The object of this paper is to follow up the previous report, to consider any new issues and to discuss possible solutions. First, we report the aims and consequences of the newly adopted midterm conversation test. Second, we report our reconsiderations about the term paper test and mock paper tests. Both revisions were intended to address issues we had identified in our previous report. No full textLaulamattomat laulut –opinnäytetyö on raportti tekijän sävellysprojektista, jonka taiteelliseen osuuteen sisältyi seitsemän rock-kappaleen säveltäminen, yhtyeen muodostaminen, materiaalin harjoituttaminen yhtyeellä sekä konsertoiminen Kuopion Sotkulla 28.3.2019. Yhtyeeseen kuuluivat Iida-Maria Penttinen (koskettimet, laulu), Juho Lindgren (rummut), Jasmin Kettunen (basso), Visa Forsblom (kitara) sekä Elisa Korhonen (laulu).
Opinnäytetyön pohjana oli tekijän omakohtainen kiinnostus säveltämistä ja oman materiaalin esittämistä kohtaan, johon tekijällä ei ole aiemmin ollut mahdollisuutta. Taiteellisessa osuudessa tekijä hyödynsi uusien sävellysten lisäksi myös omia aiempia sävellyksiään.
Opinnäytetyön kirjallisessa osuudessa tekijä pohtii musiikin ja itseilmaisun merkitystä sekä käyttää tietolähteinään asiantuntijoiden ja ammattimuusikoiden havaintoja. Lisäksi kirjallinen työ sisältää tekijän raportointia projektin sävellysprosessista sekä yhtyetoiminnasta.
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tekijän taiteellisen muusikkouden vahvistaminen, ammatillisen monipuolisuuden kehittäminen sekä pedagogisten valmiuksien lisääminen. Opinnäytetyö sisältää runsaasti tekijän omakohtaisia kokemuksia, havaintoja sekä ajatuksia.
Lopuksi tekijä arvioi opinnäytetyön tuloksia sekä projektin antamia henkilökohtaisia vaikutuksia. Tuloksena tekijä koki taiteellisen muusikkoidentiteetin kehittyneen, jonka lisäksi opinnäytetyö monipuolisti tekijän rytmimusiikin ja säveltämisen taitoja. Opinnäytetyö lisäsi myös tekijän rohkeutta muusikkouden, opettajuuden ja musiikin tekemisen suhteen.The Unsung Songs thesis is a report on the author's composition project. The artistic part included composing seven rock songs, forming a band, rehearsing material with the band and a concert at Kuopio’s Sotku on 28.3.2019. The band included Iida-Maria Penttinen (keyboards, vocals), Juho Lindgren (drums), Jasmin Kettunen (bass), Visa Forsblom (guitar) and Elisa Korhonen (vocals).
The thesis was based on the author's personal interest in composing and presenting her own material in a place where the author had not had the opportunity before. In the artistic part, the author utilized not only the new compositions but also her own previous compositions.
In the written part of the thesis, the author considers the importance of music and self-expression and uses the observations of experts and professional musicians as sources of information. In addition, the written work includes the author's reporting on the project's composing process and group activities.
The aim of the thesis was to strengthen the author's artistic musicianship, to develop professional diversity, and to increase pedagogical skills. The thesis contains a lot of the author's personal experiences, observations and thoughts.
Finally, the author assesses the results of the thesis as well as the personal impacts of the project. As a result, the author felt that the artistic identity of the musician had developed, in addition to which the thesis diversified the author's rhythmic music and composing skills. The thesis also increased the author 's courage in terms of musicianship, teaching and making music

The Crossing Water Project : performanssityöni peilautuminen John Cagen filosofiaan
No full textOpinnäytteen kirjallisessa osassa esiteltiin, jäsennettiin ja analysoitiin opinnäytteen taiteellista osaa. Taiteellinen osa oli tanssia ja musiikkia yhdistävä performanssi The Crossing Water Project ‒ kun musiikki ja tanssi vastakkaisilta rannoilta kohtaavat. Performanssin toteuttamiseen osallistuivat alttoviulisti Iida Falck, sellisti Lydia Eriksson ja tanssijat Vincent Jonsson ja Lukas Racky. Performanssi esitettiin 26.3.2015.
Taiteellinen osa valmistettiin ilman tietoista taustalla olevaa teoreettista tai filosofista mallia. Kirjallisen työn kohteena oli performanssin esittely ja peilaaminen John Cagen filosofiaan. Työssä tutkitaan, löytyykö performanssin ja Cagen ajatusten väliltä jotain yhteistä tai eroavaisuuksia.
Lähdemateriaaliksi on valittu John Cagen Silence: Lectures and Writings (1961). Cagen tekstit on valittu pääasialliseksi lähteeksi sen vuoksi, että hän teki pitkän uran yhteistyössä tanssijoiden kanssa, erityisesti Merce Cunninghamin.
Työ koostuu kolmesta pääjaksosta: taiteellisen osan esittelystä, John Cagen ajatusten esittelystä sekä pohdintaosiosta, jossa performanssia peilataan Cagen filosofian pohjalta.
Työn lopputuloksena performanssin ja Cagen filosofian väliltä löytyi yhtymäkohtia rakenteen, muusikko-tanssija-asetelman sekä sanoman välittämisen suhteen. Yhteydet oli sisäistetty osittain tiedostamatta niiden edustavan myös Cagen ajatusmalleja.In the written part of the thesis has been introduced and analyzed the artistic part of the thesis. The artistic part, The Crossing Water Project ‒ kun musiikki ja tanssi vastakkaisilta rannoilta kohtaavat was a performance including dance and music and it was performed 26th of March 2015 in Wäinö Aaltonen Museum of Art in Turku. Working group consisted of two dancers and two musicians: violist Iida Falck, cellist Lydia Eriksson and dancers Vincent Jonsson and Lukas Racky.
The performance was produced and planned without a specific philosophical or theoretical idea background. In the written part of the thesis the performance has been reflected through John Cage′s philosophy. The purpose of this study was to search possible similarities between the performance and Cage′s ideas.
As the main research material has been used John Cage′s Silence: Lectures and Writings (1961). Cage and his writings were chosen because he has had a long career in cooperation with dancers especially with Merce Cunningham. Cage and Cunningham have had a strong influence in the scene of Modern Music and Dance.
The written part consists of three main sections: the introduction of the artistic part, the exploration of the main ideas of Cage′s philosophy and the comparison and reflection between performance and Cage′s philosophy.
Results of the study showed that there were several similarities between the performance and Cage′s ideas. For example ideas of the structure, positions between dancers and musicians and the message were almost same. The similarities of ideas were assimilated partly unconsciously.Liite 3. Effect of "Fresmin S" on leukopenia
No full text"Fresmin S", injectable solution, was used for patients with leukopenia caused by anticancer agents and the following results were obtained. 1) In view of the results of the present ex periment, concomitant use of "Fresmin S" with the anticancer agent is desirable in anticipation of leukopenia. 2) When leukopenia developed, it appeared that the recovery of white blood cell count was rapidly attained by discontinuing the anticancer agent and administering "Fresmin S" 3) No marked change was noted in the red blood cell count and hemoglobin level. 4) Expected effect of "Fresmin S" was obtained in all of the cases studied though the number of cases was small. 5) From the above-m entioned results, "Fresmin S" is believed to be a fairly promising agent in the treatment of leukopenia

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa ohjausvideo neurologisesti sairaan imeväisikäisen vauvan perushoidosta. Opinnäytetyö tehtiin yhteistyössä Oulun yliopistollisen sairaalan lasten ja naisten tulosalueen neurologian tulosyksikön kanssa. Tavoitteena oli kehittää lasten hoitotyötä ja erityisesti tukea vanhempien ohjaamista. Opinnäytetyö tehtiin tuotteistamisprosessia noudattaen.
Ohjausvideossa käsitellään neurologisen vauvan hoitotyön oleellisimmat toimenpiteet nukkuma-asennosta syöttämiseen ja pukemiseen. Video on arvioitu toimivaksi ohjaukseen lasten neurologisella osastolla.
Jatkossa kehittämisen ideana olisi tuottaa kirjallista ohjausmateriaalia neurologisen vauvan hoitotyöstä sairaanhoitajille.

The purpose of this thesis was to produce a counselling video about how to take care of a neurological infant’s daily care. The thesis was produced in co-operation with the Children’s Neurological department in the Oulu University Hospital, Finland. The target of this study was to develop children’s care and particularly to support nurses in guiding parents. The thesis was produced by following the branding process.
In this counselling video the most important and relevant caring procedures are introduced, such as sleeping, feeding and dressing positions. The Children’s Neurological Department has inspected that this video works as a part of their daily work.
In the future there is a challenge to produce written instruction material to nurses about how to care for an infant with a neurological disorder.
