Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Gratia Prima Indonesia
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between compensation and employee performance at PT Gratia Prima Indonesia. Compensation is income in the form of money, direct or indirect goods received by employees in return for services rendered to employees. Compensation is one of the important things in a company. With compensation, employees will be compelled to do something to meet their needs. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitatively descriptive method by describing the condition of the respondent as well as the description of the research variables in the frequency and percentage tables of the results of questionnaire distribution through data analysis procedures, namely interviews, questionnaires and observations. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between compensation on employee performance at PT Gratia Prima Indonesia with a correlation coefficient of 0.833 meaning the effect of compensation on employee performance was STRONGLY related. This refers to table 4.14 that (0.80-1.00) is stated to be very strong. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 69.39%, while the rest (100% -64.39%) = 30.61% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the formula test then tcount> t-table is 10.82> 2.006 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Compensation Effect (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Because the results obtained to state that there is a positive and significant effect between compensation on employee performance, these results can provide input or information to PT Gratia Prima Indonesia.
Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Gratia Prima Indonesia. Kompensasi merupakan pendapatan yang berbentuk uang, barang langsung atau tidak langsung yang diterima karyawan sebagai imbalan atas jasa yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Dengan adanya kompensasi, karyawan akan terdorong untuk melakukan sesuatu guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan keadaan responden serta deskripsi variabel penelitian dalam tabel frekuensi dan persentase dari hasil penyebaran angket dengan melalui prosedur analisis data yaitu wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Gratia Prima Indonesia dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,833 berarti pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan SANGAT KUAT kaitannya. Hal ini mengacu pada tabel 4.14 bahwa (0,80-1,00) dinyatakan sangat kuat. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 69,39%, sedangkan sisanya (100%-64,39%) = 30,61% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dan hasil dari pengujian rumus maka thitung > ttabel yaitu 10,82>2,006 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Pengaruh Kompensasi (X) mempunyai Pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Karena hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan maka hasil ini dapat memberikan masukan atau informasi kepada PT Gratia Prima Indonesia.

MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BERBASIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA PADA PT SECURINDO PACKATAMA INDONESIA CABANG PLAZA SENAYAN [MODEL FOR ENHANCING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BASED ON LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK DISCIPLINE AT PT SECURINDO PACKATAMA INDONESIA, PLAZA SENAYAN BRANCH]
This study aims to examine how leadership style and work discipline play a role in improving employee performance at PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Plaza Senayan Branch, Central Jakarta. The scope of the study includes all employees with a sample of 90 respondents obtained through questionnaires. The method used is an associative approach with simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test, and F test. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant contribution to employee performance as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 25.793 + 0.375X, correlation value 0.739, determination coefficient 54.6%, and t count 10.291 which is greater than t table. Work discipline also provides a positive and significant contribution with the equation Y = 25.110 + 0.392X, correlation value 0.703, determination coefficient 49.4%, and t count 79.273. Simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to employee performance through the equation Y = 22.968 + 0.245X₁ + 0.200X₂, a correlation value of 0.781, a coefficient of determination of 53.56%, and an F count of 68.020, which confirms the significance of the model. This finding confirms that leadership style and work discipline are important factors in strengthening employee performance at the company
Edukasi Protokol Kesehatan dalam Masa Pandemi Covid-19 pada Anak di Yayasan Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Laznas Mizan Amanah Cinere
Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dan tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memberikan gambaran strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya edukasi protocol kesehatan para siswa saat ini, khususnya pada anak-anak Yayasan Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Mizan Amanah. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah kami mendatangi langsung ke lokasi PKM yaitu di Yayasan Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Mizan Amanah yang beralamat di Jl. Bukit Cinere Raya No. 7 Rt. 01 Rw. 08, Cinere, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni bertambahnya pengetahuan anak-anak untuk terus mematuhi protocol kesehatan terutama selama masa pandemic Covid-19 ini agar mereka memiliki cara pandang yang baik tentang pentingnya meningkatkan protocol kesehatan selama Pandemi Covod-19. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
