No full textAdat (custom) is the reflection of the identity of a nation; it is the manifestation of its spirit of life from generation to generation. Each nation has its own adat, and up to the present adat law as an unwritten law has been still recognized as an effective law. It has been known in the Karonese community there is a prohibition to get married with the same clan. The objective of this research was to analyze the position of marriage in the same Sembiring clan in the Karonese community at TanjungPulo Village, TiganderketSubdistrict, Karo Regency. The formula of the problems was the reasons why it was allowed, the position, and its consequence.
The research used empirical juridical normative and descriptive analytic method. Primary legal materials were Law No. 1/1974 on Marriage, the result of the interviews with the adatKaronese community, while secondary data were obtained from books and tertiary legal materials such as dictionaries, and dictionaries on law.
The result of the research shows that the reasons why getting married with the same Sembiring clan is allowed are religion and the change in social values. It is considered legitimate and recognized when the stages of its procedures have been done such as beloselambar (proposal), ngantingmanuk (negotiation on marriage ceremony), kerjanerehempo (adat party), and mukul (its legitimation). Sembiring and Perangin-angin clans are specifically called limited eleutherogamy; that is, a person from a certain clan in Sembiring and Perangin-angin clans is allowed to get married with a person of the same sub-clan in different clan. The legal consequence if getting married with same Sembiring clan is the existence of sinereh (wife) will break off from her family. When the parents die, the brother of the late father takes the responsibility to raise the children, joint property will be property grouping, and Sembiring clan will be attached to the children who inherit it from their father and mother.Perkawinan Suku karo masih mempertahankan susunan kekerabatan patrilineal, sehingga system perkawinan yang dianut masyarakat suku karo adalah eksogami, yang berarti seorang pria harus mencari isteri diluar marga dan dilarang kawin dengan wanita semarga. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah pertama,alas an diperbolehkannya perkawinan semarga dalam klan Sembiring pada masyarakat Karo di Desa tanjung Pulo Kecamatan Tiga Nderket Kabupaten Karo, kedua kedudukan perkawinan semarga dalam klan Sembiring pada masyarakat Karo di Desa Tanjung Pulo Kecamatan Tiga Nderket ditinjau dari hokum adat, dan ketiga akibat hokum dari perkawinan semarga dalam klan Sembiring pada masyarakat Karo di DesaTanjung Pulo Kecamatan Tiga Nderket Kabupaten Karo.
Tesis ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normative dan empiris yang bersifat deskriptif analitis, dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer berupa Undang-Undang Perkawinan nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan, keterangan hasil wawancara masyarakat adat karo, bahan hukum sekunder berupa buku-buku, dan tersier berupa kamus umum, kamus hukum.
Hasil penelitian ini, alasan diperbolehkannya perkawinan semarga dalam klan sembiring pada masyarakat karo menurut penelitian adalah karena agama dan rasa cinta. Kedudukan hukum adat karo dalam perkawinan sesama marga sembiring dianggap sah dan diakui apabila telah dilakukan menurut tata cara perkawinan adat karo yaitu melewati tahapan maba belo selambar (lamaran), nganting manuk (musyawarah tentang upacara perkawinan), kerja nereh empo (pesta adat), dan mukul (syarat sahnya perkawinan). Khusus untuk marga Sembiring dan Perangin-nangin adalah eleutherogami terbatas yaitu seseorang marga tertentu dari Sembiring dan Perangin-angin hanya diperbolehkan kawin dengan orang tertentu dari marga yang sama namun tertentu pula asal klannya berbeda. Akibat hokum dari perkawinan semarga dalam klan sembiring mempunyai akibat hokum layaknya perkawinan pada umumnya yaitu meng akibatkan si isteri putus hubungan dengan keluarganya, terhadap anak yang dilahirkan dari perkawinan semarga sehingga ketika orang tuanya meninggal mengakibatkan saudara si ayah bertanggung jawab mendapat hak asuhnya, terhadap harta perkawinan mengakibatkan pengelompokan harta, perkawinan semarga sembiring membawa tutur yang melekat dalam dirinya yang diwarisinya dari pihak ayah dan ibunya.Tesis Magiste

condition and estimate weight of murrah buffalo bulls (Bubalus bubalis). The
research was conducted at the Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Babi dan Kerbau
in Silangit village, Siborong-borong Subdistrict at North Tapanuli District, North
Sumatra Province on April-September 2012. This research used Latin square
design (RBSL) were consist of 4 treatments. The treatments were P0 (20%
unfermented pod coffee), P1 (10% fermented pod coffee), P2 (20% fermented pod
coffee) and P3 (30% fermented pod coffee).
The results showed that the usage of various level fermented pod coffee
with local microorganisms gived significantly different effect (P <0.05) on feed
intake, body condition based on bony ribs and hip bones. Chest circumference and
body length were significantly (P <0.01) to the weight estimate of Murrah
buffaloes. It can be concluded that fermented pod coffee can be used as feed of

The background of this study was caused the problem of work satisfaction of the Practitioners Nurse which caused by the an appropriate hope of organization climate. The appropriate hope show that more increase of the nurses turnover at RSU Sembiring, Delitua every year. This study aims to analyze the influence of organization climate toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse at RSU Sembiring, Delitua in 2015. This study is quantitative with cross sectional. This study conducted for June to July at RSU Sembiring, Delitua in 2015. The sample interpretation use census method that all population observe one by one which total number 89 respondents. The result of this study show that is structural influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse (p=0,004). There is admission influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse (0,013). There is commitment influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse (0,025). There is standard no influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurses (p=0,834). There is no responsibility influence toward work satisfaction of the Practitioners Nurses (p=0,742). And there is no support influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurses (p=0,563). The more influenced variable influence the work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse is structural system with Exp (B) 11,625.The result of this study expected to the head of RSU Sembiring, Delitua to give more attention for structural aspects which include the feeling of all the staffs about the obstruction in grouping, role, to solve the problem and procedure in organizational. Banyak toko atau usaha dagang lainnya yang belum menyadari betapa pentingnya hal tersebut demi menunjang kelancaran dan kesuksesan bisnis mereka, salah satunya yang terjadi pada CV. Sembiring Jaya Tani. Usaha dagang ini bergerak di bidang pertanian, yang menjual berbagai macam pupuk, pestisida dan alat-alat pertanian lainnya, dimana semua transaksi dan kegiatan operasional yang terjadi dilakukan secara manual atau tertulis. Sulit dan lamanya waktu pencarian hutang konsumen pada toko juga menjadi masalah serius pada toko ini, belum lagi untuk menentukan harga jual yang berbeda-beda bagi pelanggan lama dan pelanggan baru serta mengelola barang yang ada di gudang. Selain itu, pemilik toko juga kesulitan dalam memutuskan untuk menerima calon karyawan yang hendak bekerja di CV. Sembiring Jaya Tani.
Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, muncul sebuah ide untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi untuk CV. Sembiring Jaya Tani. Sistem informasi ini nantinya akan dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio sebagai aplikasi pemrogramannya dan untuk penyimpanan datanya menggunakan Microsoft SQL Server. Pada sistem ini terdapat fitur yang sama seperti Point Of Sales lainnya, akan tetapi dipadukan dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk penerimaan karyawan baru dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Sistem informasi ini juga memiliki fitur untuk menangani masalah hutang piutang pelanggan, sehingga memudahkan pelanggan ketika melakukan pembayaran hutang, karena tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk mencari sampai data hutang pelanggan tersebut ditemukan.
Adapun kriteria calon karyawan yang menjadi variabel untuk dilakukan kalkulasi pada fitur sistem pendukung keputusan ini yakni, penilaian logika, kepribadian, pengalaman kerja, skill berkomunikasi dan pendidikan terakhir. Sistem informasi ini dapat menyelesaikan masalah transaksional, hutang, laporan dan pendukung keputusan calon karyawan yang ada pada CV. Pembangunan website sistem pergudangan pada toko plastik eri sembiring
dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan framework Laravel 5. Sistem
pergudagan toko ini dibuat agar mempermudah pekerja dan pemilik toko dalam
melakukan pencarian barang. Sehingga, pembeli pada toko tidak perlu menunggu
lama untuk mendapatkan barang yang diinginkan
Pengujian usabillity yang dilakukan yang mengunakan maze.com terdapat
60% dari lima respoden yang memberikan penilaian dengan kategori mudah dan
40% dari lima respoden yang memberikan penilaian dengan kategori sangat mudah.

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana realisasi hak dan kewajiban rumah sakit serta pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan, berdasarkan UU Nomor 44 Tahun 2009, serta bagaimana efektifitas dan perlindungan hukum dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit umum terhadap peserta BPJS kesehatan studi rumah sakit umum sembiring deli tua. Hasil penelitian yaitu Hak dan kewajiban rumah sakit serta pasien, termasuk peserta BPJS Kesehatan, telah diatur secara jelas dalam berbagai peraturan dan Undang-Undang di Indonesia. Pasien umum dan peserta BPJS memiliki hak yang sama dalam mendapatkan akses dan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu dan aman. Namun, peserta BPJS memiliki kewajiban membayar iuran dan harus mengikuti sistem rujukan yang ditetapkan. Rumah Sakit Umum Sembiring Deli Tua beroperasi sesuai dengan berbagai peraturan dan Undang-Undang, termasuk sistem rujukan pelayanan kesehatan. Selama periode Juli, RSU Sembiring berhasil melayani 8318 pasien BPJS. Meskipun demikian, tantangan dan hambatan di lapangan tetap ada dan memerlukan perhatian dari pembuat kebijakan. RSU Sembiring secara umum berhasil dalam melayani peserta BPJS Kesehatan dengan efektif dan mematuhi hukum. RSU Sembiring merupakan contoh bagaimana fasilitas kesehatan harus terus beradaptasi dan bekerja sama dengan BPJS dan pemerintah untuk mencari solusi terhadap tantangan yang ada, demi memastikan pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan perlindungan hukum bagi peserta BPJS

The writing method use juridical empiric research with analytical descriptive where the result obtained from this research is expected to give a totally and systematic illustration about marriage in the same clan in Sembiring clan at Karo society of Sub-District Tiga Binanga, District Tiga Binanga, Sub- Province of Karo. Then, the result was analyzed and conclusion can be taken in general. This writing is based to the result of interview with Karo society in Sub- District Tiga Binanga. The location of the research is generally still in scope of Sub-District Tiga Binanga.
However, in reality, not all the marriage of eksogami happened at Batak society of Karo especially to Sembiring Clan and of Perangin-nangin. Because, although the marriage form is Jujur but the marriage system is limited eleutherogami that is the one from certain clan at Sembiring clan and of Perangin-nangin enabled to many someone from the same clan as long as coming from different clan
