Web Application for Text to Voice Form Transformation
Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout, implementovat a otestovat webovou aplikaci pro vytváření a správu webových formulářů, které mohou být přetransformovány do podoby hlasové nebo dialogové aplikace (např. pro platformy Slack nebo Amazon Alexa). Front-end část webové aplikace je implementována pomocí technologie ReactJs, serverová čast používá knihovnu Redux. Vytvořené dialogy byly úspěšně otestovány na zařízení Alexa Echo Dot a pomocí programu Alexa for Android. Aplikace slouží k vytváření formulářů (podobných HTML formulářům), například pro potřeby pojištění služební cesty, rezervace lístků do kina, apod. Jednotlivá pole formuláře je možné ověřit (validovat). Získaná data lze uložit do DB, odeslat e-mailem nebo mohou být pomocí šablony transformována do PDF dokumentu. V této bakalářské práci popisuji postup návrhu, implementace a testování popisované aplikace. Je také uveden podrobný postup vytváření vzorového dialogu spolu s textovým přepisem hlasové interakce s uživatelem. TYPO: cinema ticket reservatio, netc.The aim of this work is to design, implement and test a web application for creating forms and filling them using voice device, such as Amazon Alexa or using chat platform such as Slack. The web application was implemented using ReactJs as front-end platform and Redux server-side library. It has been tested on Alexa for Android and Alexa Echo dot device. My application allows user to create an HTML-like form with element validation, for example: business trip insurance, food ordering, cinema ticket reservatio, netc. The gathered data can be saved to DB, sent via email or be used to generate PDF (using a template). In this thesis I have described the process of designing, implementing and testing the application. I have also included a detailed workflow of dialog creation together with an example of user interaction
Universal center-of-mass scaling shapes segment fluctuations and chromatin dynamics
We show that cancellation of internal forces together with spatially uncorrelated noise generically enforces a universal 1/s scaling of the center-of-mass (COM) diffusivity for polymer segments of contour length s, independent of model details. Within an active generalized Rouse-Langevin (A-GRLE) framework for fractal polymers in a viscoelastic bath with weak activity, we derive closed-form links between segment COM motion and the short-time behavior of two-point fluctuations. The same COM law predicts transient s^{−3} tangent-tangent correlations along the contour following a temperature quench. Reanalyzing recent two-locus chromatin tracking, we extract a dynamic COM exponent ξ=0.77±0.16, suggesting topological constraints. These results identify model-independent signatures of collective polymer dynamics and clarify that the observed Rouse-like scaling of chromatin loci reflects transient, unentangled dynamics with an inevitable crossover to an entangled regime at longer times
Numerical Modeling of the Effect of Thawing of Soil in the Area of Placing Tanks for Storage Fuel of Thermal Power Plants and Boiler
This paper describes the numerical modeling of heat transfer in the area placing of the tank for storage fuel of thermal power plant and boiler with considering the influence of thawing of the soil. We have established that the thawing of the soil in the area of placing of the tank for storage fuel of thermal power plant and boiler have little effect on the change of heat loss
ФУНКЦІЇ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПРИКОРДОННОЇ СЛУЖБИ УКРАЇНИ У СФЕРІ ОПЕРАТИВНОЇ ОХОРОНИ ДЕРЖАВНОГО КОРДОНУ УКРАЇНИ
The article is devoted to the research of legal regulation of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine functions in the field of operative safeguarding of the state border of Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, that regulates the activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and directly determines its functions in the field of safeguard and protection of the state border of Ukraine, the author find out that its content needs improvement at the present time. One of the ways to ensure the principle of legality in the activities of bodies (units) of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is to clearly define their full powers in the specified field at the level of the legislation of Ukraine. In this article, on the basis of a comparative analysis of content of the legal acts that regulate the issues of safeguard and protection of the state border of Ukraine and the activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the author find out that the functions of the Service regarding the safeguard and protection of the state border of Ukraine are not specified at the legislative level. The counterintelligence function is not mentioned at all. There are also no functions of internal security and personal security ensuring. According to the author, this shortcoming needs to be fixed. This is important for operative safeguarding as one of the components of the state border protection system of Ukraine. Operative safeguarding is a generalized concept that characterizes the activities of special bodies authorized to carry out intelligence, counterintelligence and investigative functions in the areas of safeguard and protection of the state border of Ukraine. It is impossible to safeguard the state border exclusively by operative methods and resources (methods and resources of investigative activities). Operative safeguarding can be put into practice in combination with technical and physical protection. The article defines the author’s definition of the term "operative safeguarding", reveals its features. In addition, the article highlights the author’s vision of the functions of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, emphasizes the need to amend the Law of Ukraine «On the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine», in terms of specifying its functions and supplementing their list with counterintelligence and internal and personal security functions.Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань правового регулювання функцій Державної прикордонної служби України у сфері оперативної охорони державного кордону України. На основі проведеного аналізу чинного законодавства України, яке регламентує діяльність Державної прикордонної служби України і, безпосередньо, визначає її функції у сфері охорони та захисту державного кордону України, встановлено, що на теперішній час його зміст потребує удосконалення. Одним із шляхів забезпечення принципу законності у діяльності органів (підрозділів) Державної прикордонної служби України є чітке визначення їх повноважень у зазначеній сфері на рівні законодавства України. В цій статті, на основі порівняльного аналізу змісту нормативно-правових актів, які визначають питання охорони та захисту державного кордону України й діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України, встановлено, що на законодавчому рівні не конкретизовано її функції щодо охорони і захисту державного кордону України. Про контррозвідувальну функцію взагалі не йдеться. Відсутні і функції щодо забезпечення внутрішньої безпеки і власної безпеки. Автор обґрунтовує необхідність усунення цього недоліку. Це має важливе значення для оперативної охорони як однієї із складових системи охорони державного кордону України. Оперативна охорона є узагальненим поняттям, що характеризує діяльність спеціально уповноважених органів, на які покладено здійснення розвідувальних, контррозвідувальних та оперативно-розшукових функцій у сферах охорони та захисту ДК України. Автор акцентує увагу на тому, що виключно оперативними методами і засобами (методами і засобами оперативно-розшукової діяльності) охороняти державний кордон неможливо. Оперативна охорона може бути застосована у поєднанні з технічною і фізичною. В статті пропонується авторське визначення поняття «оперативна охорона», розкриваються її особливості. Крім цього, в статті висвітлено авторське бачення функцій Державної прикордонної служби України, акцентується увага, на необхідності внесення змін в Закон України «Про Державну прикордонну службу України», в частині конкретизації її функцій та доповнення їх переліку контррозвідувальною функцією, функціями забезпечення внутрішньої і власної безпеки
Monocyte-derived macrophages for treatment of cerebral palsy: a study of 57 cases

Given the potent anti-inflammatory activity and high regenerative potential of M2 macrophages, these cells may be a promising source for cell transplantation. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of autologous M2 macrophages, we performed an open-label, Phase I/II, non-controlled clinical trial in children with severe CP. Patients and methods: Fifty-seven children with severe CP, including 33 boys and 24 girls, with a median age of 4 years were enrolled in the study. The patients were treated with intrathecal administration of autologous M2 macrophages. The primary outcome measure was safety, and the secondary outcome measure was functional improvement in neurologic scales, including the 66-item Gross Motor Function Measure test, Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor test, Ashworth scale, Medical Resarch Council scale, and an easy-to-understand unified questionnaire for evaluation of cognitive functions in our modification. Results: Intrathecal introduction of M2 cells in a median dose of 11.2×106 did not induce any serious adverse events either related with cell injection or during 5 years of follow-up. After 3 months, the Gross Motor Function Measure score increased from 19±4.5 to 77±7.8, the Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor test score improved from 0.9±0.23 to 4.4±0.51, and the Ashworth score decreased from 3.5±0.11 to 2.5±0.16. The assessment of cognitive functions revealed an increase from 1.22±0.24 to 3.98±0.95, and a reduction of seizure syndrome was registered. In addition, M2 injection was accompanied by an increased production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (pU=0.015). Conclusion: The data obtained suggest that cell therapy based on M2 macrophages is safe, does not induce any severe cell-related reactions or long-term side effects and comorbidities, and is accompanied by significant neurologic improvements in severe CP patients. Determination of the branching ratio ofρ 0→+μ− in the coherent dissociation π−→μ+μ−π− and π−→π+π−π−
In the diffraction dissociation of π- into μ+μ-π- on a Cu nucleus at 50 GeV/c, the cross section {Mathematical expression} for the 1+S(ρ0π) wave was measured. The branching ratio of ρ0→μ+μ- could be calculated from the ratio of this and the corresponding cross sections in the diffraction dissociation of π- into π+π-π-. The obtained value {Mathematical expression} is in good agreement with the branching ratio {Mathematical expression}, as expected if eμ universality holds
Information security of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine: problematic issues of normative and legal regulation
The article analyses the current legislation of Ukraine which provides for normative and legal regulation of public relations in the information sphere of activity of security and defence forces, in particular, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and also the scientific views of scholars on the content of the concepts of information security of an individual, society and the State.
Based on the results of the analysis, the study provides a definition of the concept of information security of the personnel (officers and officials) of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with due regard for the need to ensure civil rights and obligations in the information sphere and to fulfil the requirements determined by the specifics of official activities and the legal status of personnel regarding the collection, storage, use and dissemination of information.
It is proposed to consider information security of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the structural aspect as a certain state and as a process. In the structural aspect, the concept of information security of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine includes the following components: protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of a person with regard to information; protection of information networks and services; protection of personal data; protection of restricted information; protection against hostile propaganda, distortion of information, disinformation, fakes, etc. Information security as a state is determined by the degree of achievement of the greatest correspondence (balance) between the vital personal and official (state) interests of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the field of collection, storage, processing, analysis and exchange of information. In the functional aspect, information security is identified with the concept of “ensuring security” and is viewed as a set of organisational, legal, technical, managerial and other measures which constitute the process of ensuring the security of public relations in the information sphere.
The author emphasises the need to improve the legal and regulatory framework for the activities of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the information sphere, and also provides proposals for amending the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine”
