For debtor, a good guarantee is a guarantee that not paralyze their everyday business. However, for creditor, a good guarantee is a guarantee that give a safety and law certainty that their credit will be payback on time.
The practical demand that contrary each other aforementioned therefore give rise of fiduciary parnntee institutions. The demand for this fiduciary guarantee institution was also an react for existing guarantee institutions, that no longer appropriate with society situation and needs.
Therefore, the problems formulation are :
1. Are the requirement by UU No. 42/1999, about object, nature and requirement of fiducia has protect the Parties?2. How effectiveness of notary public certificate as fiducia guarantee certificate as fiducia guarantee certificate on the credit process?
3. How responsibility of notary public that made fiducia guarantee certificate, if there is any dispute?
The methodology is empirical juridical methods, with analysis descriptive and respondent choose randomly as a sample.
Fiducia guarantee certificate by notary public is a requirement for credits realization. Fiducia guarantee certificate by notary public give ease and effectiveness for fiducia receivers to make administration or examination to the guaranteed objeck, and give law certainty for creditor to get back the credit that had distribute.

This research aims to test the effect of brand image and campus reputation to the perception of senior high school students’ to study at Institut Seni Indonesia Padang Panjang by surveying samples of 487 of twelfth class students of senior high school, senior vocational school and religious or aliyah school in 15 school institutions that located in 6 regencies/cities of West Sumatera Province. Result from coefficient regression (t test) showed that independent variable of brand image was positively significant take effect to the perception of senior high school level students’ to study at Institut Seni Indonesia Padang Panjang then, the independent variable of reputation was positively significant take effect to the dependent variable of perception. Moreover, when it tested by coefficient determination that tested all the independent variables to the dependent variable it showed that there were R-Square value with 0,546 which meant that there were 54,6 % proportion of effect of all independent variables to the dependent variable.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh citra merek dan reputasi institusi terhadap persepsi siswa sekolah lanjutan tingkat atas sederajat untuk kuliah di Institut Seni Indonesia Padang Panjang yakni dengan melakukan survey pada 487 responden yang merupakan siswa kelas XII sekolah menengah atas, siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan dan siswa sekolah madrasah aliyah di 15 sekolah yang tersebar di 6 kabupaten/kotamadya di wilayah propinsi Sumatera Barat. Hasil uji koefisien regresi (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas citra merek terhadap variabel terikat persepsi untuk kuliah di ISI Padang Panjang. Begitu juga dengan variabel bebas reputasi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat persepsi untuk kuliah di ISI Padang Panjang. Kemudian hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang menguji seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai R-Square yang besarnya 0,546 yang berarti terdapat proporsi pengaruh variabel bebas citra merek dan reputasi terhadap variabel terikat persepsi untuk kuliah di ISI Padang Panjang sebesar 54,6%.

However, it will become a legal issue to determine: The law which applies if the parties to apply different laws, such as each party came from different countries. Which court is competent to try him if there were disputes regarding the contract, if the parties resides or is domiciled of 2 (two) regions of different courts. In addition, the determination of which law applies and or selection of a forum, actually belong to the public law (law of procedure). However, the choice of law and choice of a forum, is 1 (one) of the few public law that may be infringed by the parties to the contract, based on the principle of party autonomy. Cultural Landscape Tourism Development Model In Koto Gadang, West Sumatra
No full textKoto Gadang, a village located in Agam Regency, West Sumatra, holds extraordinary cultural and historical wealth. As one of the heritage tourism destinations in Indonesia, Koto Gadang has various attractions, such as the architecture of the traditional houses, silver crafts, and historical values of national figures who were born in this area. The research method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques using observation, documentation and literature studies. This study aims to identify the form of saujana as a potential heritage tourism in Koto Gadang such as the uniqueness of the Community, religious values, historical values in Koto Gadang and analyze the challenges faced, and offer sustainable development strategies to increase the appeal of tourism in this area.

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Based on this situation it needs to do the organizational development by implementing the change management that proposed by kurt lewin in managing the tourism. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
