No full textKomunikacja w działalności przedsiębiorstwa, a w szczególności jej skuteczność jest niezwykle istotnym procesem, warunkującym sprawność jego funkcjonowania. Skuteczność w prakseologicznym ujęciu rozumiana jako stopień zbliżenia się do zamierzonego celu oznacza w przypadku komunikacji w przedsiębiorstwie stopień realizacji celów komunikacyjnych skierowanych na działania komunikacyjne pracowników i menedżerów ich potrzeby komunikacyjne oraz satysfakcję z procesu porozumiewania się. Problematyka badawcza i cel główny niniejszej pracy wyznaczony jest na wyjaśnienie zjawiska związanego ze skutecznością komunikacji w firmie Ekspert s.c. K. Janczewska, A. Maciak z wykorzystaniem badań empirycznych i analizy danych ilościowych i jakościowych. Na podstawie problemów badawczych została postawiona hipoteza główna: „Skuteczność komunikacji jest uzależniona od działań komunikacyjnych pracowników”. Analiza wyników przeprowadzonych badań przyjętą metodą ankietową i za pomocą wywiadu indywidualnego pozwoliło na ukazanie w wielopłaszczyznowym ujęciu aspekt skutecznego procesu komunikacji. Potwierdzenie stawianych hipotez badawczych pozwoliło na stwierdzenie, iż to pracownicy stanowią podstawę budowania systemu komunikacji w badanym przedsiębiorstwie oraz tworzą fundament spójności pomiędzy komunikacją wewnętrzną a komunikacją zewnętrzną firmy.Communication in an operating company, mainly its effectiveness, is an extremely important process which determines the firm’s efficient functioning. Effectiveness, understood from a praxeoligical angle as a degree of accomplishing a set goal, is in the case of company communication, a degree of achieving communicative goals, oriented on communicative actions of the employees, managers, their communicative needs and satisfaction from the process of communication. The problematics and main goal of the following thesis is to explain the phenomenon connected to the efficiency of communication in a company Ekspert s.c. K. Janczewska, A. Maciak with the use of empirical research and analysis of quantity and quality data. Based on the research problems, the following main thesis was established: “The efficiency of communication depends on communicative actions of employees”. The analysis of the conducted research, carried out using questionnaires and individual interviewing, allowed to show a multi-layered aspect of efficient communication. The confirmation of the posed hypothesis allowed to conclude, that employees are the basis for building communication system in the researched company and that they constitute a foundation of consistency between internal and external communication of a company

“A connoisseur of love songs / and ripe cherries” – on the Sung Poems of Ewa Lipska
No full textThe article focuses on a niche (in the context of reception) aspect of Ewa Lipska’s work, namely the formation of the genre of the song on the basis of the literary output of the author associated mainly with high art, which includes poetry. The introduction (quotation and analysis of relevant theoretical texts) introduces the reader into the world of filiation between a poem and a song. The main part of the paper contains interpretations of selected works by Ewa Lipska which were used as song lyrics by such artists as Grzegorz Turnau or Anna Szałapak. In this article the author attempts to destabilise the notion of “sung poetry”, weakening also the stereotypes (connected with arbitrary assigning it only to intellectual poetry) growing around Ewa Lipska’s works. Chodzi o kształtowanie się gatunku piosenki na bazie dorobku literackiego autorki kojarzonej głównie z nurtem wysokoartystycznym, do którego zalicza się poezja. Wstępne partie artykułu (przywołanie i analiza odnośnych tekstów teoretycznych) wprowadzają czytelnika w świat filiacji między wierszem a piosenką. W części głównej dokonywane są interpretacje poszczególnych utworów Ewy Lipskiej, które posłużyły niegdyś jako teksty do piosenek takim artystom, jak chociażby Grzegorz Turnau czy Anna Szałapak. W artykule autor próbuje zdestabilizować pojęcie „poezji śpiewanej”, osłabiając także stereotypy (związane z arbitralnym przyporządkowaniem jedynie do poezji intelektualnej) narastające wokół twórczości Ewy Lipskiej

Six domains of this representation - informational, ontological, axiological, functional, expressional and metatextual ones correspond with the previously distinguished dimensions of discourse.
