the me to perform an observation form of analysis that seeks to point out the Personal
Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs) in Entrepreneurship that exist in this selected

The effect of methanol exposure on the flexural and tensile properties of halloysite nanoclay/polyester
No full textIn this study, halloysitenanoclay reinforced polyester composites were prepared by adding different weight percentage in unsaturated polyester resin and subsequently cross linked using mixture of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. The effect of methanol immersion on the flexural strength and tensile strength of polyester halloysite nanoclay was experimentally investigated. After 30 minutes of immersion in methanol, samples were tested and analysed. From the experimental results, flexural and tensile properties of halloy sitenanoclay/polyester decreased as a result of methanol reactionon the polymer composites. Pokok permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah gambaran manajemen dan
penerapan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Islamic Centre Nahdlatul Wathan
Kota Batam. Secara metodologis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif
dengan mencari, menganalisis dan membuat interpretasi data yang ditemukan
melalui studi dokumen, wawancara dan pengamatan. Data yang telah
dikumpulkan diperiksa keabsahannya melalui standar keabsahan data berupa
keterpercayaan, keteralihan, keterandalan dan kepastian. Teknik analisis data yang
dilakukan adalah dengan mereduksi, menyajikan dan membuat kesimpulan hasil
penelitian. Hasilpenelitian yaitu : 1. Perencanaan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren
Islamic Centre Nahdlatul Wathan Kota Batam.sejak awal berdirinya
menempatkan Manajemen sebagai prioritas utama dalam gerakan dakwah dan
pendidikannya, 2. Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan cara penetapan tugas,

Get PDFFor the time being, lots of new devices have been produced. Therefore, many developers are competing to produce a great application to ease the public in utilizing the web-based technology. The main intention of this project is to develop and design a web-based application to help users for finding a rental house. Moreover, the web-based application provides the platform for the house owner to advertise their house to the users. This project focuses on two main objectives which are to design and develop a web-based application that has the ability to assist the user to find a house for rental and to evaluate the effectiveness of the system by using User Acceptance Test and Functionality Test. The methodology that has been used to develop the web-based application is the Waterfall Model. This methodology consists of five phases which are planning, requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. In this project, HTML and PHP programming language are involved. In addition, the SQL language has been used as syntax in matters pertaining to the database connection. User Acceptance Test has been performed after all the implementation phase completed. From the User Acceptance Test, it can be concluded that the system is ease to be used and the system gives significant that help users to make their task easier and faster than before. In addition, the functionality test has also been performed to verify that the system and software application can perform and functions perfectly according to the design specifications. From this functionality test, the result shows that all the elements in the system such as, button, text field and images are functionally well and can perform their tasks without any error

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Perilaku pedagang adalah segala aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh pedagang
dalam kegiatan perdagangan, pada hakekatnya prilaku mencerminkan akhlak
(etika) seseorang. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pedagang, antara
lain: faktor interpretasi terhadap hukum (pengaruh pengetahuan etika bisnis),
faktor lingkungan, dan faktor individu dan situasi (religiusitas). Banyaknya
jumlah pedagang pakaian di desa Kotabaru Keritang Indragiri Hilir ini membuat
persaingan antar pedagang semakin ketat sehingga para pedagang melakukan
berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan etika bisnis islam dan religiusitas terhadap
prilaku pedagang pakaian pada Desa Kotabaru Keritang Indragiri Hilir perspektif
ekonomi syariah.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode
kuantitatif yang berlokasi di Desa Kotabaru Keritang Indragiri Hilir. Teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling berjumlah 34 pedagang
pakaian di Desa Kotabaru Keritang Indragiri Hilir. Metode pengumpulan data
yaitu penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis
regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi progam SPSS Ver 22 for
windows.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif
antara pengetahuan etika bisnis islam (X1) dan religiusitas (X2) terhadap perilaku
pedagang pakaian (Y) pada Desa Kotabaru Keritang Indragiri Hilir. Berdasarkan
hasil uji f nilai fhitung 43,691 > ftabel 2.92 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 ˂ 0,05
artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. x1 thitung 6,323 > ttabel
2,039 Dan x2 thitung 3,380 > ttabel 2,039 dan diperoleh nilai koefisien
determinasi (R2
) sebesar 0,721 artinya bahwa sumbangan pengetahuan etika
bisnis islam dan religiusitas terhadap perilaku pedagang sebesar 72,1% sedangkan
sisanya sebesar 19,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Ditinjau dari ekonomi
syariah bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan etika bisnis islam dan religiusitas terhadap
perilaku pedagang paakaian pada Desa Kotabaru Keritang Indragiri Hilir sudah
sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah. Para pedagang sudah memiliki prinsip
jujur, amanah dalam berdagang.
