Didiek Rahmanadji, M.Pd, (II) Mitra Istiar Wardhana, S.Kom, M.T     Kata Kunci: Buku Cerita Bergambar, Media Informasi, Sejarah Lumajang   Perancangan buku cerita bergambar yang berjudul “Arya Wiraraja dan Lamajang Tigang Juru” bertujuan untuk membuat suatu media informasi tentang sejarah lokal Lumajang, khususnya untuk masyarakat Lumajang. Selain itu, buku cerita bergambar ini dirancang untuk menambah sumber pustaka yang menceritakan tentang awal mula berdirinya Lumajang. Hal ini dikarenakan masih kurangnya sumber sejarah tentang Lumajang yang tersedia baik dalam bentuk buku, artikel, maupun sumber pustaka lainnya. Kurangnya sumber pustaka membuat masyarakat Lumajang kurang mengetahui sejarah berdirinya kota Lumajang. Maka dari itu, perancang perlu membuat sumber pustaka berupa buku cerita bergambar ini. Metode penelitian atau perancangan yang digunakan oleh perancang merupakan adaptasi dari metode perancangan Sanyoto (2006). Dalam proses perancanga, perancang membuat konsep perancangan berupa media utama dan media pendukung. Pada konsep perancangan media utama, perancang melakukan visualiasi yang disesuaikan dengan alur naskah cerita. Pada konsep media pendukung, perancang membuat beberapa desain produk yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mempromosikan media utama. Hasil dari perancangan ini yaitu media utama dan media pendukung. Media utama yang dihasilkan berupa buku cerita bergambar yang berjudul “Arya Wiraraja dan Lamajang Tigang Juru”. Media pendukung yang dihasilkan berupa enam produk yaitu, stiker, poster, kaos, pin, mug, dan x-banner.

Salah satu animasi yang biasa digunakan yaitu animasi 2D.Daerah Lumajang memiliki tempat wisata yang indah yang selama ini masih belum maksimal dalam promosinya yaitu Piket Nol, Hutan Bambu, Pura Mandar Giri Semeru, B29 dan Ranu Pani. Pada tugas akhir ini,perancang ingin mengembangkan animasi 2D yang akan dijadikan sebagai media pengenalan lima tempat wisata di Kabupaten Lumajang. Perancangan media animasi ini dilakukan karena belum adanya media promosi yang dapat mempromosikan tempat wisata tersebut. Metode perancangan animasi 2D ini ada tiga yaitu pra-produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Pada pra-produksi perancang melakukan observasi dan dokumentasi  terhadap lima tempat wisata yang akan dibuat animasi yaitu Piket Nol, Hutan Bambu, Pura Mandhara Giri Semeru, B29, dan Ranu Pani. Kemudian perancang mencari literature dan membuat storyboard. Pada proses produksi, perancang membuat modelling karakter dan background 2D. Selanjutnya melakukan proses animatingdan dubbing. Pada pasca produksi, perancang melakukan proses editing, rendering, dan  packaging. Media pengenalan melalui animasi 2D ini berfungsi untuk membantu masyarakat dalam proses pengenalan lima tempat wisata di Kabupaten Lumajang, Dalam animasi 2D ini terdapat penggambaran tiga karakter yang unik, yaitu karakter pisang, kentang, dan brokoli. Karena Selain itu Penggambaran animasi dari setiap tempat wisata yang akan diperkenalkan untuk menunjukkan keindahan tempat wisata dan mengajak para wisatawan untuk berkunjung kesini.Perancangan ini di kemas dalam cerita pendek animasi 2D tentang pengenalan kelima tempat wisata di lumajang yaitu Piket Nol, Hutan Bambu, Pura Mandara Giri, B29 dan Ranu Pani. Perancangan animasi 2D ini menghasilkan suatu media pengenalan tempat wisata yang menarik dan mampu menarik perhatian para wisatawan luar Lumajang. Bentuk animasi 2D yang dihasilkan berupa video animasi pendek yang berdurasi 5 menit dengan format mp4 dan dimensi (1280 x 720 pxl). Pada video ini terdapat lima tempat wisata yaitu  Piket nol, Hutan Bambu, Pura Mandhara Giri semeru, B29, dan Ranupani yang divisualisasikna dalam 2D. Melalui video ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan wisatawan luar Lumajang yang berkunjung ke lima lokasi wisata di kabupaten Lumajang.     Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee is one of Aceh's charismatic scholars who teaches religious knowledge and other sciences. Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee has an important role in the sustainability of education, politics, and religion in Aceh. The research location that the author examined was Siem Village, Darussalam Sub-District. In this study, the authors used historical research methods, namely investigations that apply scientific solutions to the historical perspective of a problem with the steps of data collection, source criticism, interpretation, and writing method. The author draws a number of conclusions concerning Teungku Hasan bin Teungku Muhammad Hanafiyyah bin Teungku Shaykh 'Abbas bin Teungku Muhammad Fadhil based on the findings of the investigation. Muhammad Hasan was given the first name when he was born on 13 Rajab 1303 H, which corresponds to 18 April 1886 AD, in Gampong Langgoe Meunasah Keutumbu Village, Sangeue, Pidie. Teungku Haji Muhammad Hanafiyah bin Teungku Sheikh Abbas, often known as Teungku Chik Krueng Kalee One or Teungku Haji Muda Krueng Kalee, is the father of Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee. Nya'Ti Hafsah bint Teungku Ismail, the mother of Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee, was of Arab ancestry and migrated through Pase. Teungku Syekh Abdul Wahab and Asiah, two brothers of Abu Hasan Krueng Kalee..     In the remarkable constellation of prominent scientists of the Albanian world, without doubt, is included the scientist and professor, now deceased, Dr. Hasan Kaleshi. Professor Kaleshi was a true polyglot. It is known that he possessed several world languages such as Arabic, Turkish, Old Turkish, Persian, Italian, German, French, English, Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian and, of course, also Albanian.The main place in his scientific activity was occupied by the Albanian historiography studies dealing with the history and culture of the Albanian people, especially those dealing with the role of various Albanian personalities in the Ottoman Empire. He is the author of several works on the life and patriotic activities, scientific, cultural and political of many well known figures in our national history, such as Sami, Abdul and Naim Frashëri, Ismail Qemali, Faik Konica, Haxhi Zeka, Fan Noli, Dr. Ibrahim Temos, Dervish Himes, Jahja Bej Dukagjini, Suzi Prizrenasit, Koci Beut and Sinan Pasha, Ali Pasha Gucise, Nexhip Dragës etc.. Thanks to its continuous commitment, Hasan Kaleshi managed to shed light on many personalities from all Albanian territories, some of which were little known or not known at all. In conclusion we can say that Professor Kaleshi, as an expert in all those languages, as author and co-author of many works in the field of historiography, and beyond, had an enviable scientific culture. As such, he gave a very valuable contribution in general Albanian historiography.Në plejadën e shquar të shkencëtarëve të mirënjohur të botës shqiptare, pa dyshim, bën pjesë edhe profesori e shkencëtari, tanimë i ndjerë, dr. Hasan Kaleshi. Profesor Kaleshi ishte një poliglot i vërtetë. Dihet që ai zotëronte edhe disa gjuhë botërore, si: arabishten, turqishten, osmanishten, persishten, italishten, gjermanishten, frëngjishten, anglishten, bullgarishten, serbokroatishten dhe, natyrisht, edhe shqipen. Vendin kryesor në veprimtarinë e tij shkencore në historiografinë shqiptare e zënë studimet që kanë të bëjnë me historinë dhe kulturën e popullit shqiptar, në veçanti ato që trajtojnë rolin e personaliteteve të ndryshme shqiptare në periudhën e Perandorisë Osmane.     This essay deals with Al jama byna AL - Salation (Combining) two prayers) a manuscript of small ‎size written by Imam Hamid bin Hasan shakir AL - Yamani who died in the year 1173 after Hijra. ‎ The essay is divided into two parts. ‎ The first has included the biography of the author, and the second contains the text and ‎commentary thereon. ‎ The researcher has concluded that the author supports the view of combining two prayers ‎whether there is a valid reason or not. He supported his view with appropriate evidence and ‎discussion of various standpoints in an attempt to reach the most probable opinion on this ‎matter

    Çalışmamız, Ebü'l-Kâsım el-Kâ‛bî'nin Kitâbü'l-makâlât adlı eseri ile Ebü'l-Hasan el-Eş‛arî'nin Makâlâtü'l-İslamiyyîn adlı eserlerinin Mürcie bahsinin karşılaştırılmasını ele almaktadır. Bu bahsi ele almamızın nedeni Ebü'l-Hasan el-Eş‛arî'nin kendisinden önce bu alanda çalışma yapmış olan Ebü'l-Kâsım el-Kâ‛bî'den eserini yazarken etkilenip etkilenmediğini veya eseri yazarken onu taklit edip etmediğini tespit etmektir. Bu iki müellif hakkında daha önce yapılan Mu‛tezilî ve Hâricî fırkalarla ilgili çalışmalarda tasnif, içerik ve üslup bakımından birebir benzer ifadelerin kullanıldığı iddia edilmektedir. Çalışmamızın ana teması, iki eserin Mürcie bahsinde bu tür benzerliklerin olup olmadığı konusudur. Eş‛arî ve Kâ‛bî'nin eserleri arasında çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde; eserlerde takip edilen yöntemler, yararlanılan kaynaklar, müelliflerin Mürcie'ye yaklaşımı, eserlerin içeriği, fırkaların tasnif biçimi ve müelliflerin üslubu gibi konular incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler yapılırken sosyal bilimlerin temel ilkelerinden olan bazı yaklaşım biçimleri kullanılmıştır. Müelliflerin eserlerini kaleme alırken yararlandıkları kaynakları tespit etmek amacıyla ilk olarak onların eserlerinin muhtelif yerlerinde yaptıkları alıntılardan hareketle kaynak tespitinde bulunmaya çalıştık. Tespit ettiklerimizin dışında bu konuda daha önce çalışma yapan müelliflerin kaynak tespiti hususunda neşrettikleri eserlerden yararlandık. Eserlerin içerik bakımından kıyasını yaparken özellikle müelliflerin ortak olarak ele aldıkları konular üzerinde hassasiyetle durduk. Bazı konularda müelliflerimizin verdiği bilgiler kısıtlı olduğundan bu problemi ortadan kaldırmak için kelâm ilmi açısından kullanılan ana başlıklardan hareket ettik. Örneğin müelliflerimizden birinin imamet konusu hakkında sadece tahkim olayından bahsettiği ve diğer müellifimizin ise konuyu detaylı açıklama yoluna gittiği bir durumda burada imamet ortak başlığını kullanmayı tercih ettik. Müelliflerimizin eserlerinde Mürcie bahsi paralelinde kısmi de olsa bazı benzerlikler bulunmaktadır. Fakat bu benzerliklerin taklit veya etkilenmeden ziyade müelliflerimizin yararlandıkları birçok kaynağın ortak olması, kaynak olarak öne sürdükleri kişilerin benzer görüşlere sahip olması, dönemin hakim anlayışı ve halkın genel anlayışı gibi bazı sebeplerden dolayı olduğu kanaatindeyiz. Müelliflerimizin eserlerinde Mürcie bahsi özelinde bazı konularda bilgi ve içerik benzerliği olmakla birlikte fırkaların tasnifi açısından etkilenme konusu tartışmalıdır. Zira Eş‛arî, fırka tasnifi konusunda kullandığı yöntemde, ilgili görüşü ortaya attıktan sonra fırkayı görüş üzerine bina ederek sınıflandırmış, her yeni konu başlığında da aynı yöntemi kullanarak bu tavrını sürdürmüştür. Fakat Kâ‛bî, Mürcie bahsine giriş bölümünde büyük günah konusu üzerine fırka tasnifine başvurduktan sonra tekrar yeni bir sınıflandırma yoluna gitmemiş, fırkaları isimler üzerinden anlatarak konuyu sürdürmüştür. Makâlât geleneği inşa edilirken ilk eserlere yönelik yöntem benzerliğinin olması doğal bir durumdur. İçerik, tasnif, bilgi gibi konularda benzerliğin bulunması etkilenme veya taklitin bir sonucudur. Eş‛arî, eserinin mukaddimesinde makâlât yazarlarının düştüğü hatalara değinmiş ve aynı hataları tekrarlamayacağının sözünü vermiştir. Verdiği bu sözü tuttuğunu da birçok araştırmacı teyit etmiştir. Dolayısıyla o, derinlemesine incelemiş olduğu bu eserlerin kötü yanlarını eleyerek iyi yanlarından istifade etmiş olabilir. Bu durumda Eş‛arî'nin makâlât yazma isteği noktasında cüzi de olsa bir etkilenme ihtimalinden bahsedilebilir. Bunun dışında ulaştığımız veriler ışığında, taklit sayılabilecek bir benzerliğin olmadığını rahatlıkla söyleyebiliriz.In our study, the comparison of Abu al-Qasım al-Ka‛bi's book called Kitab al-Maqalat and Abu al-Hasan al-Ash‛ari's Maqalat al-Islamiyyin is discussed. The reason why we deal with this issue is to obtain information about whether Abu al-Hasan al-Ash‛ari was influenced by Abu al-Qasım al-Belkhi, who had worked in this field before him, or whether he imitated him while writing the work. It is claimed that similar expressions were used in terms of classification content and style in previous studies on these two authors related to Mu‛tazili and Kharijite sects. The main idea of our study is whether there are such similarities in the Murcie mention of the two works. In the fourth part of the study, among the works of al-Ash‛ari and al-Ka‛bi, the methods followed in the works, the sources used, the authors' approach to the author, the content of the works, the classification of the authors were examined. While making these studies, some approaches, which are among the basic parameters of social sciences, were used. In order to determine the sources used by the authors while writing their works, we first tried to determine the source based on the quotations they made in various parts of their works. Apart from what we have determined, we have used the works published by the authors who have worked on this subject before, as a complementary element. While comparing the works in terms of content, we tried to act on the issues that the authors deal with in common. Since the information given by our authors on some subjects is limited, we have moved from the main topics used in terms of theology in order to eliminate this problem. For example, in a situation where one of our authors discussed about the imamate issue only about the referee event and our other author went on to explain the issue in detail, we preferred to use the common title of imamate here. There are some similarities in the works of our writers, partially, in parallel with the mention of the Murjia. However, we believe that these similarities are due to some reasons stemming from the commonness of some sources that our authors benefited from, the opinions of the people they put forward as resources, the pressures of the dominant powers of the period, and the general understanding of the people, rather than imitation or influence. Although the similarity of information and content is limited in the works of our authors, in terms of the Murjia mention, the subject of being affected in terms of the classification of the sects is controversial. Because, in the method he used regarding the classification of sects, after putting forward the relevant opinion, he classified the sect based on the opinion, and continued this attitude by using the same method in every new topic. However, after referring to the classification of sects on the subject of great sin in the introduction to the subject of Ka‛bi Murjia, he didn't resort to a new classification again, but continued the subject by explaining the sects through their names. It is a natural situation that there is a similarity in method for the first works while the tradition of maqalat is being built. Similarity is matters such as content, classification, information is the result of being influenced or imitated. In the introduction to his work, al-Ash'ari mentioned the mistakes made by the authors of maqalat and promised that he would not repeat the same mistakes. Many researches have confirmed that he also kept this promise he made. Therefore, he may have taken advantage of the good aspects of these works, which he examined in depth, by discarding the bad sides. In this case, it can be said that the al-Ash'ari is somewhat affected. Apart from this, we can easily say that there is no similarity that is able to be considered imitation in the light of the date we have reached

    Muscari inundatum (Asparagaceae, Scilloideae), a new species from southern Anatolia

    A new species, Muscari inundatum (Asparagaceae) from Turkey, is described and illustrated.     Gedung Villa Isola merupakan bangunan bersejarah yang telah menjadi penanda kawasan Bandung Utara. Gedung ini di bangun D.W. Berretty atas dasar impiannya memiliki villa sederhana yang terletak pada lahan berudara sejuk di perbatasan kota bandung dan Lembang. Penulis mengangkat Villa Isola sebagai objek dan gagasan berkarya seni patung karena menurut penulis ada banyak pelajaran yang dapat diambil dari kisah-kisah sejarah pada gedung ini yang dapat diambil dan dimanfaatkan oleh kita dikehidupan saat ini. Selain itu konsep ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan sejarah banguan bersejarah pada generasi muda saat ini dalam bentu karya seni. Rumusan masalah yang penulis bagaimana proses dan teknik pembuatan karya seni patung berbahan dasar limbah kertas dengan gedung isola sebagai objek dan gagasan dan bagaimana bentuk dan visualisasi karya seni patung berbahan dasar kertas limbah dengan gedung isola sebagai gagasan dan objek penciptaan. Metode penciptaan yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, ide berkarya, kontemplasi, stimulasi berkarya, pengolahan ide serta proses pembuatan karya. Dalam pembuatan karya seni patung Villa Isola ini akan melalui beberapa tahapan proses dan teknik, teknik yang digunakan pada pembuatan karya ini sangat beragam diantaranya teknik carving, assembling, dan Finishing. Bahan yang digunakan adalah limbah kertas seperti Koran bekas, kertas HVS, dan Kardus. Hasil karya penciptaan bagian dari skripsi ini berjumlah empat buah karya patung gedung Isola dimana pembuatannya mengacu pada kaidah seni agar sesuai dengan nilai konseptual yang ingin disampaikan. Penulis berharap karya ini dapat bermanfaat dan menjadi inspirasi bagi pembacanya. ;---Building the Villa Isola is a historic building that has become the marker area North of Bandung. The author raised the Villa Isola as objects and ideas work sculpture because according to the author there are many lessons that can be drawn from the stories of history on this building that can be captured and utilized by our late in lifeat this time. In addition this concept aims to introduce the history of a historic building on the current younger generation in bentu artwork. The outline of the problemsthe author how the process and technique of making works of art sculptures made from waste paper with isola as objects and ideas and how to form and visibility of works of art sculpture made from paper waste by building Isola as idea and object creation. The method used is the creation of data collection, the idea worked, contemplation, stimulation of work, processing ide as well as the process of making paper. In the manufacture of paper sculpture Isola is going through some stage of the process and techniques, the techniques used in making this work is extremely diverse including carving techniques, assembling, and Finishing. The material used is a waste of paper as the paper's former Newspaper, HVS, and cardboard. The results of the work of creation part of this thesis amounts to four busts building Isola where creation refers to the rules of art to fit the conceptual values who want delivered.     Capital flows, macroeconomic management, and the financial system - Turkey, 1989-97

    Recent developments in a number of emerging economies have heightened interest in the relationship between macroeconomic management and financial regulation, in an environment of open capital accounts and large-scale movements of private capital. The authors analyze the Turkish experience with capital flows in a macro-economy characterized by chronically high inflation and fiscal deficits. They study the relationship between capital flows, macroeconomic management, and vulnerability in the financial system. Their analysis highlights the importance of fiscal policy in an era of large capital flows. Fiscal imbalances contributed both to real exchange rate appreciation and high real interest rates in Turkey. The high interest rates the government must pay on domestic debt have become one of the key issues of Turkey's macroeconomic management. Only by reducing its interest expenses can fiscal deficits be reduced and greater stability be achieved. The Turkishbanking system, in becoming increasingly integrated with international financial markets, has become vulnerable to shifts in market confidence. Banks borrowed abroad in response to macroeconomic imbalances to benefit from high interest rates on domestic loans and government paper. In the process, the banks have exposed themselves to interest rate risk, to foreign-exchange risk, and to large credit risks.
