Kata Kunci: paket pelatihan, kesadaran menghargai, orang tua, siswa SMK Setiap manusia memiliki kesadaran diri (self awareness). Kesadaran diri membuat seseorang dapat sepenuhnya menyadari perasaan dan emosi manusia. Begitu pula sikap menghargai kepada orang tua. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara saat Praktikum Bimbingan dan Konseling (PBK) di SMK Negeri 5 Malang, banyak permasalahan siswa yang berhubungan dengan orang tua terutama kesadaran siswa dalam memberikan penghargaan kepada orang tua. Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan paket pelatihan kesadaran dalam hal menghargai orang tua yang memiliki ketepatan, kegunaan dan kemenarikan yang tinggi. Dalam penyusunannya, paket pelatihan ini menggunakan model prosedural yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu menggariskan langkah-langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk. Rancangan pengembangan ini diadaptasi dari strategi pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg and Gall yaitu : (1) Melakukan penilaian kebutuhan (need assessment), (2) Analisis data dan penetapan prioritas kebutuhan, (3) Merumuskan tujuan umum dan tujuan khusus paket pelatihan kesadaran menghargai orang tua, (4) Menyusun paket pelatihan kesadaran menghargai orang tua, (5) Penilaian produk oleh uji ahli dan calon pengguna produk, (6) Revisi produk dan (7) Produk akhir berupa paket pelatihan kesadaran menghargai orang tua. Sedangkan prosedur pelatihannya menggunakan bentuk pembelajaran terstruktur (Structure Learning Approach). Pembelajaran terstruktur ini memiliki beberapa tahapan, yaitu instruksi, pemberian model, bermain peran, refleksi dan pemberian tugas rumah (evaluasi). Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan panduan pelatihan kesadaran menghargai orang tua untuk konselor, panduan pelatihan kesadaran dalam hal menghargai orang tua untuk siswa, dan Compact Disc yang berisi video pelatihan dalam topik 3, topik 4, topik 6 serta power point materi dari masing-masing topik. Agar paket pelatihan ini dapat digunakan oleh konselor, maka harus dilakukan uji kelompok kecil dan uji kelompok besar dengan memperhatikan aturan prosedur pengembangan. Bagi peneliti yang tertarik mengembangkan paket ini perlu dipersiapkan pedoman observasi dalam rangka maintenance (memelihara) untuk mengetahui terjadinya perubahan tindakan atas kesadaran menghargai orang tua setelah diberikan pelatihan.
Analysis Of The Novel Aroma Karsa By Dee Lestari In Ecocritical Study
No full textThis study aims to analyze and describe the description of ecocriticism contained in the novel Aroma Karsa by Dee Lestari. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, and sentences that show ecocriticism in the novel Aroma Karsa by Dee Lestari. The source of data in this study is the novel Aroma Karsa by Dee Lestari. The data collection technique begins with the reading and listening technique carried out repeatedly in order to gain an understanding of the structure of the novel along with the ecocriticism contained in the novel and the note-taking technique, namely recording data found related to ecocriticism. After the data related to ecocriticism is collected, it will be applied in discussing the problem, solving the data that has been obtained. The theory used is Greg Garrard's Ecocriticism. The results of the analysis obtained are that there is a structure and description of ecocriticism in the novel Aroma Karsa by Dee Lestari, and there are also intrinsic elements in the data that has been obtained such as style, setting, and atmosphere. In the novel Aroma Karsa by Dee Lestari, the author found 55 data points; the concept of ecocriticism explained by Garrard has six. In the following, I present the classification of the results obtained: Pollution has 10 data points, Wilderness has 9 data points, Apocalypse has 9 data points, Dwelling has 15 data points, Animals have 8 data points, and lastly, Earth has 4 data points.110Skripsi Sarjan
PROSES KREATIF DEE LESTARI DALAM MENULIS SERIAL SUPERNOVA (KAJIAN EKSPRESIF)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (2) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (3) wujud proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, dan (4) teknik penceritaan Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data berupa wawancara dengan narasumber dan novel serial Supernova. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca catat dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri atas memilih data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahapan proses kreatif Dee Lestari terbagi menjadi empat tahapan yakni tahapan persiapan, inkubasi, iluminasi dan verifikasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses kreatif terbagi atas faktor internal terdiri atas suasana hati, pengalaman hidup, imajinasi dan intuisi. Sementara faktor eksternal terdiri atas jenis kelamin, umur, pandangan hidup, latar belakang sosial dan budaya serta dorongan menulis. Wujud proses kreatif dalam menulis serial Supernova terdiri atas empat elemen yakni tema, alur, latar, dan penokohan. Teknik penceritaan dalam menulis serial Supernova terbagi atas lima teknik, yakni teknik pemandangan, adegan, montase, kolase, dan asosiasi.Kata Kunci: proses kreatif, pengarang, kajian ekspresif, serial Supernova CREATIVE PROCESS OF DEE LESTARI IN WRITING SUPERNOVA SERIES (AN EXPRESSIVE STUDY) ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal (1) Dee Lestari's creative process in writing the Supernova series, (2) the factors that influence Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, (3) the creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, and (4) the technique telling Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data in this study were interviews with resource persons and serial novels Supernova. Data collection was done by reading note technique and interview. Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive consisting of selecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the stage of the creative process Dee Lestari was divided into four stages of preparation stage, incubation stage, illumination stage and verification stage. Factors that affect Dee Lestari's creative process are divided into internal factors comprising mood, life experience, imagination and intuition, while external factors consist of gender, age, life view, social and cultural background and writing impulse. The creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series consists of four elements, namely theme, plot, background, and characterization. Dee Lestari's storytelling technique in writing the Supernova series is divided into five techniques, namely scenery, scene, montage, collage, and association techniques.Keywords: creative process, author, expressive study, Supernova serie

Scientific aims to find out about the performance indicators used in the realization of government revenue and expenditure budget in the Board of Investment and Promotion (BPMP) DKI Jakarta. The method used preformance of this study is a rasio analysis of the methods of sampling and data collection through literature study and observation.
Based on the results penilitian performed, the authors conclude that revenue performance of existing shopping related Expenditure Analysis has been effective this can be seen from the absorption of substantial budget. In the financial performance of the ratio of capital expenditure activity harmony and development is very effective, but it is not supported by the absorption of funds per semsester relatively small in the first half. And there is the efficiency ratio imbalance resulting in inefficient levels of effectiveness. was about 15% children who suffered from dust allergies in 2017 in Indonesia.
Parents lacking of knowledge about environmental control can increase the
prevalence of allergic relapse in children. Counseling is a method of health
education that aims to improve knowledge, and practice. The purpose of this study
was to investigate whether counselings has any influence on allergic related
knowledge and environmental control measures skills. Methods. The design of
study was a pre-experiment design. Sampling method employed consecutive
sampling. There were 14 respondents in this study who were recruited based on
inclusion criteria. The independent variable was counseling, the dependent
variable were knowledge and environmental control measures. Data were
collected using a quissionaire and a check list. Data were analysed using
Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with significance level of α<0,05. Results. Based
Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test there was an influence of counseling on knowledge and
environmental control measures (knowledge level, p= 0,001; practice level p=
0,001). Discussions It is concluded that counseling is significantly increased

Get PDFThis study aims to examine differences in mathematical habits of mind and mathematical learning outcomes between santri students and non-santri students. The design of this study is comparative research. The research data was collected by interviewing a mathematics teacher and spreading the scale of mathematical habits of mind. This research was conducted in two schools in Karawang precisely in Rawamerta. The schools used are private schools run by pesantren foundations for the sample of santri students and public schools as samples of non-santri students. From the results of data processing in the results obtained that there is no difference in mathematical habits of mind between santri students and non-santri students. In addition, there is no difference in mathematical learning outcomes between students of santri and non-santri. Meanwhile, there is an association between mathematical habits of mind and mathematical learning outcomes of students
