Istraživanja, restauracija i revitalizacija kompleksa Sahat i Barokne kapije Beogradske tvrđave u 2020. godini
Full text linkKompleks Sahat kapije, glavni ulaz u Gornji grad, predstavlja jedinstven deo Beogradske tvrđave koje je do našeg vremena ostao dosta dobro sačuvan. Izuzetno složen po svojoj strukturi, kompleks čine periodično građene kapije sa bočnim prostorijama, koje su uklopljene u ostatke dvojnog srednjovekovnog jugoistočnog bedema, zatim Sahat kula i pomoćne zgrade poznijeg datuma. Izložena atmosferilijama, kompleksna bedemska struktura sa kapijama zadržavala je vlagu koja je vremenom počela da oštećuje unutrašnjost objekta. Sa time u vezi još 1955. godine započeta je prva sanacija zdanja, da bi poslednja bila izvedena 2020. godine. Sve obavljene sanacije pratila su arheološka istraživanja. Rad donosi rezultate ispitivanja otkrivenih ostataka arhitekture i arheološki istraženjih površina tokom 2020. godine
Adaptasi Masyarakat Terkait Protokol Kesehatan di Gedung Sopo Sahat Martua Kecamatan Sidikalang pada Tahun 2021-2022

The North Sumatra Covid-19 Task Force, as of June 2 2021, Dairi Regency is one of the districts in North Sumatra with Covid-19 red zone status with a high risk of transmission. The Sopo Sahat Martua Building is one of the places that is often used for traditional wedding receptions, religious holiday celebrations, party celebrations or so on and is one of the buildings where all activities are adjusted to health protocols. The aim of this research is to find out how the community adapts health protocols at the Sopo Sahat Martua Building and what social practices emerge as a result of changes in habitus. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was a process of observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with several informants. The theoretical basis used is the social practice theory by Pierre Bourdieu where (habitus x capital) + domain = practice. In particular, this analysis focuses on looking at the habitus that exists in society in influencing various forms of community activity that are supported by capital. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that community adaptation is related to health protocols in the Sopo Sahat Martua building, Sidikalang District. Researchers examine the theory of social practice by Pierre Bourdieu in terms of habitus, namely the application of 5M through health protocols. By providing health protocols by the Sopo Sahat Martua building management as well as direct supervision from the government, this has created a sense of fear and belief that complying with health protocols is very important. So the habitus of betel nut is replaced by eating sweets and there are changes to traditional events carried out in the building.128 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

Full text linkMajlis Perbandaran Kuantan (MPK) telah ditubuhkan pada 1 hb. September, 1979 berasaskan kepada Akta Kerajaan Tempatan (Akta 171) MPK. Kawasan pentadbiran MPK adalah seluas 325 km persegi yang merangkumi Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Mukim Beserah, Mukim Sungai Karang dan Mukim Ulu Kuantan. Kawasan ini merupakan hampir 10% daripada keluasan daerah Kuantan. Daripada keseluruhan kawasan pentadbiran MPK, 65 km persegi merupakan kawasan yang diberikan perkhidmatan perbandaran (kawasan cukai) selebihnya adalah terletak di bawah kawalan pembangunan MPK sahaja. MPK telah ditubuhkan dengan motonya "Jagailah Kebersihan Bandar Kuantan, Bandar Kita". Di peringkat awal penubuhannya, jumlah penduduk ialah seramai 121,547 orang dan sepuluh tahun kemudian jumlah penduduknya telah meningkat kepada 204,765 orang. Bagi memikul tanggungjawab yang mencabar, sistem pentadbiran MPK adalah tertakluk di bawah undang-undang Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976 yang memperuntukkan jawatan Ketua Eksekutif disandang oleh Yang Di Pertua iaitu YAB Menteri Besar dan dibantu oleh ahli-ahli Majlis seramai 24 orang

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
