ANALISIS KINERJA SIMPANG BERSINYAL TERHADAP RENCANA PEMBANGUNAN JEMBATAN PARALEL KAPUAS 1 (STUDI KASUS: JL. IMAM BONJOL - JL. PAHLAWAN – JL. TANJUNGPURA – JL. SULTAN HAMID II) PONTIANAK
Simpang bersinyal Jl. Tanjungpura – Jl. Sultan Hamid II – Jl. Imam Bonjol – Jl. Pahlawan di Kota Pontianak yaitu merupakan simpang yang memiliki volume kendaraan tinggi di kota Pontianak. Pada akhirnya pemerintah kota Pontianak berencana untuk membangun Jembatan Paralel Kapuas 1 yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan memperlancar arus lalu lintas pada simpang Jl. Tanjungpura – Jl. Sultan Hamid II – Jl. Imam Bonjol – Jl. Pahlawan. Analisis kinerja simpang bersinyal Jl. Tanjungpura – Jl. Sultan Hamid II – Jl. Imam Bonjol – Jl. Pahlawan kota Pontianak dilakukan dengan metode MKJI 1997 dan simulasi software VISSIM. Hasil dari pengambilan data volume lalu lintas, didapatkan jam puncak pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 16 Juli 2022 pada jam 10.00 – 11.00 WIB. Dengan tingkat pelayanan simpang LOS F dan derajat kejenuhan tertinggi sebesar 1.07 pada analisis MKJI 1997 dan tingkat pelayanan LOS F pada simulasi software VISSIM dalam kondisi Eksisting. Sedangkan analisis dengan kondisi terdapat jembatan paralel Kapuas 1, tingkat pelayanan simpang LOS E dan derajat kejenuhan tertinggi sebesar 1.04 pada analisis MKJI 1997 dan tingkat pelayanan LOS D pada simulasi software VISSIM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada kedua kondisi tersebut, didapatkan hasil kinerja simpang yang lebih baik yaitu analisis kinerja simpang dengan kondisi setelah beroperasinya jembatan paralel Kapuas 1. PERENCANAAN TRAFFIC LIGHT PADA SIMPANG JL. PURNAMA – JL. M.SOHOR -JL. LETJEN SUTOYO KOTA PONTIANAK
Junction is the meeting of three or more roads or intersect on the urban road network system. In the high volume of traffic, especially at rush hour at the intersection of often conflicting traffic flows that can be dangerous for road users. This can be seen from the congestion that occurs in the main streets and intersections unresolved generally in Pontianak, particularly at the intersection of Jl. Purnama - Jl. M.Sohor - Jl. Lt. Sutoyo although the police have to work extra hard regulate traffic, but traffic jams still occur. Based on this, the purpose of the writing of this study was to analyze and evaluate the existing condition of the crossing and arranging intersections into traffic light settings. So we get the planning traffic light at the intersection. In writing this study researchers used survey methodology, namely to observe the conditions on the location of the intersection of Jl. Purnama - Jl. M.Sohor - Jl. Lt. Sutoyo and collection of secondary data, the flow of motor vehicle traffic. Then compile the data that has been collected is processed by using theoretical calculations Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 quantitatively. Furthermore, the data that has been processed is the basis of researchers in preparing the plan of arrangement traffic lights that comply with the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Based on the data collected, from both primary and secondary data So to evaluate the performance crossroads M.Sohor, Purnama road and street Lt. Sutoyo as follows: threshold of traffic flow at crossroads M.Sohor, Purnama road and street Lt. Sutoyo ie 1498 smp / hour, which exceeds the terms of the criteria of an intersection, ie> 750 vehicles / hour, so it needs to re-planning to organize the intersection with the traffic light settings. Al-Fath Foundation Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School (Smp As-Said) is a nonprofit organization that operates in the field of education, located on Jl. Indrapuri Tip Gg. Bina Insani Kel. Bencah Dimples Kec. Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the financial statements that are applied in junior high school As-Said are in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. As for the results of the research stated by the author that Smp As-Said did not make an adjusting journal on the balance sheet for the equipment used in the financial statements, which amounted Rp 12.541.700,00, in the financial position report did not record the cost of fixed assets, only presented accumulated depreciation, did not compile a cash flow statement and notes to financial statements. TINGKAT KENYAMANAN PEJALAN KAKI DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG BERDASARKAN TEORI URBAN WALKABILITY STUDI KASUS : Jl. Kartini, dan Jl. Raden Intan, Bandar Lampung
Abstract: In keeping up with the rapid development of the city requires the support of adequate public facilities. Pedestrians are one of the things that need attention, the provision of facilities and infrastructure for pedestrians. Able to create the realization of a comfortable city (Liveable City) and friendly for pedestrians (Walkable). Moving from curiosity about the level of pedestrian comfort in the city of Bandar Lampung, we conducted research with a case study object on Jl. Kartini and Jl. Raden Intan, City of Bandar Lampung. Through this research we aim to determine the level of pedestrian comfort in the city of Bandar Lampung based on urban walkability theory and to determine the factors that influence the level of pedestrian comfort on Jl. Kartini and Jl. Raden Intan, City of Bandar Lampung. The results of this study show the comfort level of pedestrians on Jl. Kartini and Jl. Raden Intan, City of Bandar Lampung based on the theory of urban walkability is said to be still uncomfortable. This statement is reinforced by the results of observation and interviews of pedestrians at the study site.Keyword: walkability, pedestrian, trotoarAbstrak: Dalam mengimbangi perkembangan kota yang pesat memerlukan dukungan fasilitas publik yang memadai. Kartini dan Jl. Raden Intan, Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam hasil penelitian ini sendiri menunjukan tingkat kenyamanaan pejalan kaki di Jl. Kartini dan Jl. Raden Intan, Kota Bandar Lampung berdasarkan teori urban walkability dikatakan masih kurang nyaman. PENERAPAN METODE TRAFFIC CONFLICT TECHNIQUE UNTUK MENENTUKAN TINGKAT KESELAMATAN LALU LINTAS
Salah satu dampak transportasi modern ialah harga yang harus dibayar oleh masyarakat atas tingkat kecelakaan bahkan fatalitas yang meningkat untuk luka-luka dan kehilangan nyawa (Khisty dan Lall, 2006). Tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas termasuk satu diantara pekerjaan rumah bagi pemerintah dalam upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kelancaran berlalu lintas. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini, antara lain: menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keselamatan lalu lintas di simpang empat tak bersinyal kota Pontianak, Menganalisis tingkat keselamatan lalu lintas di simpang empat tak bersinyal Kota Pontianak, Memberikan solusi dan tindak lanjut mengenai tingkat keselamatan lalu lintas di simpang empat tak bersinyal Kota Pontianak. Untuk pelaksaan penelitian ini, peneliti memilih lokasi di persimpangan Jl. Putri Daranante - Jl. Putri Darahitam - Jl. Alianyang dan persimpangan Jl. Harapan Jaya - Jl. Ampera - Jl. Prof. M. Yamin. Alasan memilih ruas persimpangan jalan tersebut dikarenakan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir pencatatan kecelakaan lalu lintas pada ruas persimpangan jalan tersebut tidak tercatat secara lengkap dan data-data yang ada hanya berdasarkan pada data yang dilaporkan, satu diantara sebab dilakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keperluan traffic light pada persimpangan Jl. Harapan Jaya - Jl. Ampera - Jl. Prof. M. Yamin. Adapun alasan memilih waktu survey pada hari Sabtu, dan Senin dimulai dari jam 07.00 – jam 17.30 WIB berpedoman pada The Swedish Traffict Conflict Technique (Observer’s manual) & PIARC bahwa studi konflik lalu lintas umumnya dilakukan pada siang hari di hari kerja dalam kondisi kering. Berdasarkan analisis metode traffic conflict techique selama 2 hari pengamatan (hari sabtu dan hari senin), faktor utama dari analisis ternyata berbeda dari faktor utama yang dirumuskan oleh hipotesis. Faktor utama dari analisis metode Traffic Conflict Technique menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keselamatan di kedua simpang penelitian dipengaruhi oleh nilai Time to Accident. Akan tetapi, hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis menggunakan metode traffic conflict technique memang sesuai dengan hipotesis, yaitu: dominan berada di level serious conflict. Akan tetapi berdasarkan nilai level serious conflict yang tinggi berada di persimpangan Jl. Harapan Jaya - Jl. Ampera - Jl. Prof. M. Yamin dengan hasil analisis tertinggi pada level 29 dengan nilai maksimum conflicting speed berada diantara 40 – 45 km/h dan nilai Time to Accident berada di antara 0,0 – 0,5 s di hariSenin. Dapat disimpulkan tingkat keselamatan pada persimpangan Jl. Harapan Jaya - Jl. Ampera - Jl. Prof. M. Yamin lebih rendah dibandingkan persimpangan Jl. Putri Daranante – Jl. Putri Darahitam –Jl. Alianyang. Untuk mendukung solusi yang direkomendasikan dari penelitian ini. Maka, disarankan agar dilakukan juga sosialisasi mengenai rambu, marka, dan undang-undang terkait lalu lintas dalam upaya mendukung tingkat keselamatan lalu lintas di kedua lokasi penelitian

Pelaksanaan evaluasi kinerja guru di SMP Iskandar Said Surabaya
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh suatu fenomena bahwa SMP Iskandar Said Surabaya merupakan salah satu sekolah telah melaksanakan evaluasi bagi gurunya. Hal lain yang membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengambil lokasi penelitian di SMP Iskandar Said Surabaya dikarenakan lembaga ini telah melakukan penerapan konsep Multiple intelegences dalam proses belajar mengajar. Evaluasi kineija guru dilakukan pada jangka waktu tertentu dengan tujuan untuk menjadikan guru profesional. Hal inilah yang membedakan SMP Iskandar Said Surabaya dengan lembaga pendidikan lain khususnya yang ada di surabaya. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan evaluasi kineija guru di SMP Iskandar Said Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menekankan pada keutuhan dan kedalaman subyek yang diteliti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah merupakan jenis penelitian yang menekankan pada kasus-kasus tertentu secara spesifik, sehingga data yang diperoleh akan maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan. di Surabaya tepatnya di SMP Iskandar Said Jl. Kendangsari Lebar 33 Surabaya, Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan dewan guru. Selain itu penulis juga mengumpulkan data tertulis berupa dokumentasi format penilaian, brosur, serta catatan yang mendukung penelitian penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan upaya menjadikan guru profesional melalui evalusi kineija yang dilaksanakan berpegang pada empat kompetesi, yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional, pelaksanaan evaluasi kineija guru. Secara terparinci temuannya adalah: (1) dalam tahap perencanaan, telah disusun tujuan, format dan prosedur pelaksanaan program evaluasi kineija guru yang dilakukan oleh SMP Iskandar Said Surabaya. Tujuan tersebut adalah untuk mengevaluasi profesi teraplikasi, meningkatkan kineija guru secara menyeluruh dan pemetaan guru secara menyeluruh, (2) dalam tahap pengorgani sasian, struktur organisasi dalam program evaluasi kineija guru di SMP Iskandar Said Surabaya merupakan bentuk organisasi lini di mana struktur tersebut terdiri dari ketua yayasan

Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Employees on Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah JL. Rasuna Said Kuningan Kav. 3-4 Jakarta. Studies Program Commerce Education, Departemen of Economics and Administration, Fakulty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, January 2012.
The research was conducted at Kementerian Koperasi Dan UKM, for four months from July 2012 until December 2012. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The population in this study are employess of Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM. Achievable population it is amount 47 employees and this is amount 40 employees come from Deputi bidang Pemasaran dan Jaringan Usaha.
To capture data from these two variables are used questionnaire Likert scale models for per personality (variable X) and organizational citizenship behavior (variable Y). Before the instrument is used tested the validity for both variables. For variable X, from 46 grains statement after statement validated there are 6 items that drop, while meeting the criteria or a valid statement consists of 40 items. From variable Y, of 46 grains of validated statement after statement contained 4 items that drop, while meetimg the criteria or invalid items comprised 42 statements. Reliability calculation of both variables using Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the X variable reliability of 0.864 and the reliability of variable Y at 0.919 The results prove that the instrument is reliable.
The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 55.41 + 0.681 X. after that, data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is Lo= 0.108 in significant level 0.05 and Lt = 0.140. So, Lo Ftable (4.10), showing that regression. While regression linierity test, Fcount (1.32) ttabel. The coefficient of determination obtained for 43.26 % which shows that 43.26 % of organizational citizenship behavior is determined by the personality. The results of calculations conclude that there is a positive relationship between personality with organizational citizenship behavior at employees on Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah JL. Rasuna Said Kuningan Kav. 3-4 Jakarta
PENGARUH PENGALAMAN WISATAWAN TERHADAP CITRA DESTINASI PARIWISATA Kasus : Jl. Malioboro dan Jl. Ahmad Yani, Yogyakarta
Malioboro, known as icon of Yogyakarta tourism, is one of the favorite
destinations for both domestic and foreign tourists. As the special destination, this
area offers special interest tourism such as shopping, culinary, culture and
nostalgia. Beside that, its supported by an adequate facilities and good
accessibility. However, on the other hand many tourists complain of discomfort in
this area, such as about cleanliness, parking lot, pedestrian, traffic congestion,
safety, and price.
In the study of theories, experience is one of the factors that influence the
image of tourism destinations, so that more and more good impression of
experience subsequently produce a positive image. Ideally, Malioboro should be
able to present a memorable experience for tourists, even zero complain, so
further that will supported the positive image of Malioboro. Based on the
potential and the weakness it has, it needs to be identified that the tourist
experiences influences the image of Malioboro, which would then be used to find
a strategy for development of Malioboro.
The analysis conducted of this study were the verification analysis method
by hypothesis testing and descriptive analysis method for supporting hypothesis
test. The hypothesis of this study is that the tourist experience influence the
image of Malioboro. The statistical method used to test this hypotheses is
Spearman Rank correlation. Analyses were performed by using SPSS-20 for
Windows.
The results showed unsubstantiated hypothesis. This means that the
conditions on the field has contradiction with the study of theories, so it can be
said, "it is not necessary the good tourist experience would influences the image
to be good, or conversely, bad experience influences the image to be bad". In the
case of Jl. Malioboro dan Jl. Ahmad Yani, there are factors beyond the
destination firmly established imaging Malioboro. These factors led to the media
because it is being able to provide more access to the public knowledge of
developments in Malioboro.. This is demonstrated by the many media that
highlight Malioboro by comparing the historical romantism while ago with the
development of the current. Average media criticize and discuss that there has
been quality degradation of the atmosphere or the essence of Malioboro caused
by commercialization, density and traffic chaos.. This is influence to the
background information of the tourists. Therefore it is very important using of
advances in information technology through a variety of media to promote
Malioboro and increase involvements of academics community in imaging
Malioboro as a counterweight, so it would be neutral, proportional and not
carrying the interest of any party opinion
