulkan penulis dan selanjutnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabulasi frekuensi dilengkapi dengan tanggapan informan yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan hasil kuesioner yang diperoleh dari 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pola rekrutmen calon anggota legisltif yang digunakan oleh DPC Partai Demokrat adalah rekrutmen terbuka. Adapun langkah-langkah yang ditempuh oleh DPC Partai Demokrat yaitu: Persiapan, pada tahap ini Partai Demokrat menyiapkan beberapa hal untuk melakukan rekrutmen calon anggota legislatif, seperti pembentukan tim dan tugas-tugas tim itu sendiri. Pengumuman, dalam Partai Demokrat mengeluarkan Pengumuman mengenai pendaftaran calon anggota legislatif. Pendaftaran, pada tahap ini pendaftar dibagikan formulir untuk diisi dan diserahkan kembali beserta berkas-berkas yang harus dilengkapi. Verifikasi, pada tahap ini semua berkas pendaftar diseleksi kembali sesuai dengan yang dipersyaratkan oleh Partai Demokrat. Seleksi khusus, pada tahap ini Partai melakukan penyeleksian melalui uji kepatutan dan kelayakan. Penugasan, pada tahap ini semua bakal calon diberikan tugas dilapangan untuk terjun langsung ke masyarakat. Direct Power Control of Three-phase Voltage Source Converters Using Feedback Linearization Technique
No full textAbstractThis paper describes the direct power control (DPC) of a three-phase voltage source converter (VSC) using feedback linearization technique. This technique transforms nonlinear model of the VSC into a linear one so that the controller design is easy and independent of the operating point. The problem is formulated in the DPC framework. The DPC with space-vector modulation (DPC-SVM) is adopted because of its constant switching frequency operation. The control scheme is implemented on a STM32F4DISCOVERY board. The validity of the scheme has been verified through experiment which shows that the proposed control strategy provides the VSC operation with wide operating range and fast transient responses

No full textKeberadaan partai politik dengan mengemban peran dan fungsinya akan membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam proses demokrasi apabila dilakukan dengan maksimal salah satunya fungsi komunikasi politik. Dengan fungsi yang dimilikinya, partai politik diharapkan mampu menambah efektifitas proses komunikasi politik antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat maupun sebaliknya. Hal tersebut menjadi fokus kajian dalam skripsi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi partai politik sebagai sarana komunikasi politik di DPC Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Kudus karena eksistensinya dan pergerakannya dikenal aktif.
Penelitian ini ditulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi politik yang dikontekstualisasikan dengan implementasi fungsi komunikasi politik Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Kabupaten Kudus.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi komunikasi politik PKB Kudus bertujuan untuk menyalurkan aspirasi dan agregasi masyarakat dan mengkomunikasikan kebijakan publik kepada khalayak atau masyarakat. Implementasi komunikasi politik dilakukan melalui jalur kelembagaan partai politik, Fraksi PKB di DPRD dan personal politisi PKB. Hambatan yang dihadapi partai dalam proses komunikasi politik berkaitan dengan komunikasi dengan masyarakat, konunikasi antarfraksi di DPRD, dan komunikasi dengan pihak eksekutif.
ABSTRACT:
The existence of political parties by carrying out their roles and functions will bring significant changes in the democratic process if they carried out optimally. One of which is the function of political communication. With its functions, political parties are expected to be able to increase the effectiveness of the political communication process between the government and the community and vice versa. This study aims to determine the application of the function of political parties which political communication in DPC Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) in Kabupaten Kudus because their existence and movement are known to be active.
This study uses a qualitative type of research with a case study approach. The data collection carried out by the author in the study was using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses political communication theory which is contextualized in the implementation of the political communication function of the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Kabupaten Kudus.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of political communication in DPC Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Kudus aims to channel and aggregate the aspirations of the community and communicate the public policies to the public or the community. The implementation of political communication is carried out through the institutional channels of political parties, the PKB faction in DPRD and personal politicians. Density-based clustering methods for unsupervised separation of partial discharge sources
No full textThe recognition of partial discharge (PD) sources is an important task of the monitoring and diagnostics of high-voltage components. Nowadays, digital PD measuring systems have the capability of extracting features and form scatter plots with such data sets. Part of an unsupervised PD analysis system is to discover clusters within the data sets and link them to particular PD sources. Due to the nature of PD data sets, clusters may appear very close to each other or even merged hindering the separation of sources. Clustering methods based on spatial density such as the density peak clustering (DPC) method and DBSCAN are suitable approaches to discover clusters within PD data sets. However, their accuracy can be reduced due to the proximity among clusters. In this paper, a new method is presented to improve the accuracy of the DPC method. Our method proposes to partition the data set and later pass the resulting subsets to the DPC method. The partitioning is based on the spatial density of data computed by a smoothed density method (SD). SD has the advantage of being fast and not requiring high computational power. As a final step, a routine is applied to group the sub clusters as per the DPC method having a threshold for the data contour distance as a criterion. This method proved higher accuracy to discover clusters in actual PD data sets. Analysis of differential phase contrast dataset of perovskite solar cell

In this project, the author will attempt to show that DPC in STEM can be used to map an inner electric field of a perovskite solar cell. The author will also be highlighting the different challenges that they faced in this project, especially in the area of image processing.
