Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Inkuiri, Strategi OE3R, Sel Elektrokimia. Kimia merupakan salah satu proses menyelidiki (inquiry) yang meliputi mengobervasi, merumuskan masalah, melakukan percobaan dan pengamatan, menganalisis data, serta membuat kesimpulan hingga menghasilkan produkproduk sains. Pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 memadukan kemampuan literasi, kecakapan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Beberapa kemampuan tersebut berkembang melalui model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik kompetensi dan materi pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami konsep ilmiah adalah inkuiri. Strategi OE3R dirancang berdasarkan adaptasi strategi inkuiri yang dianggap mampu membantu siswa dalam membangun konsep secara mandiri. Namun, beberapa bahan ajar yang beredar belum memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengkonstruk konsep terutama pada materi sel elektrokimia sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami materi tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, peneliti melakukan pengembangan bahan ajar materi sel elektrokimia berbasis inkuiri dengan strategi pembelajaran OE3R. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar materi sel elektrokimia berbasis inkuiri dengan strategi pemebalajaran OE3R, dan mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D oleh Thiagarajan dkk (1974), terdiri dari define (membatasi), design (merancang), develop (mengembangkan), dan disseminate (mendiseminasikan). Penelitian yang dilakukan hanya sebatas sampai pada tahap D yang ketiga yaitu develop (mengembangkan). Bahan ajar divalidasi dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar validasi berupa angket dan lembar catatan atau saran oleh satu orang dosen jurusan kimia dan dua orang guru kimia. Hasil analisis data bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan persentase sebesar 82,8%. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan disarankan untuk dilakukan uji empiris sehingga diketahui keefektifan bahan ajar apabila diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas

    PERANCANGAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN BERBASIS SAK-EMKM PADA USAHA BINATU JOSS LAUNDRY DI SURABAYA

    Until now there are still many UMKM that have constraints in developing their business, where one of the causes of UMKM have not implemented the implementation plan of Financial Accounting Standards Micro, Small and Medium Entity (SAK EMKM) in the financial statements. The purpose of this research is to design financial report based on SAK EMKM in UMKM so that it can help UMKM prepare financial report based on SAK EMKM with its simplicity principle. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The object of data in this research financial report design based on SAK EMKM at Joss Laundry Business in Surabaya because the laundry business Joss Laundry has not biased to make its own financial statements are good and true. Sources of data used in this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Methods of data collection by interview method, observation. The results show that the laundry business Joss Laundry only has minimal financial records, such as incoming and outgoing cash books, purchase records, and sales records. So in an effort to develop the business, the authors feel the need to create a draft financial statements that fit the accounting standards of SAK EMKM. The preparation of Joss Laundry's financial report by the author has been in accordance with the accounting cycle consisting of collecting transaction documents, then entering into the accounting process, which then becomes a financial report based on Financial Accounting tandards Micro, Small and Medium Entity (SAK EMKM)

    This final project is structured as a research stage that aims to determine the implementation of portership supervision procedures in improving security and safety at the Tanjung Harapan Selatpanjang port. To find out the implementation of harbormaster supervision in improving the security and safety of passengers a t the Tanjung Harapan Selatpanjang port. The place of this research was carried out at the Tanjung Harapan Selatpanjang port which was carried out from February to July 2022, the method used was qualitative, in this case the author collected data using data collection methods including observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study are that the implementation of procedures in the supervision of porters in improving security and safety at the port of Tanjung Harapan Selatpanjang is still not good because, in the implementation of checking these supervisory procedures are still often ignored and sometimes not carried out as they should. and safety at the Tanjung Harapan Selatpanjang port is still not optimal because there is no direct check from the portmaster regarding the condition of the ship, ship facilities only issue certificates without any accurate inspection

    ABSTRAK TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an) merupakan lembaga atau kelompok masyarakat yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan nonformal jenis keagamaan Islam yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengajaran membaca Al-Qur’an sejak usia dini, serta memahami dasar-dasar dinul Islam pada anak usia taman kanak-kanak, Sekolah Dasar dan atau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SD/MI) atau bahkan yang lebih tinggi. TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an) Hidayatullah yang berada di Kampung Marga Jaya Kecamatan Negara Batin Kabupaten Way Kanan merupakan salah satu lembaga nonformal masyarakat yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai organisasi keagamaan yang menjadi wadah, sarana yang cukup bagus dan tepat untuk generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi dakwah yang digunakan dalam pembinaan akhlak di TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an) Hidayatullah Kampung Marga Jaya Kecamatan Negara Batin Kabupaten Way Kanan. Strategi dakwah tersebut dilakukan untuk memudahkan santri dalam memperbaiki akhlaknya dengan cara mempelajari tentang akhlak dan mengetahui betapa pentingnya memiliki akhlak yang baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang dimana metode kualitatif ini adalah penelitian yang digunakan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian, misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dan lain-lain. Penulis menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder, sumber data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung oleh peneliti dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah data yang tidak diperoleh langsung oleh peneliti dan dapat diperoleh dari buku, artikel, dan jurnal. iii Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa strategi dakwah dalam pembinaan akhlak di TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an) Hidayatullah menggunakan berbagai metode yang berupa metode memberi nasehat, metode cerita, metode pembiasaan, metode keteladanan, dan metode menjalin kerjasama dengan orang tua santri, metode tersebut digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pembinaan akhlak pada santri di TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al�Qur’an) Hidayatullah Kampung Marga Jaya Kecamatan Negara Batin Kabupaten Way Kanan. Kata kunci: Strategi Dakwah, Pembinaan Akhlak, TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an) iv ABSTRACT TPA (Al-Qur'an Education Park) is an institution or community group that organizes non-formal Islamic religious type education which aims to provide teaching to read the Al�Qur'an from an early age, as well as understand the basics of Islamic dinul in kindergarten-aged children children, Elementary School and or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SD/MI) or even higher. TPA (Al-Qur'an Education Park) Hidayatullah which is located in Kampung Marga Jaya, Negara Batin Subdistrict, Way Kanan Regency is a non-formal community institution that has a function as a religious organization which is a vessel, a pretty good and appropriate facility for the younger generation. This study aims to find out how the da'wah strategy is used in moral development at TPA (Al-Qur'an Education Park) Hidayatullah Kampung Marga Jaya, Negara Batin District, Way Kanan Regency. This da'wah strategy is carried out to make it easier for students to improve their morals by learning about morals and knowing how important it is to have good morals in everyday life. In this study the authors used a qualitative method, in which this qualitative method is research used to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects, for example behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions, and others. The author uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are data obtained directly by researchers by way of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are data that are not obtained directly by researchers and can be obtained from books, articles, and journals. The author concludes that the da'wah strategy in moral development at TPA (Al-Qur'an Education Park) Hidayatullah uses various methods in the form of methods of giving advice, v story methods, habituation methods, exemplary methods, and methods of collaborating with parents of students, this method is used to facilitate the process of fostering the morals of students at TPA (Al-Qur’an Education Park) Hidayatullah Kampung Marga Jaya, Negara Batin District, Way Kanan Regency.     Novel is a literary work in the form of prose describing human life, attitude, action, even representing history, ect. There are many kinds of novel that can be found in the work of literature. One of them is an autobiographical novel. It is the novel whose story is based on the author’s experiences. To get the proof that autobiographical novel is a novel that written based on the experience of the author, This Side of Paradise: an Autobiographical novel of Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald’s Career Aspiration and Love Disappointment is chosen as the subject of the study. The purposes of the study are: To describe the portrayal of the maincharacter’s career aspiration in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s This Side of Paradise, to describe the portrayal of the main character’s love disappointment in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s This Side of Paradise, and to know how the main character’s career aspirations and love disappointment reflects the author’s. This study uses biographical approach. According to Guerin (www.gutenberg.org/dirs/etext 97) “It is an approach that sees a literary work chiefly, if not exclusively, as a reflection of the author’s life and times or the life and times of the characters in the work.” The data are taken from the original novel of Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald This Side of Paradise that was published by Scribner, New York, the United States (1920). It contains 191 pages, this novel divided into two parts, which a half of the second part written in a play. From the result of the data analysis, it can be concluded that there are many Amory’s experiences can be found in This Side of Paradise that reflects F. Scott Fitzgerald’s life, they are first, his career aspiration; including his school (the two enters the same boarding school, prep school, and Princeton University), his literary works (both Amory and Fitzgerald starts to write at 13 years old and likes to comment social life), his joining Army (the two commissions as the second lieutenant). Second, love disappointment: his broken love with women where the two was ended by the women. Finally, for the next researcher it is suggested to do the research in other aspects. Besides biographical aspects, the novel can also be analyzed using psychological, sociological, feminist, Marxist, histories and many more

    الإسلام والتعددية الدينية: دراسة تحليلية في التعددية الدينية في إندونيسيا

              This paper discusses the concept and discourse of religious pluralism globally and in the context of Indonesians in particular. Where the discourse of religious pluralism has entered into the discourse of Islamic thought in Indonesia on a massive scale since the 70s. In this article, the author tries to compare and analyze the notion of religious pluralism in the context of classical Islam with contemporary Islamic thought using literature studies; both classical and contemporary Islamic literature relating to the discourse of religious pluralism. From this discussion at least the researcher can conclude the following findings; 1) the term religious pluralism is not known in the discourse of classical Islamic thought, it is only included in the study of Muamalah; 2) Religious pluralism is an understanding taken from the Western worldview and does not have roots in the treasury of Islamic thought, 3) the imposition of religious pluralism in the context of Islam and Indonesians is not appropriate because it is contrary to Islamic and Indonesian characteristics

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Peran Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Peningkatan Motivasi Kerja Guru di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini berjumlah 43 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner) ke 43 guru dengan bantuan google formulir, dengan menggunakan Teknik Total Sampling yakni teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan guru yang ada di sd Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. Adapun skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert dengan 4 alternatif jawaban. Uji validitas menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui hasil data yang dikumpulkan dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara peran kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja guru di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung berdasarkan data perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 26 for Windows. Menunjukan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja guru sebesar 47.358. artinya setiap peningkatan variabel peran kepala sekolah (X) sebesar 1 satuan maka akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru (Y) sebesar 47.358 dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan atau tetap. Pada koefisien determinasi (R Square) bahwa peran kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja guru sebesar 12,6%. Sedangkan sisanya 100% - 12,6% = 87,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik peran kepala sekolah, maka motivasi kerja guru akan meningkat. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat penulis berikan yaitu 1.) Bagi kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat memahami guru, dikarenakan dengan cara ini dapat dengan mudah membimbing guru yang memiliki motivasi kerja yang rendah. 2.) Bagi guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan semangat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, agar dapat dijadikan figur atau contoh yang baik bagi para peserta didik. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study was 43 teachers. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire to 43 teachers with the help of Google Forms, using the Total Sampling Technique, namely a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. So the sample in this study was all teachers at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School in Bandar Lampung. The scale used in this research is a Likert scale with 4 alternative answers. The validity test used Pearson Product Moment and the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha with the help of SPSS 26. Next, to find out the results of the data collected, calculations were carried out using multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that there is no significant influence between the role of the principal on increasing teacher work motivation at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung based on calculation data using SPSS 26 for Windows. Shows that the increase in teacher work motivation was 47,358. This means that every increase in the principal's role variable (X) by 1 unit will increase teacher work motivation (Y) by 47,358 assuming other variables are constant or fixed. The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows that the role of the principal has no effect on increasing teacher work motivation by 12.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 100% - 12.6% = 87.4% is influenced by other factors not researched. Based on the research above, it can be concluded that the better the role of the school principal, the more teacher work motivation will increase. The recommendations that the author can give are 1.) Principals are expected to be able to understand teachers, because this way they can easily guide teachers who have low work motivation. 2.) It is hoped that teachers can increase enthusiasm in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, so that they can become good figures or examples for students.     Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Materi Gaya Dan Gerak menggunakan Model CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction)

    The problem of this research is the low learning outcomes of learners in the IPA content of force and motion materials. The author uses the CAI model as a solution to overcome the problems that occur. This research aims to describe educator activities, student activities and analyze student learning outcomes in style and motion materials in class IV of SDN Pekauman 1 Banjarmasin. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of PTK research consisting of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection, and using two types of data, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. The data was analyzed from the results of observations and learning evaluation tests in class IV students of SDN Pekauman 1 Banjarmasin for the 2020/2021 school year with a total of 8 students.
